  • the lengths of the spout and the channel are determined in order to allow the membrane to have a sufficient non-sealed surface, in order to use it as a tear open strip to peel the membrane from the spout, prior to consumption.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un contenant thermoformé (1) destiné à des produits alimentaires fluides. Ledit contenant comprend un corps de contenant compressible (2) présentant un bord supérieur plat (3) entourant une ouverture de corps de contenant (4) et est caractérisé en ce que : (i) ledit corps de contenant (2) est compressible au moins dans des directions axiales et transversales de sorte que son volume peut être réduit d'au moins 85 %, de préférence d'au moins 95 % lors de l'application d'une pression manuelle ou du serrage des produits contenus, et (ii) ledit bord (3) est rigide et comprend un bec verseur (5) continu avec l'ouverture (4) du corps de contenant (2), ladite ouverture (4) étant fermée par au moins une membrane primaire (6) qui est scellée sur ledit bord (3).
