Those recycling materials which cannot be thrown into the body bin should be guided into the net(191) aside the body bin so that the casters should not experience any inconvenience. For examples, Styrofoam, books, big glass bottles, plastic products, and plastic

- 33 - bottles should be guided to be thrown into the right or left sides of the body bin, so that the area near the wastes bin do not get any dirty.

The body handle part for moving(194) is placed in order to reduce inconvenience when needs to be moved, and the wheel for moving(216) is attached below the body bin that it can be easily moved for casters. The bin has a water hole that when the bin needs cleaning only by pouring water on the bin and just wiping the surface the bin gets clean.

The smallest possible assembling of the body bin(lOO) is the two step bin. This two step bin can structure various standards from D17 to D20.

D17, A type of the two step body bin composes the standard type of two step bin. The vertical partition(261) is placed within the first bin and on the right the rotatable crosswise partition(264) that moves front(a) and back(b) is placed so that three kinds of wastes can be thrown into one bin.

The second bin of the two step bin also has the vertical partition (261) placed and on the left the rotatable partition(264) that moves front(a) and back(b) is placed so that three kinds of wastes can be thrown into one bin.

D18 is B type of two step body bin . What is different from the type A is that yogurt bottles are thrown in to the first bin directly, not into the second bin. Moreover, the first bin can be divided into more than two distinguishing bins. In other words, the first bin can be installed more than three vertical ρartitions(261) and the rotatable crosswise partition(264) like type A. In addition, the second bin are divided into four bins by the cross crosswise partition(270) and the cross vertical partition(269) that the upper two holes and front two holes are made.

D19 is C type of the two step body bin. What is different from A and B is that up vertical bin(140) is attached to this bin.

D20 is D type of two step body bin. What is different from A, B, and C is that without using the rotatable partition, it is a up-down simple model that the upper hole and the front hole can only be divided by a partition.

D21 is the front drawing of the three step body bin.

What differs from the two step bin is that the three step bin can use the rotatable vertical partition(263). The explanation of the rotatable partition shall be done in detail later in the inner part of the body.

D22 is the front drawing of the four step bin, and is the most standard body bin. If it gets bigger, it would be complicated and would cost a lot of manufacturing fee.

D23 is the front drawing of the five step bin, and it does not have any unique feature. It is a multi-step bin that allows machinery installation. Machines can be installed on the two step bins, however, it would bring more complex procedures so that it is omitted.

The six step body bin is explained in D6 and D7, and it does not need further explanation.

D24 is the drawing of body bin which first step bin of multi step bin and vertical bin at top were put to rearward. This drawing was mapped out when applying for patenting the first invention. The rearward type bins seemed uncomfortable that all were altered to front bins, and all the problems of recycling bin were solved. This drawing is only an example that a bin can be made this way.

From D25 to D31, the drawings explain the principles about the structures and inner body of the bins.

D25 is the drawings for explaining the bin with a rotatable crosswise partition independently installed at above first bins and at the same time it explains in details the methods to prevent bombs putting in the bins.

- 36 - Among the bins more than one step, a rotatable crosswise partition (264) can be installed on bins which wastes vertically drop into. This rotatable crosswise partition functions as the attractable wire(253) is pulled through the hole(254),partition hole(255) and hook(252),and hooks onto hasp of the attractable wire(251).

D25-1 explains that when pulled wire is released the rotatable partition would lay down on the bottom, a bar of partition(268) is installed to prevent the partition to perfectly lay down on the bottom.

On the area where the wastes drop on the top at right side a noise prevention ρad(281) is installed on the bottom or on the partitions so that it minimizes the noise when a recycling can(151) drops into the bin. This prevention is the advisable for bins used in offices, and another prevention like alarm system should be installed in airports and public facilities where terror's bombs should be rigidly prevented for security.

D38 is the detail drawing of the crusher terminal, and its functions shall be explained with detail in D40. This drawing shows what is not shown in D37.

D42 is the explanation of the lock system of multi-step bin.

The reason why lock up the multi-step waste bin is that for bins which many people use there are many safety problems. In order to confront those problems effectively is to produce these bins with firm materials which endure outer damage and the inner bins should be locked to prevent theft. In addition, the bins should not be opened easily because that people put the wastes in black vinyl bags into the waste bins and this is the main actual purpose of the recycling bins.

There are two ways of combining two panels into one panel. The first method is to stick both sides and the other is to combine them together.

D43-1 is the inner of the front bin for advertising(370) and D43-2 is the back panel of front panel for advertising(371). D43-3 is the front panel and D43-4 are nut(398) and both side volt(399) connecting these panel. Through the hole of connected with panel volt for advertising(397), the both side volt(399) and nut(398) combine together .

In addition to this, when private business owners use this bins they can put up their advertisements and it is very advantageous to put up mutually altered advertisements. The side panel of body bin for advertising is combined together by its inside panel(381), paintings(382),out side panel(383) through the hole (397) with both side volt(399) and nut(398).

D46 and D47 explain the example of the wheel setting and the fixer system of body bin.

A multi-step recycling waste bin consists of its structure and many bins that it weighs quite heavy. Therefore for efficient transportation of the bin, wheels are compulsory. However, in order to prevent the possible problem of having only wheels, that the pad of wheel(385) and the steel of fixing flat(396) is needed. The hole of connecting wheel(387) was made on the bottom of wheel pad, and fix it with the hole of wheel(388) using volt and nut. The pad side of wheel(385) is connected by the hole of pad side(392) with the hole(386) connecting the steel of fixing flat(396) as using volt and nut.

