Abstract

La présente Invention se rapporte au domaine de la microfluidique et en particulier à celui de l'électrophorèse sur dispositif micro- ou nanofluidique. Elle concerne plus particulièrement l'utilisation d'un revêtement polymère réactif apte àà subir une séparation de phase sous l'influence d'une stimulation externe de nature chimique ou physique, pour moduler les flux électrocinétiques (flux électroosmotique et électrophorétique pendant une électrophorèse par exemple) dans un dispositif miniature micro- ou nanofluidique, une méthode pour faire varier les flux électrocinétiques au sein d'un tel dispositif en mettant en œuvre ledit revêtement, ainsi que les dispositifs micro ou nanofluidiques comportant au moins un canal ou un capillaire dont la surface interne est recouverte au moins en partie par un tel revêtement.
