采用本发明所提供的技术方案, 当 UE注册到网络时, 接受注册的 实体将 UE信息注册到当前使用的 VCC Application; 当前使用的 VCC Application根据所述 UE信息主动向 UE进行移动性事件包订阅, 同时 将网络当前使用的 VCC Application标识和 /或公共业务标识( PSI, Public Serving Identity ) 告知用户。 UE 无须事先知道为其分配的 VCC Application的地址信息, 而在注册过程中即可获得。 这样, 如果更换了 VCC Application, 只需要让 UE从网络注销重新注册, 就可以保证 UE 与更换后的 VCC Application能够完成移动性事件包的订阅过程。
同时, 采用本发明所提供的技术方案, 在 UE的多连接状态发生改 变时即通知 VCC Application, 使得 VCC Application在 UE发生切换时 已获知 UE当前的多连接状态, 因此能够有效减少切换时延。 附图简要说明

本发明的核心内容是: 由网络中的切换控制服务器, 通常是 VCC Application, 在 UE注册时, 主动向 UE订阅移动性事件包, 并在订阅时 将自身的地址信息发送给 UE; UE根据所收到的 VCC Application的地 址信息, 向 VCC Application订阅移动性事件包。
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下举实施例, 并参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
参见图 2, 为本发明提供的移动性事件包订阅流程图, 具体流程包 括:
步骤 K01、 UE向 IMS网络中接受注册的实体, 例如 S-CSCF, 进行 IMS网络注册,注册时提供包括用户信息在内的 UE信息; S-CSCF根据 保存的初始过滤准则 (iFC, initial Filter Criteria ) 的配置, 获知当前的 VCC Application地址信息; 并才艮据所述 VCC Application的地址信息将 UE信息注册到该 VCC Application
步骤 K02、 VCC Application收到 S-CSCF发来的用户消息后, 根据 所述 UE信息, 主动向 UE发送移动性事件包订阅消息, 并且在所述移 动性事件包订阅消息中携带 VCC Application 的地址信息, 所述 VCC Application的地址信息为标识和 /或指向该 VCC Application的公共业务 标识 PSL
VCC Application收到所述 S-CSCF发来的包括用户信息的 UE信息 后, 可以先根据自身存储的信息或同其他相关实体进行交互, 判断该用 户是否为 VCC的签约用户,如果是则向 UE发送移动性事件包订阅消息, 否则不发送。
所述 UE信息可以进一步携带 UE能力信息, 则 VCC Application进 一步判断该 UE是否具有 VCC能力 ,如果具有则向该用户发送移动性事 件包订阅消息, 否则不发送。
上述判断都是可选的。
步骤 K03、 UE收到 VCC Application发来的订阅消息后,根据 VCC Application的标识和 /或 PSI, 向 VCC Application返回通 4艮消息,通 4艮消 息中包括在该 UE上所有可用的用户身份识别, 如移动台国际 ISDN号 码 (MSISDN )、 国际移动用户识别号 (IMSI ) , 以及任何其它 VCC Application执行会话锚定和进行语音呼叫连续性处理所必需的信息。
步驟 K04、 UE根据收到的 VCC Application发来的订阅消息中的 VCC Application的标识和 /或 PSI, 向 VCC Application发送移动性事件 包订阅消息。
步驟 K05、 VCC Application向 UE返回 Notify消息, 完成移动性事 件包的订阅过程。
如果网络更换指定的 VCC Application, 则指示已注册到 IMS网络 的 UE进行重新注册, 并执行上述订阅流程。具体方法流程如图 3所示, 包括:
L0 用户注册到 IMS网络, 并按步骤 K01到步棟 K05完成 UE与 VCC Application之间的移动性事件包的订阅流程。
