Abstract

Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zum Lokalisieren und Retten von in Not befindlichen Personen wird innerhalb einer Mobilfunkinfrastruktur genutzt, so dass dessen Reichweite theoretisch unbegrenzt ist. Die Besonderheit liegt nun darin, dass eine Grobortung mittels Auswertung der vom Notrufsender empfangenen Feldstärken der Mobilfunkbasisstationen zum Ermitteln der ungefähren Position, mit einer anschließenden Nahortung durch einen Peilsender kurzer Reichweite kombiniert wird. Daher kann der Peilsender auch Bestandteil einer SIM-Karte sein, sodass für den Betrachter der Peilfunksender unsichtbar ist und dieser auch bei deaktiviertem Mobilfunkgerät funktioniert. Eine weitere Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass auf der SIM-Karte ein SIM-Toolkit vorgesehen ist, welches die Software des Mobiltelefons ändert bzw. Programme zum Betrieb desselben bereit stellt. Somit können Programme zur offenen oder verdeckten Grobortung und/oder zum Aktivieren des Peilsenders auf handelsüblichen Mobiltelefonen ablaufen.
