Abstract
L'invention concerne l'équipement de tuyauterie et peut s'utiliser en tant qu'équipement de fermeture ou de régulation dans les tuyaux. La structure proposée du robinet à rotule permet de faciliter sensiblement le remplacement de l'étranglement et de prolonger la durée de vie active du robinet à rotule. Le robinet à rotule comprend un boîtier comportant un orifice latéral, un bouchon sphérique et un couvercle de boîtier. Des sièges sont montés dans les alésages du boîtier. Dans l'orifice du bouchon sphérique on a monté un étranglement qui peut être déplacé; l'étranglement amovible est isolé par rapport au bouchon sphérique. Dans l'orifice du couvercle du corps on a monté un bouchon muni d'une soupape anti-retour. La surface d'extrémité externe de l'étranglement amovible est faite convexe et forme une surface sphérique commune avec le bouchon sphérique; la tubulure d'étranglement de l'étranglement amovible est faite en céramique, et le boîtier est muni d'un orifice latéral supplémentaire, un bouchon étant placé dans un orifice latéral supplémentaire du boîtier. Il est possible de réaliser un orifice central du bouchon sphérique sous la forme d'un cylindre sans gradins; dans ce cas, les surfaces d'extrémité externes de la douille et du boîtier de l'étranglement amovible sont concaves et forment une surface sphérique commune avec le bouchon sphérique, le boîtier de l'étranglement amovible étant fait en plastique.
