Abstract

IMPLANTE DENTAL DE CORONA ROTATORIA, con un cuerpo de implante, hecho en material biocompatible osteointegrable, que comprende una estructura de anclaje (2), solidaria con una estructura de soporte protésico (4), y una corona de inserción (3) por rotación con una superficie externa dotada de un filete de rosca (7), la cual provoca la inserción del cuerpo de implante en el hueso (28) mediante el atornillamiento de dicha corona en un taladro de perforación (56) realizado en el hueso. La corona de inserción queda conectada con la estructura de anclaje, preferiblemente en el extremo de pie de la misma, de forma que tiene libertad de giro con respecto a dicha estructura de anclaje, solidarizándose la estructura de soporte protésico con el extremo superior de la estructura de anclaje. Opcionalmente, la estructura de anclaje (2) presenta en superficie una estructura de regeneración ósea (54) realizada en un material biocompatible conformable individualizadamente por tallado computarizado.
