Abstract

The invention relates to alcohol-free beverages. The inventive beverage comprises a nitrous oxide and a liquid base, wherein said nitrous oxide is used in a quantity equal to or less than 40 g per 1 litre of the liquid base which is embodied in the form of a milk or sour-milk products and the nitrous oxide is added at a temperature of 1-25 °C and a pressure of 1-21 atm. Sour-milk beverages can be embodied in the form of kefir, sour milk, koumiss, acidophilous beverages etc. Said invention makes it possible to increase the storage time of milk and sour-milk products or beverages and to form a user's good mood by the product heady and amusing effect.
