Abstract

Selon l'invention, un récipient pour produits alimentaires recouverts par un liquide, qui est muni d'un couvercle (8), comprend un boîtier creux (1) avec un fond (2), constitué de deux couches de matériau en feuille (3, 4) reliées entre elles de manière à former un cône tronqué creux. La couche interne (3) est faite d'un matériau à base de cellulose, de préférence de papier apprêté. Le récipient a une hauteur de 105 mm. Le diamètre interne de la grande base (D) du cône tronqué est égal à 140 mm et le diamètre interne de la petite base (d) est égal à 105 mm. La collerette (5) dans la partie supérieure du boîtier est formée par un repli vers l'extérieur de la couche interne, superposée à la couche externe; la collerette (6) dans la partie inférieure du boîtier est formée par un repli (7) de la partie inférieure de la couche interne, superposée au repli, réalisé sur le périmètre du fond, vers la partie inférieure du corps, qui forme un assemblage à entaille hermétique du boîtier et du fond. L'angle d'inclinaison (α) de la génératrice du cône tronqué par rapport à son axe longitudinal est égal à 8°. L'invention permet d'améliorer la rigidité du dispositif et sa fiabilité d'utilisation et d'assurer la protection de l'utilisateur contre les risques de brûlures du côté du fond ou des parois du récipient.
