- the present description refers to a patent of invention for a novel locking system for bottles, especially bottles for beverage, which use dropping devices to dose the exit of liquids, formed by a set of overcap and internal cap, fixed between them in an extremely efficient way, so to obtain a cap which will facilitate the actuation of said closing set over the detachment of pre-band or seal with the cylindrical glove of the mouth of the bottle, thus allowing the identification of undue openings of the bottle and also bringing in considerable improvements for later re-closings with the dropping device.

Abstract
L’invention concerne un kit de verrouillage de sécurité et un système de rebouchage de bouteille, notamment d’une bouteille de boisson utilisant un dispositif de déversement (D) de liquide, formés d’un kit constitué d’une coiffe (1) et d’un bouchon interne (10), rattachés axialement l’un à l’autre au moyen de pattes imbriquées (5) et (13) selon une configuration trapézoïdale en alignement inversé formant des guides assurant un accouplement efficace entre la coiffe (1) et le bouchon interne (10), cet accouplement étant réalisé par des renfoncements annulaires (6) et des rebords (14) qui coïncident et qui sont verrouillés par pression. Une bague d’étanchéité (7) est séparée en trois segments (7a) lors du dévissage du bouchon (T). Le bouchon (T) facilite, grâce à l’accouplement, l’actionnement du kit de verrouillage lorsque la bague d’étanchéité (7) et un manchon cylindrique (16) du goulot de la bouteille sont détachés (7). L’invention permet de déceler l’ouverture intempestive de la bouteille et de faciliter les rebouchages successifs du dispositif de déversement (D).
