发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便、 出料量可调定量大小的软管分配器。 为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种可调定量大小的软管分 配器,包括软管和其出口的螺紋盖,所述螺紋盖中部开口套装毛刷座, 毛刷座 中部有空心出料管,螺紋盖内部上端设有弹簧, 软管出口下部为容料室,其内 壁设有活塞和出料阀门,所述出料阀门位于容料室与软管腔体之间,所述空心 出料管与容料室相通。
软管出口处设有内塞,所述弹簧位于螺紋盖出口内侧与对应的毛刷座端面 之间,所述空心出料管末端有顶杆穿过内塞顶在活塞上面,所述出料阀门是位 于容料室下部的出料槽,出料槽与软管腔体相通,活塞位于容料室最下端位置 时, 出料槽上沿位于活塞的上方。
软管出口处设有内塞,所述弹簧位于毛刷座端面与内塞端面之间,所述空 心出料管末端穿过内塞顶在活塞上面,所述出料阀门是位于容料室下部的出料 槽, 出料槽与软管腔体相通,活塞位于容料室最下端位置时, 出料槽上沿位于 活塞的上方。

为了直观显示每次出料量的多少,与所述螺紋盖配合的外壁设有出料量标 线, 为了方便挤压, 所述软管外壁设有弹性压板构成的挤压装置, 所述挤压装 置外部设有外套。 '
采用本发明所述的技术方案, 由于有螺纹盖可以旋进、旋出, 活塞与容料 室配合组成的分配器的容积定量大小可以调整, 从而实现出料量可调定量大 小, 使用十分方便。 还解决了软管用到后面挤料不方便的问题, 不会造成料 的浪费。

如图 1、 2所示, 本软管分配器包括软管 9和其出口的螺紋盖 4, 软管 9 置于如图 3所示自由状态下象 "V"形的弹性压板 10内部, 软管 9和压板 10 一起置于外套 11之内, 螺纹盖 4下部位于外套 11上端的行程限位腔 12内。 螺纹盖 4中部开口套装毛刷座 3, 毛刷座 3中部有空心出料管 15, 螺纹盖 4 出口内侧与对应的毛刷座 3端面之间设有弹簧 5, 毛刷座 3头部设有毛刷 2, 毛刷 2外部套有上盖 1用于保护毛刷 2。软管 9出口下部为容料室 14,其内壁 设有活塞 8和出料槽 7, 出料槽 7与软管 9腔体相通, 活塞 8位于容料室 14 最下端位置时, 出料槽 7上沿位于活塞 8的上方,这样使活塞 8处于最低位置 时, 出料槽 7将容料室 14与软管 9的腔体相连通。软管 9出口处设有内塞 6, 空心出料管 15末端有顶杆 13穿过内塞 6顶在活塞 8上面, 顶杆 13根部与内 塞 6之间紧配合, 顶杆 13梢部与内塞 6之间具有间隙 16, 间隙 16使空心出 料管 15与容 室 14相通。 如图 12所示, 螺紋盖 4外壁设有出料量标线 17, 其刻度与容料室 14挤出料量对应, 便于用户直观控制出料量。 如图 1所示, 当螺紋盖 4旋紧锁上时, 因螺紋盖 4迫紧毛刷座 3, 顶杆 13 将活塞 8压到最低位置, 同时顶杆 13根部与内塞 6之间紧配合, 软管 9腔体 内的料将不能挤出。 如图 4所示, 打开上盖 1, 松开螺紋盖 4到一定位置, 毛 刷座 3因有弹簧 5的弹力作用不能上移, 当用手指挤压图中双箭头所示外套 11腰部时, 软管 9腔体内的料先从出料槽 7上口进入容料室 14。 当容料室 14 充满料后, 继续挤压压板 10, 活塞 8因受到软管 9腔体内料的挤压开始推动 毛刷座 3压缩弹簧 5同时上移, 顶杆 13梢部与内塞 6之间间隙配合, 当活塞 8经过出料槽 7的上缘后, 容料室 14里的料将从间隙 16进入空心出料管 15 后被挤出毛刷座 3。软管 9内装盛化妆品, 毛刷 2可以将挤到其上的化妆品料 均匀涂抹到使用者体表。因为螺纹盖 4的行程能控制毛刷座 3的行程,所以用 户可以根据自己的需要而调节每次的出料量。调节螺纹盖 4到需要的出料量标 线 17上, 以后只需按压压板 10, 软管 9腔体内的料就会从毛刷座 3中定量挤 出。 .

