Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Detektion von Analyten in fluiden Medien mittels einer Cantileversonde. Sie betrifft weiterhin die Verwendung des Verfahrens bzw. der Vorrichtung. Um ein derartiges Verfahren bzw. eine derartige Vorrichtung mit höherer Meßempfindlichkeit zu schaffen, wird im Rahmen der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß eine säulen- oder pfeilerartige Cantileversonde verwendet wird, deren Mantelfläche von einem Luftspalt umgeben ist und deren Deckel dem fluiden Medium ausgesetzt ist und die sensitive Fläche darstellt. Durch Verwendung der säulen- oder pfeilerartigen Cantileversonde, also einen einseitig eingespannten mechanischen Schwinger, dessen Eigenschwingung durch Materialablagerung aus einem fluiden Medium auf dem Deckel des säulen- oder pfeilerartigen Cantilevers gedämpft wird und somit seine Resonanzfrequenz, Dämpfung bzw. Amplitude durch die Massenzunahme verändert, wird die Meßempfindlichkeit gegenüber bekannten Verfahren deutlich erhöht.
