Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (100) permettant de soumettre des agents chimiques dissous dans un solvant (211) à un essai de solubilité. Des particules (210) de l'agent chimique non dissous peuvent être agitées dans le solvant (211) pour garantir que le solvant (211) soit saturé avec l'agent dissous. Des échantillons du solvant (211) sont prélevés pour être analysés, par exemple, dans un analyseur par chromatographie liquide à haute performance (CLHP) (150). Les échantillons peuvent être prélevés à différentes températures pour vérifier le profil de solubilité de l'agent chimique dans le solvant (211). L'appareil (100) est équipé d'un filtre (430) permettant d'éviter que des particules (210) de l'agent chimique non dissous apparaissent dans les échantillons. Ce filtre (430) peut comporter un espace (832) destiné à réduire le « volume mort » du filtre. L'appareil peut également comprendre un ordinateur (600) permettant de déterminer si un échantillon contient trop ou s'il ne contient pas assez d'agent chimique pour être analysé par l'analyseur CLHP (150), les échantillons pouvant être dilués dans un flacon d'analyse (141) pour garantir que l'analyseur (CLHP) n'est pas saturé par l'agent chimique.