L02、 因网络调整, 需要更换 VCC Application
L03、 由更换前的 VCC Application根据从 UE接收到的移动性事件 包通知中, 判断 UE 当前的呼叫 /会话状态, 如果用户当前未处于呼叫 / 会话连接中, 则指示该 UE进行 IMS域注销; 如果用户当前处于呼叫 / 会话连接, 则等待用户会话 /呼叫结束后, 指示该 UE进行 IMS域注销。 L04、 UE从 IMS域注销。
L05、 UE按照步骤 KOI到步骤 K05重新注册, 并在注册中建立与 更换后的 VCC Application间移动性事件包的订阅关系。
对于在 VCC Application更换前已注册到 IMS网络的 UE,也可以采 用推送( PUSH )机制将更换后的 VCC Application告知 UE, 由 UE重新 进行网络注册, 或直接与更换后的 VCC Application建立移动性事件包 订阅关系。 具体流程如图 4所示, 包括:
M01、 用户注册到 IMS网络, 并按步骤 K01到步驟 K05完成 ΌΕ 与 VCC Application之间的移动性事件包的订阅流程。
M02、 因网络调整, 需要更换 VCC Application
M03、 更换前的 VCC Application S-CSCF, 或其他能够获知 UE信 息的网络实体通过 PUSH方式通知 UE更换后的 VCC Application的地址 信息, 包括新的 VCC Application 的标识和 /或包括指向新的 VCC Application的 PSI。
M04、 UE根据 PUSH方式通知的 VCC Application的标识和 /或 PSI, 直接向新的 VCC Application发送移动性事件包订阅消息, 新的 VCC Application返回应答消息和通报(Notify ) 消息后, 再向用户终端发送 移动性事件包订阅消息, 完成移动性事件包订阅过程。
具体订阅流程与图 1中的现有技术订阅流程类似, 包括:
UE收到该 PUSH方式通知的信息后, 向更换后的 VCC Application 发送移动性事件包订阅消息;
更换后的 VCC Application返回应答消息和通报(Notify ) 消息; 更换后的 VCC Application再向 UE发送移动性事件包订阅消息,完 成移动性事件包订阅过程。
在本发明方法中,当 UE和 VCC Application完成了移动性事件包订 阅过程后, 若 UE检测到自身与网络之间的多连接状态发生了变化, 则 向 VCC Application上报当前的多连接状态信息; VCC Application保存 收到的多连接状态信息, 用于切换控制。
参见图 5, 为多连接状态上报的流程图, 包括:
步骤 N01、 UE按照步骤 K01到步骤 K05完成与 VCC Application 之间的移动性事件包或多连接状态事件包订阅, 建立与对端用户的 CS 呼叫或 IMS会话, 建立多连接状态, 例如用户同时处于与多个对方的通 话连接中, 包括呼叫保持、 呼叫等待以及多方通话等;
步骤 N02、 用户通话中通过 CS域呼叫保持、 呼叫等待以及多方通 话等补充业务, 或通过 IMS域同类业务调用, 或通过后续操作, 如呼叫 保持中保持 /恢复(HOLD/RETRIEVE )操作、 呼叫等待接听或拒绝新来 话、 多方通话中保持 /分裂 /恢复(HOLD/SPLIT/RETRIEVE )操作、 会议 电话等,或通过在 IMS AS控制下,导致呼叫 /会话多连接状态发生变化。
N03、 UE基于先前的移动性事件包或多连接状态事件包订阅, 在多 连接状态变化确定后, 通过订阅的移动性事件包或多连接状态事件包, 通知 VCC Application自身的当前多连接状态; VCC Application收到通 知, 返回应答消息 200 OK, 并保存收到的多连接状态信息, 在后续执行 切换控制时使用。
本发明的上述多连接状态上 4艮方法, 是在完成本发明提供的移动性 事件包订阅的基础上, 由 UE检测自身的多连接状态是否发生变化, 若 检测到多连接状态发生了变化, 则及时通知 VCC Application。 这样, 当 需要进行域间切换时, 由于已经得知用户当前的多连接状态, 不需要再 等待用户上艮当前的多连接状态信息, 因此, 能够有效减少切换时延, 提高用户的业务感受和切换成功率。
