Abstract

Production system for refrigeration cells of perfected type, composed of a frame (11), realized in plastic material, a rectangular ring element (12), a bottom element (14), which are components of the cell, and of external metal sheet elements which act as complements to the structure of the refrigerator, namely: external vertical metal sheet (13), lower horizontal metal sheet (17), bottom metal sheet (15), top horizontal meta sheet (18), and of a box-like top metal sheet element (16). The frame (11) fits perfectly within determined 'U' bends realized on the frontal side of the rectangular ring element (12) and in a similar way with identical 'U' bends in the frontal side, towards the external vertical metal sheets (13); the bottom element (14) will also be joined in a similar way between determined 'U' bends on the back of the rectangular ring element (12); all this with the purpose of creating a single structure which will be solidified during the following foaming process, during which expanded polyurethane foam will fill the interstice created in the above mentioned way. This with almost non leakage of polyurethane and therefore without any manual removal of the material.
