Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Anreicherung und/oder Abtrennung von nicht-methylierte CpG-Motive enthaltender DNA bereitgestellt, umfassend a) ein Reaktionsgefäß mit mindestens einer Öffnung und b) ein Protein, das nicht-methylierte CpG-Motive über eine Bindungsstelle spezifisch erkennt, wobei das Protein eine 25%ige bis 35%ige Homologie zum Wildtyp-CGPB-Protein aufweist und gegenüber diesem verkürzt ist, wobei sich das Protein innerhalb des Reaktionsgefäßes befindet.
