Abstract
La présente invention concerne la génération et l'expansion de lymphocytes T spécifiques d'antigène. En outre, la présente invention concerne l'utilisation de lymphocytes T spécifiques d'antigène obtenus au moyen de la méthode de l'invention dans une thérapie par transfert adoptif de cellules et dans le traitement de divers troubles et maladies tels que les infections et le cancer. De plus, la présente invention concerne des trousses et leur utilisation pour la génération et l'expansion de lymphocytes T spécifiques d'antigène. La présente invention permet la génération de lymphocytes T spécifiques d'antigène adaptés à un transfert adoptif de cellules. Les méthodes de génération et d'expansion de lymphocytes T spécifiques d'antigène comprennent des approches in vitro et in vivo.
