Abstract

A planting type roadside block is disclosed, which comprises a body, which will be arranged in multiple numbers in which a certain plant is planted, and a fixing plate for stably fixing the bodies. There are provided multiple bodies formed in various independent shapes which may have educational purposes and 1/2 or 1/4 shape concave grooves at side corners.

Description

Title: THE PAVING BLOCK
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a planting type roadside block, and in
particular to a planting type roadside block which comprises a body, which will
be arranged in multiple numbers in which a certain plant is planted, and a fixing
plate for stably fixing the bodies. There are provided multiple bodies formed in
various independent shapes which may have educational purposes and 1/2 or
1/4 shape concave grooves at side corners. A fixing plate having a water
through hole is buried at the thusly formed groove for thereby preventing the
escapes of the bodies. Soil is filled into the shape of the body for thereby
forming a certain environment for the growth of plants. A certain plant having a
strong life is planted for thereby enhancing environment.
Background Art
Various pavement blocks are constituted so as to prevent the escapes
of blocks in such a manner that side corners of each block are designed to have
curved portions or protruded portions in symmetrical shapes. However, the
above conventional blocks have many problems in that curved or protruded
portions may be easily damaged, and outer looks are poor. In the conventional
art, it is impossible to manufacture a planting type roadside block which may have educational effects by connecting the blocks with each other.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the
above-described conventional problems.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a planting type
roadside block in which a plurality of blocks are arranged at a roadside, a
parking lot, a garden house, an apartment or a part walk road. A fixing plate in
which a plurality of water through holes are formed at a concave groove formed
between the blocks is buried, so that it is possible to prevent the blocks from
being escaped. Soil is filled in the concave groove, and strong life plant is
planted into the concave groove. Water drainage is good between the holes, so
that roots grow well. The shapes of growing plants may help education. An
energy saving effect may be obtained by decreasing the ground temperature. A
green space may increase in city, and rainwater absorption ratio may increase.
A wastewater treatment cost decreases. A city environment improvement effect
is obtained.
Brief Description of the Drawings The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein; Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a plurality of neighboring
planting type roadside blocks according to the present invention;
Figure 2 is a perspective view illustrating a detailed assembly of blocks
according to the present invention;
Figure 3 is a perspective view illustrating a body according to the
present invention; and
Figure 4 is a perspective view illustrating a fixing plate having a water
through hole according to the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
Figure 1 is a perspective of an example of the present invention which
is implemented in such a manner that a plurality of bodies each having a certain
educational shape are arranged side by side, with each body being made of
yellow soil, ceramic, concrete, stone, etc.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described
with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a plurality of neighboring
planting type roadside blocks according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a
perspective view illustrating a detailed assembly of blocks according to the
present invention, Figure 3 is a perspective view illustrating a body according to the present invention, and Figure 4 is a perspective view illustrating a fixing
plate having a water through hole according to the present invention.
The present invention relates to a plurality of neighboring planting type
roadside blocks. Each block comprises an independent pattern hole 22 formed
in a body made of yellow soil, ceramic, concrete, stone, etc. for providing a
certain educational purpose, a 1/2 concave groove 23 of a side corner in which
two sheets are closely contacted for thereby forming one perfect shape, and a
1/4 concave groove 24 of four apexes in which four sheets are closely
contacted for thereby forming one perfect shape. It is possible to make a certain
shape in which the same shape is repeatedly shown when arranging and
combining a plurality of bodies 20 in series.
The thusly manufactured block may be paved at a parking lot, an
apartment, a garden house, a walk way of a park, etc. with blocks being close
with each other, and a certain plant may be planted at the pattern hole 22, the
1/2 concave groove 23 and the 1/4 concave groove 24 which are shown on the
blocks.
In addition, the fixing plate 30 having the same size is buried at the 1/2
concave groove 23 in which the bodies 20 are closer with each other for thereby
preventing the escape of the blocks. Soil is filled into the same so that a certain
plant grows. A strong life plant may be planted for thereby improving a city environment. The sizes of the pattern hole 22, the 1/2 concave groove 23 and
the 1/4 concave groove 24 into which the plant is planted may be determined so
that a person cannot enter the same. A plurality of water through holes 31 are
formed at the fixing plate 30, so that rainwater is well absorbed and drained,
whereby the roots of plant may well grow.
The fixing plate 30 disposed between the bodies 20 is basically
designed to stably support the bodies 20 and prevent the same from being
escaped from each other.
When the fixing plate 30 is buried at the 1/2 concave groove 23 formed
based on the engagement of the bodies 20, a certain step potion may be
provided as the side concave groove of the body 20 so as to obtain a more
stable engagement. One or two long rods may be planted into the water through
holes 31 for the same purpose.
With the above construction, when it rains, rainwater well penetrates
into the water through holes 31 , so that plants well grow. The absorption rate of
rainwater is high. Seeing the growing plants, people may be educated for good
personality. It is possible to build a beautiful society and city environment. In
summer, the ground heat decreases. The vehicles parked at the parking lot may
look good, and a comfortable city environment can be made. Industrial Applicability
As described above, the planting type roadside block according to the
present invention are closely paved with each other for thereby preventing an
escaping phenomenon, and a beautiful shape may last for long time. A destroy
problem does not occur. When blocks are manufactured, since there are curved
or protruded portions at the outer surfaces for preventing escapes, error
decreases, and various pattern blocks can be manufactured. Seeing growing
plants, people can learn good personalities, and certain educational effects can
be obtained. A beautiful society may be built. The absorption rate of rain
increases, and waste water treatment cost decreases. With increased green
space, heat may decrease, and energy saving effect can be obtained.
Environment can be significantly improved.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without
departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be
understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the
details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather
should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the
appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within
the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds
are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