如图 5所示, 当螺紋盖 4旋紧锁上时, 因螺纹盖 4迫紧毛刷座 3, 空心出 料管 15将活塞 8·压到最低位置,软管 9腔体内的料在压板 10的压力作用下通 过出料槽 7进入容料室 14, 此时空心出料管 15端部紧紧顶在活塞 8表面, 同 时空心出料管 15外表面与内塞 6紧配合, 软管 9腔体内的料通过出料槽 7进 入容料室 14内但不能挤出。 如图 8所示, 打开上盖 1, 松开螺纹盖 4到一定 位置,毛刷座 3随着弹簧 5的弹力作用开始上移,活塞 8因受到软管 9腔体内 料的挤压也同时上移, 当活塞 8经过出料槽 7的上缘后, 容料室 14内的料将 从空心出料管 15挤出, 因为螺纹盖 4的行程能控制毛刷座 3的行程, 所以用 户可以根据自己的需要而调节每次的出料量。调节好螺紋盖 4到需要的出料量 标线 17上, 以后只需按压毛刷座 3, 空心出料管 15推动活塞 S下移到位, 软 管 9腔体内的料自动进入容料室 14,松开毛刷座 3,毛刷座 3在弹簧 5的弹力 作用下急速上移, 活塞 8因受到软管 9腔体内料的挤压把容料室 14里的料从 空心出料管 15挤出, 软管 9内装盛化妆品, 毛刷 2可以将挤到其上的化妆品 料均匀涂抹到使用者体表。

如图 9、 10所示, 本软管分配器包括软管 9和其出口的螺紋盖 4, 软管 9 置于外套 11之内, 螺紋盖 4下部位于外套 11上端的行程限位腔 12内。 软管 9出口下部为容料室 14,其内壁设有活塞 8,螺紋盖 4中部开口套装毛刷座 3, 毛刷座 3中部有空心出料管 15, 毛刷座 3端面与软管 9出口端面之间设有弹 簧 5,空心出料管 15末端紧配合穿透活塞 8与容料室 14相通,空心出料管 15 的出口套装弹性软胶阀 21, 如图 11所示, 弹性软胶阀 21的阀体上开设 3个 阀孔 22。容料室 14与软管 9腔体之间设置定位扣 18和其内的舌片 19组成出 料阀门, 定位扣 18上部开口与容料室 14相通, 下部设有吸管 20通入软管 9 腔体, 舌片 19位于定位扣 18开口与吸管 20上口之间。 毛刷座 3头部设有毛 刷 2,毛刷 2外部套有上盖 1用于保护毛刷 2。如图 12所示, 螺纹盖 4外壁设 有出料量标线 17,其刻度与容料室 14出料量对应,便于用户直观控制出料量。
如图 9所示, 当螺纹盖 4旋紧锁上时, 因螺纹盖 4迫紧毛刷座 3, 空心出 料管 15将活塞 8压到最低位置, 软管 9腔体内的料不能挤出。 如图 13所示, 打开上盖 1, 松开螺纹盖 4到一定位置, 毛刷座 3带动活塞 8—起随着弹簧 5 的弹力作用开始上移, 弹性软胶阀 21上的阀孔 22迫紧在空心出料管 15的管 壁上, 同时受到外界的空气压力, 阀孔 22会全部闭合, 容料室 14内部形成负 压, 软管 9腔体内的料通过吸管 20冲开舌片 19被吸入容料室 14内。 向下按 压毛刷座 3, 舌片 19翻转将吸管 20上口盖住, 容料室 14内的料将从空心出 料管 15挤到毛刷座 3头部, 强行挤开阀孔 22到达毛刷 2上, 因为螺紋盖 4 的行程能控制毛刷座 3的行程,所以用户可以根据自己的需要而调节每次的出 料量。 调节好螺紋盖 4到需要的出料量标线 17上, 以后只需按压毛刷座 3, 空心出料管 15推动活塞 8下移到位, 松开毛刷座 3, 毛刷座 3在弹簧 5的弹 力作用下急速上移,软管 9腔体内的料自动进入容料室 14,再次按压毛刷座 3, 容料室 14内的料将从空心出料管 15挤到毛刷座 3头部的毛刷 2上。如此循环 往复,软管 9内装盛化妆品,毛刷 2可以将每次定量挤到其上的化妆品料均匀 涂抹到使用者体表。

