Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux procédés de modification de surfaces hydrophobes et notamment de modification de la surface de graphite pyrolitique hautement orienté. L'invention peut s'utiliser en microscopie à balayage de sondage, en analyse d'immuno-fermentation, dans la création de biopuces et dans la communication aux surfaces hydrophobes d'autres propriétés de surface. Le procédé de modification de la surface hydrophobe comprend l'application à la surface d'une monocouche de modification de molécules de composition complexe, qui comprennent un groupe fonctionnel, une zone formant des liaisons hydrogène et une partie hydrogène. Ces molécules peuvent notamment avoir la composition [Gly4-NHCH2]2C10H20.
