Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Stilbenderivaten der allgemeinen Formel (I) zum Herstellen von Arzneimitteln für die Behandlung solider Tumore, wie Melanome oder Magenkarzinome. Neben der Antitumoraktivität als Einzelsubstanz konnten weiters zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse dann erzielt werden, wenn Stilbenderivate der allgemeinen Formel (I) in Kombination mit einer DNA-interkalierenden Substanz, insbesondere Dacarbazin verabreicht wurden.
