Abstract

Filtre à particules pour le traitement de gaz d'échappement issus d'un moteur à combustion interne de véhicule automobile et procédé de filtrage de gaz d'échappement correspondant. Filtre à particules pour le traitement des gaz d'échappement issus d'un moteur à combustion interne de véhicule automobile, comprenant une enceinte (12) comportant une paroi délimitant intérieurement un conduit pour les gaz d'échappement, une électrode axiale (28) interne adaptée pour créer un champ électrique radial dans le conduit, et un ensemble de dents annulaires (22) disposées transversalement dans le conduit pour arrêter les particules agglomérées déviées par le champ électrique et au moins une résistance électrique (38) chauffante pour brûler les particules déviées entre les dents, la résistance électrique (38) chauffante étant supportée par au moins une face radiale (30) d'au moins une dent (22).
