Abstract

System for dispensing a plurality of beverages to the public, constituted of a glass with an associated pedestal, a lighting capsule, a dual function device for dispensing the glasses and collecting the same after use, and a polyvalent seating support for the dispenser/collector. The mentioned tools are complementary to each other and devised as a whole so as to achieve a technical-practical, technical economical and technical-environmental optimization in relation to the act of dispensing beverages to the public classified as carbonated beverages, energy drinks, soft drinks, long drinks, juices, aperitifs, beers, alcoholic drinks and spirits as well as the futuristic beverages interacting with sources of light.

Claims

AMENDED CLAIMS received by the International Bureau on 15 February 2007 (15.02.2007)
1) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public, constituted of a cup conceived for disposable use, technically designed to be combined with an appropriate removable socket and a suitable optional lighting capsule, as a predisposition for administering the futuristic beverages interacting with lighting sources, and a device fitted with a suitable bracket for wall fastening, technically designed for dispensing disposable cups and collecting the same after use, achievable by rotating 180°, while employing the original package of the same disposable cups as a container for both functions.
2) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical- ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the side of said cup carries niches structured in a semi-pyramidal form, arranged in a radial direction with their tips turned toward the mouth of the disposal cup.
3) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims 1 and 2, characterized by the fact that said structural semi-pyramidal niches present in said disposable extend to a height comprised between 4/10 and 8/10 of the total height envisioned for said disposable cup.
4) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the mouth of said disposable cup carries a structural ring in the form of a hollow truncated cone with its top firmly attached to the same cup by a toroidally shaped bridge.
5) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the socket of said disposable cup carries an external upsetting in the form of a hollow truncated cone with a closed top.
6) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that it provides radially disposed blades firmly attached to the outer base of said disposable cup, and precisely between the perimeter and the base of the truncated cone upsetting, that carry at their extremities a semi-sphere as a predisposition for hooking up to said socket.
7) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said socket is constituted of a hollow conical support carrying radially disposed appendices firmly attached to its outer surface, which extend in a vertical direction as guiding appendices for inserting said cup, and in an orthogonal direction as base appendices for enhancing static stability when handling said disposable cup.
8) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims 1 and 7, characterized by the fact that said guiding appendices present on the socket extend for a height of 1/3 the height encountered in the semi-pyramidal structural niches present on the wall of said disposable cup.
9) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims 1, 7, 8, characterized by the fact mat said guiding appendices present on the socket can be described as being pyramidal prisms geometrically corresponding to the positive shapes of the structural semi-pyramidal niches present on the outer wall of said disposable cup.
10) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims land 7, characterized by the fact that the minimum diameter resulting from the radial disposition of said orthogonal base niches present on the socket corresponds to the maximum diameter found in said disposable cup.
11) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims 1, 6, 7, characterized by the fact that the wall of the conical support present in said socket carries circular holes corresponding, in number and diameter and in this order, to the number of blades and their relative semi-spheres positioned on the outer base of said disposable cup.
12) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims 1, 6, 7, characterized by the fact that the distance between the axis of said 21 circular holes and the top of the conical support present in said socket corresponds to the distance between the base of the blades present on the disposable cup and the axis of the semi-spheres placed at their extremities.
13) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims 1 and 7, characterized by the fact that the wall next to the top of the conical support present in said socket, and precisely between the guiding appendices, carries carved-out slots of a rectangular shape.
14) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims 1, characterized by the fact that said optional lighting capsule is mainly composed, in this order, of a lighting body complete with electric accumulators and an electrical lighting device and their accessories, duly assembled in a container inserted in turn into an open housing duly predisposed for inserting in said lighting body.
15) System for the technical-practical, technical-economical, and technical-ecological optimization of a plurality of beverages to the public according to the claims 1, 13, 14, characterized by the fact that it carries, next to the mouth of the housing described in said optional lighted capsule, and precisely on its outer surface, some hook-ups arranged along the perimeter and corresponding, in size and number, to the slots placed on the top of the conical support described in said socket.
