Abstract

Optomechanische Vorrichtung zur Positionserfassung und zur Bestimmung eines Winkels zwischen einem, in der Schwenkebene eines Mess-Strahls definierten Referenzpunkt und einem in der selben Ebene beweglichen Objekt, auf welches der Mess-Strahl weiter bei seiner Überstreichung der Ebene projiziert wird, wobei der Messstrahl, der durch die Drehachse eines teildurchlässigen Drehreflektors geführt wird, vom Objekt reflektiert zurück durch diesen teildurchlässigen Reflektor hindurch auf eine Reihe von koaxial zur Drehachse angeordneten, photoempfindlichen Elementen geleitet wird und dort auf dem Element, welches der momentanen Winkelstellung des Objekts in der Strahlebene entspricht, einen definierenden Zustand auslöst. Eine, an die photoempfindlichen Elemente angeschlossene Auswerteinheit bestimmt dann den Winkel zwischen dem Referenzpunkt und dem reflektierenden Objekt durch Auslesen des Zustande der photoempfindlichen Elemente. Dieser Vorgang wiederholt sich bei jedem Durchfahren des Schwenkbereichs des teildurchlässigen Drehreflektors, sodass eine kontinuierliche Winkelnachführung dann gewährleistet ist, wenn die Winkelgeschwindigkeit des teildurchlässigen Drehreflektors hoch ist gegenüber der Winkeländerungsgeschwindigkeit des Objekts. Unter Verwendung von zwei der hier vorgestellten Vorrichtungen lässt sich die Position eines Objekts in einer Ebene bestimmen.