上述多连接状态事件订阅 /通知机制采用 RFC 3265中的订阅 /通知机 制, 重用 3GPP在 TR 23.806中定义的移动性事件包来通知多连接状态 及其变化, 也可以新定义多连接状态事件包。 新定义的事件包的格式遵 循 RFC 3265中扩展事件包的格式要求, 事件包内的多连接状态信息包 括基本业务连接状态, 补充业务连接状态等。
本发明的上述多连接状态上报方法中, 若网络更换 VCC
Application, 则采用图 3、 图 4 所示流程建立 UE 与更换后的 VCC Application之间的移动性事件包或多连接状态事件包的订阅。
为了实现上述方法, 本发明需要在现有技术的 UE、 S-CSCF 以及 VCC Application上增加新的模块。 本发明提供的 S-CSCF, 除了与现有 技术一样包括用于接受 UE注册的注册信息处理模块之外,进一步包括: 注册信息转发模块, 用于将包括用户信息的 UE信息注册到 VCC Application。
本发明提供的 VCC Application包括:
用户属性判断模块, 用于根据 S-CSCF发来的 UE信息中的用户信 息判断用户是否为 VCC签约用户, 并根据判断结果决定是否指示移动 性事件包订阅及处理模块向 UE发送移动性事件包订阅消息。 该模块是 可选的。
UE能力判断模块, 用于根据 S-CSCF发来的 UE信息中的 UE能力 信息,判断 UE是否支持 VCC功能,并根据判断结果决定是否指示移动 性事件包订阅及处理模块向 UE发送移动性事件包订阅消息。 该模块是 可选的。
移动性事件包订阅及处理模块, 用于根据用户属性判断模块和 /或 UE能力判断模块的指示, 向 UE发送携带有 VCC Application地址信息 的移动性事件包订阅消息, 并且与 UE交互完成移动性事件包订阅以及 后续的移动性事件包处理。 如果 VCC Application中没有用户属性判断模块和 UE能力判断模 块, 则移动性事件包订阅及处理模块直接根据所述 UE信息向 UE发送 移动性事件包订阅消息。
UE注销指示模块, 用于在发生 VCC Application更换时, 根据 UE 的呼叫 /会话连接状态指示 UE注销。 具体的说, 注销指示模块首先判断 UE当前是否处于呼叫 /会话连接中, 如果用户未处于呼叫 /会话连接中, 则指示该 UE进行注销; 如果用户当前处于呼叫 /会话连接, 则等待用户 会话 /呼叫结束后, 指示该 UE进行注销。 该模块连接到移动性事件包订 阅及处理模块, 同时该模块是可选的。
本发明提供的 UE进一步包括:
移动性事件包订阅及处理模块, 用于根据所收到的移动性事件包订 阅消息中的 VCC Application地址信息, 向 VCC Application发送移动性 事件包订阅消息, 并且与 VCC Application进行交互完成移动性事件包 订阅以及后续的移动性事件包处理。
注销管理模块,用于根据 VCC Application发来的注销指示从网络中 注销。 该模块是可选的。
多连接状态检测和处理模块, 用于检测 UE 自身的多连接状态, 并 且在多连接状态发生变化时通知 VCC Application

1、 一种移动性事件包订阅的方法, 其特征在于, 在用户设备 UE向 网络注册时, 该方法包括:
UE向网络中接受注册的实体进行注册, 所述接受注册的实体将 UE 信息发送给域间切换控制应用服务器;
域间切换控制应用服务器根据所述 UE信息, 向 UE发送移动性事 件包订阅消息 , 并且在所述移动性事件包订阅消息中携带域间切换控制 应用服务器的地址信息;
UE根据所述移动性事件包订阅消息中的域间切换控制应用服务器 地址信息, 向域间切换控制应用服务器发送移动性事件包订阅消息, 完 成 UE和域间切换控制应用服务器之间的移动性事件包订阅。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE信息中携带 用户信息, 所述域间切换控制应用服务器根据所述 UE信息, 向 UE发 送移动性事件包订阅消息为
域间切换控制应用服务器根据用户信息, 确认用户为语音呼叫连续 性签约用户, 并且向 UE发送移动性事件包订阅消息。
