Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient pour produits alimentaires qui se présente comme un emballage jetable destiné à la conservation de produits alimentaires sous forme sèche, suivis du remplissage du récipient avec un liquide chaud qui recouvre le produit alimentaire; le récipient permet d'utiliser le produit fini. Le récipient pour produits alimentaires comprend un boîtier (1) avec un fond (2) fait en un matériau polymère possédant une teneur égale en polyéthylène et en polypropylène. La surface latérale (3) du boîtier est formée par la surface latérale d'un cône tronqué qui est tourné vers le haut par sa grande base. Le rebord supérieur (4) est replié de manière à se situer dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe vertical du récipient de façon à former un bordage rabattu (5) sur tout son périmètre. Le bordage rabattu (5) se présente comme un cône tronqué dont la génératrice est inclinée par rapport au plan dans lequel est situé le rebord à un angle de 130° à 140°. La base inférieure est raccordée au fond en suivant des surfaces convexe (6) et concave (7). Le fond (2) dans sa partie mitoyenne est fait concave, la cavité étant dirigée dans le sens du récipient, et comprend un élément d'appui (9) qui se présente comme un cône tronqué tourné vers le haut par sa petite base. L'invention permet d'améliorer la rigidité et la fiabilité de la structure de récipient et d'obtenir un récipient sécurisé grâce à la protection contre les brûlures pendant la consommation du produit.
