Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaquette alvéolaire destinée à contenir un médicament et comprenant une couche de base et une couche alvéolaire jointes ensemble. Chaque couche comporte une ligne de séparation d'obtention de languette permettant à un utilisateur de commencer une séquence prédéterminée d'étapes requises pour accéder au médicament. Les lignes de séparation d'obtention de languette sont situées à l'intérieur du périmètre de chaque couche associée. Ces lignes de séparation d'obtention de languette réduisent sélectivement la résistance de la couche associée, ce qui permet à un utilisateur de 'découper' ou d'obtenir une languette en vue d'un accès au médicament. Une pluralité de manipulations prédéterminées doivent être réalisées pour accéder au médicament. Ces manipulations consistent à appliquer une force permettant d'obtenir une languette, à arracher cette languette, d'où la formation d'une ailette sinistrorsum et d'une ailette dextrorsum, et à faire tourner l'ailette sinistrorsum et l'ailette dextrorsum dans des sens opposés de façon à provoquer une déchirure mettant à nu le médicament.