It is quite hard to manage the waste bins in wide areas such as outdoors and stadium. For such places, they fix the waste bins onto the ground. 44 - D49 and so on explain the slope bloc fix bin(400), slope bloc bin(500), the round type fix bin(600), egg type fix bin(660), round type bin(700) and egg type bin(770) .

D49 indicates that the slope bloc fix bin(400) can be divided into 2,3,4- 9 parts using horizon partition(578) and vertical partition(579). The slope bloc bin(500) has standard nine part bins which indicate that it can separately collect recycling wastes.

For such fix bins, guiding separate collection corresponding to the divided part sector of each different wastes would bring enormous efficiency of separate collection. The divided partition structure of these waste bins make it hard for the casters to dispose their wastes because of their frames. This is because when the wastes size does not fit with the hole, it would just simply drop and the casters are induced to precisely separate their wastes. The fix bins should be divided by the wastes bin manager corresponding to the disposing condition and the circumstances.

If the manager cannot decide the structure of the waste bin and it causes inconvenience that dumping wastes is difficult, the casters can move the partitions by themselves and make fixing wastes easier. The managers can fix the partitions using silicons if the divided partitions are fixed and by this the casters cannot thoughtlessly move the partitions around.

In the case of slope bloc bin(600), the standard type is the nine part bins. For freer and various structures of numerous types and for efficient management for managers, the examples shall not be mentioned.

The standard nine part bins are made with front six step bins and upper two bins which the body bin(lOO) has, and added with one bin. The extra one bin is the black colored bin which have PS and PP

This slope bloc bin(500) can collect 80% of the whole collection only with the down partition. The collecting method indicates the previous step of the D49 slope bloc bin(500).

D51 is the front drawing of separate the slope bloc bin(561) when move. When collection, six to nine bins are adequate and when movement or transport, all 16 bins should be moved at once for efficiency. The upper of bloc bin(562) and the lower of bloc bin(563) equipped with basic stand(581) would efficiently help moving and

D52 and D53 are drawn for easy understanding of loading and transporting of D51. In D52, drawing of combining the slope bloc bins(84) is indicated on the drawing. Two bins combine together with side or up-down and show loading, moving and transporting

D53 is the series drawing of having two bloc bin(83) combined extensively. This drawing shows projected parts as the bloc bin has a shape which fixes objects. In order to get rid of this projected area, the extended stand(590) is used, further more, it is used unavoidably for massive collection without partition.

D54 is the basic form of slope bloc bin(565). It composes of the on and down plate bloc(566) and the left-right side plate bloc (571). The inner of each plate has three-divided separate valley(569) and between these valleys there are horizon partition(578) and vertical partition(579). The outer of each plate has prominence and depression. The point of the front and back, and up and down have structure that can attach and detach T type ρartition(575).

D55 is the surface of the up and down blocs and D55-1 is the inside part.

It consists of the depression(567), prominence(568), separate valley(569) and prominence connected with side plate(570).

D56 and 56-1 are drawings of left side bloc surface and its inner part. The surface of the left side plate bloc(571) has the

D57 and 57-1 are drawing of the right side bloc surface and its inner part. The reason why the left side and the right side are independently drawn is that the direction of the separate valley of each is different. Apart from this, nothing is different for the right and the left sides.

D58 indicates the T type partition(575). As the partition of this bloc is quite special, only T type partition is used. For easing attaching and detaching, and preventing the partition to pop out because the inside hole of partition(576) and the outside hole of partition(574) have different size, the used number of partitions are differently indicated. D58-1 three separate partition is distinguished with the horizon partition(578) and the vertical partition(579).

D59 and D60 are the drawing and explanations of the bloc stands.

D59-1 is the front drawing of the bloc stand(581) and D59-2 is the up drawing of the bloc stand which consists of the depression of it(582) and the prominence of it(583),the depression(584) and the prominence(585) that combine to the left and right sides of the stand. On the front there are handle hole in stand(586) and D59-3 is the down drawing of the bloc bin stand which composes of the wheel hole in stand(587).

D60 and 60-1 are extended stand(590) which are stands, that differ because it has the prominence of connected with stand(591) on the rear side.

- 48 - D61 is the example of slope fix bin. The usage principle of this fix bin is that long ones be located on the bottom and on the back, and on the other hand, short ones should be located on the front and on the top where the users can comfortably use. This should be educated to the casters as the mandatory regulations. The reason why is that unless they dispose the wastes accordingly to the regulations, the next casters would experience confusion and inconvenience, we must educate the casters for educating more democratic regulations. As the drawing shows the same kinds of cans(141) should be disposed corresponding to their length and size. The objects with massive volume should be placed under and the smaller one above. The smaller volume should be placed on the front where more people use. The casters should follow these rules.

Democracy and democratic orders cannot be done with my thinking but by behaving with the universal principle and rules they would be kept firmly.

D62 is the example of 81 division 81 collections and casting in one slope collect fix bin. When the can(151) and yogurt bottle(152) are collected 81 each, by removing the partition(575) placed on the rear side, the collected wastes can be easily dumped into the plane bin(840) or the slope bloc bin(500). 81 division and another 81 division again mean that pens, pencils, wooden chopsticks, tooth picks and ear-picks can be collected into a collected can bin.
