Abstract

The invention relates to a thread milling device which comprises an adjusting ring-feeding mechanism for, for example, milling the edges of masonry and/or metal. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung, die zum Anfasen von Kanten verwendet werden kann und insbesondere im Beton- und Ziegelmauerwerksbereich eingesetzt werden kann. Ein bisher bekanntes Verfahren zum Ausführen von Kanten mit Fasen basiert auf dem Einlegen von zu Beton unterschiedlichen Materialien (z. B. Holz- oder Kunststoffkanten) in die z. B. rechtwinklig ausgeführte Schalung, sodaß nach dem Aushärten von Beton oder ähnlichen Baustoffen diese eingelegten kantenbildenden Teile entfernt werden können. Bei z. B. Ziegelmauerwerk kann die erwünschte Anfasung einer Kante durch Nachbearbeiten mit Winkelschleifern erfolgen. Das oben zuerstgenannte Verfahren ist mit einem erhöhten Auwand beim Aufbau der Schalung gekennzeichnet, da hierbei jeweils an den entsprechenden Stellen an den Kanten die später fasenbildenden Materialeinlagen exakt positioniert und fixiert werden müssen. Beim zweiten oben genannten Verfahren, der Nacharbeit mit einem Winkelschleifer, ist es für den die Nacharbeit Ausführenden schwer, über eine größere Kantenlänge eine symmetrische Kantengeometrie einzuhalten. Aus den genannten Nachteilen dieser Verfahren resultieren oft große Probleme (z. B. Reklamationen bezgl . Baumängeln) und führen zur NichtZufriedenheit des Bauherren und machen oft sehr aufwendige, zeit- und kostenintensive Nacharbeiten erforderlich. Die vorgeschlagene Erfindung soll es ermöglichen, eine Maschine darzustellen, mit deren Hilfe es möglich ist, oben genannte Nachteile zu vermeiden. Dies wird mit der der Erfindung zugrundeliegenden Fräsvorrichtung zum Anfasen von z. B. Beton- und Mauerwerkskanten erreicht. Eine erfindungsgemäße Maschine besteht aus einem Grundgestell (1) , ähnlich zwei rechteckigen Platten (2) , die an einer Seite miteinander verbunden sind und etwa in rechten Winkel zueinander stehen. Radial zur Kantenlinie verlaufend, ist ein etwa rohrförmiger Stutzen (3) angebracht, der mit den beiden Grundplatten (2) verschnitten, verbunden ist. Darin befindet sich ein längs zur Rohrachse verschiebbarer rohrförmiger Stutzen als Verstellring (4) . In diesem wiederum befindet sich ein etwa scheibenförmiges Fräs- oder Schleifwerkzeug, das mit Hilfe der Verstellmöglichkeit z. B. eine Beton- oder Mauerwerkskante mit einer Fase der gewünschten Breite versehen werden kann.
