The sixth step bin is a glass bottle bin(135) where only small sized glass bottles are thrown in. For examples, small drink glass bottles, medicine bottles or cosmetic bottles are dumped here. Like shown above, most recycling wastes must be distinguished into right or left; on the left side, big, colored and dirty recycling wastes should be disposed, and on the right side, small, white, and clean recycling wastes should be disposed, so that the casters can easily recognize which side to dump their wastes. D20 is D type of two step body bin. What is different from A, B, and C is that without using the rotatable partition, it is a up-down simple model that the upper hole and the front hole can only be divided by a partition.

What differs from the two step bin is that the three step bin can use the rotatable vertical partition(263). The explanation of the rotatable partition shall be done in detail later in the inner part of the body.

D42 is the explanation of the lock system of multi-step bin.
The reason why lock up the multi-step waste bin is that for bins which many people use there are many safety problems. In order to confront those problems effectively is to produce these bins with firm materials which endure outer damage and the inner bins should be locked to prevent theft. In addition, the bins should not be opened easily because that people put the wastes in black vinyl bags into the waste bins and this is the main actual purpose of the recycling bins.
Solving those problems is quite simple. A multi-step recycling waste bin consists of its structure and many bins that it weighs quite heavy. Therefore for efficient transportation of the bin, wheels are compulsory. However, in order to prevent the possible problem of having only wheels, that the pad of wheel(385) and the steel of fixing flat(396) is needed. The hole of connecting wheel(387) was made on the bottom of wheel pad, and fix it with the hole of wheel(388) using volt and nut. The smaller volume should be placed on the front where more people use. The casters should follow these rules.
Democracy and democratic orders cannot be done with my thinking but by behaving with the universal principle and rules they would be kept firmly.