如图 21所示,当上盖 1旋紧锁上时,因上盖 1顶部内壁的凸台 26向下迫 紧毛刷座 3, 同时凸台 26的内径 30紧配毛刷座 3相应的外径 31, 顶杆 13将 活塞 8压到最低位置,同时顶杆 13根部与间隙 16之间紧配合,软管 9腔体内 的料有一部分会从出料槽 7进入容料室 14中, 但不能被挤出。 如图 22、 23 所示, 打开上盖 1, 由于失去了凸台 26的顶压, 在弹性压板 10的挤压、 弹簧 5的弹力及凸台 26的内径 30与毛刷座 3外径 31的摩擦力下, 活塞 8自动向 上滑动, 从而将容料室 14中的料经间隙 16、 空心出料管 15、 弹性软胶阀 21 上的阀孔 22从毛刷孔 27中挤出。因为螺纹盖 4的行程能控制毛刷座 3的行程, 所以用户可以根据自己的需要而调节每次的出料量。调节螺紋盖 4到需要的出 料量标线 17上,不使用时,盖上上盖 1,如图 21所示,使软管 9内的料密封。 以后使用时, 只需打开上盖 1, 软管 9腔体内的料就会按照使用者设定标量从 毛刷座 3中定量挤出。软管 9内装盛化妆品,毛刷 2可以将每次定量挤到其上 的化妆品料均勾涂抹到使用者体表。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 包括软管和其出口的螺紋盖, 其特 征在于:所述螺纹盖中部开口套装毛刷座,毛刷座中部有空心出料管, 螺紋盖 内部上端设有弹簧,软管出口下部为容料室,其内壁设有活塞和出料阀门,所 述出料阀门位于容料室与软管腔体之间, 所述空心出料管与容料室相通。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其特征在于: 软管出口处设有内塞, 所述弹簧位于螺紋盖出口内侧与对应的毛刷座端面之 间,所述空心出料管末端有顶杆穿过内塞顶在活塞上面,所述出料阀门是位于 容料室下部的出料槽,出料槽与软管腔体相通,活塞位于容料室最下端位置时, 出料槽上沿位于活塞的上方。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其特征在于- 软管出口处设有内塞,所述弹簧位于毛刷座端面与内塞端面之间,所述空心出 料管末端穿过内塞顶在活塞上面, 所述出料阀门是位于容料室下部的出料槽, 出料槽与软管腔体相通,活塞位于容料室最下端位置时,出料槽上沿位于活塞 的上方。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其特征在于: 所述弹簧位于毛刷座端面与软管出口端面之间,所述空心出料管末端紧配合穿 透活塞,空心出料管的出口套装弹性软胶阀,所述出料阀门由位于容料室与软 管腔体之间的定位扣和其内的舌片组成,定位扣上部开口与容料室相通,下部 设有吸管通入软管腔体, 所述舌片位于定位扣开口与吸管上口之间。
5; 如权利要求 3所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其特征在于: 所述软管外部设有挤压装置。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其特征在于: 所述挤压装置是位于软管外壁的弹性压板。
7、如权利要求 1〜6任一所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器,其特征 在于:所述软管置于外套之内,所述螺纹盖下部位于外套上端的行程限位腔内, 螺紋盖外壁设有出料量标线, 所述毛刷座头部设有毛刷, 毛刷外部套有上盖。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其特征在于- 软管出口处设有内塞,所述弹簧位于毛刷座端面与螺紋盖端面之间,所述空心 出料管末端有顶杆穿过内塞顶在活塞上面, 空心出料管的出口套装弹性软胶 阀,'所述出料阀门位于容料室下部的位置开有出料槽,出料槽与软管腔体相通, 活塞位于容料室最下端位置时, 出料槽上沿位于活塞的上方,活塞下部伸入软 管腔体,末端为斜面, 出料阀门的阀体下部设有弹性可弯片伸入软管腔体, 可 弯片末端向内设有内勾片, 内勾片末端贴合在活塞斜面上。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其特征在于: 所述毛刷座头部设有毛刷,毛刷外部套有上盖,上盖顶部内壁设有凸台顶入毛 刷对应位置所开的毛刷孔中。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其特征在于: 所述出料阀门的阀体分上下两部分, 中间是有间隙孔的隔板,下部形成所述容 料室, 位于容料室下部位置的阀体上开有出料槽, 出料槽与软管腔体相通, 活 塞位于容料室最下端位置时, 出料槽上沿位于活塞的上方, 出料阀门的阀体上 部伸出软管出口, 内部为弹簧位,所述弹簧上端顶在毛刷座下端面,所述空心 出料管末端从阀体隔板的间隙中穿过卡装在活塞上,空心出料管的出口套装弹 性软胶阀。
11、如权利要求 10所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器,其特征在于: 所述毛刷座头部设有毛刷,毛刷外部套有上盖,上盖与软管出口外壁螺紋连接, 上盖顶部内壁设有凸台罩在毛刷座顶部, 毛刷上开有毛刷孔。
12、 如权利要求 8至 11任一所述的一种可调定量大小的软管分配器, 其 特征在于:与所述螺纹盖配合的外壁设有出料量标线,所述软管外壁设有弹性 压板构成的挤压装置, 所述挤压装置外部设有外套。
