Abstract

The invention relates to producing a sport pants whose specific assembly of three thermoregulating materials provides said equestrian pants with a feature preventing areas exposed to friction against all risks of skin damages, any heat accumulation harmful for the central nervous system and against a muscle metabolism which reduce sports achievements. The inventive sports pants comprises a first main part (1-4) exhibiting a high multidirectional extensibility for a very large movement freedom. A second part (7-10) exhibits a variable gripping quality for optimising a seat in a saddle. A third lower part, which is identical to the second part in terms of the shape and sizes thereof, is used in the form of a friction inhibitor and a sweat flow regulator.

The race for extreme performance in equestrian competition sports, allows the emergence of more and more remarkable pathologies involving an evolutionary and permanent adaptation of the equipment of riders of any level.

The phenomenon of Hyperthermia, as well as that of Derm-abrasion emanating from friction initiated on points of contact specific to the practice of horse riding, are part of these pathologies.

The development of an ideal riding breeches corresponding to the special expectations of extreme riders has not been the subject of any advanced research, even if some have tried to adapt comfort and protections already known wanting to be in adequacy with the particular constraints of the Equestrian sports of long distances, in vain ...

The notion of long-term Equestrian performance in extreme topographic and climatic conditions being associated with that of great freedom of movement, the first adaptation tests dedicated to the so-called pants were reduced to the only exploitation of the capacities for the least reduced extensibility of materials already used in the field of classical riding.

The first thermoregulatory material, which is the main use according to the invention, is manufactured according to known. The second material, essential according to the invention in terms of maximization of sensations and protection at the level of the contact zones involved in trade Cavalier / Horse, is also the subject of a manufacturing according to known methods. This microfiber fabric, woven or agglomerated according to the methods, must have a suede or nubuck-like appearance as well as variable-effect grip aptitudes so as to optimize the rider's saddle performance without, for all that, remaining literally "glued" To this one. For this, it is desirable to use a woven or agglomerated microfiber fabric which ideally contains 60 to 80% polyamide and 20 to 40% polyurethane. In terms of pure resistance we will tend to favor microfiber fabric woven. Many versions, always evolving, of these microfibre tissues. are or will be available also under multiple brands (Clarino, Amaretta, Master, Ecosued, Basic, ect, ...), and therefore likely to use for this invention.

The third and last material, unavoidable in terms of management of transpiration flows in the inner portion of the Riding breeches according to the invention, is also the subject of manufacture according to known methods. This knitted fabric must have a fiber-like appearance "polar" without however having the heating characteristics. It is therefore desirable to use a knitted fabric which contains 70 to 90% cotton and 10 to 30% polyamide. The cotton component should be favored of matter by its ability to evacuate perspiration. In addition, this material plays a key role in the inhibiting effect of friction; effect whose existence results from the specific assembly process according to the invention. By this process, this material is essential in its role of inner lining responding in its damping action antagonistically to the constraints imposed by the external grip effect on contact areas subjected to friction. This results in a cancellation of the points of friction and thus a disappearance of the risk of skin lesions.

The invention will be understood more easily with reference to the drawings provided in the appendix.

The specific assembly process according to the invention is organized around the ten pieces (1 to 10) of the pattern attached in the appendix (FIG. 2).

Referring to the latter, it is necessary to cut six pieces (1 to 6) in the polyamide material with large capacity of multidirectional extensibility, coming to form the main part of the breeches riding. This first part is designed so as to wrap the lower part of the trunk, the pelvis on its upper 2/3 front face, on its upper 1/3 on the back, the legs on their outer vertical halves on the front, their entire in lateral faces, on their external vertical halves in back face, and the totality of the calves from the 3/4, adjustable, of their height.

The second part, it will be formed of two pieces (7 and 8) that is cut in the microfiber material woven or agglomerated. This second part is designed so that it starts on the back side at the top of buttocks, covers the buttocks, extends, through the forks, up to the lower 1/3 of the front of the pelvis, continues along P crotches, legs on their vertical vertical halves in front and back up to 3/4 calf height. The third part, interior, totally identical in its forms and its dimensions to the second, will be it consists of two pieces (9 and 10), cut out of the knitted cotton material.

The specific assembly of the aforementioned parts will therefore be achieved by means of flat seams intended to overcome any risk of irritation. The use, for the realization of these seams, of elastically extensible son polyamide fibers has proved particularly suitable although they can be made with all other kinds of son.

Due to the evolution of technologies in textile design, it is easy to envisage the assembly of the riding breeches according to the invention by means of thermo-welded processes.

The assembly of the Riding breeches according to the invention begins with the superposition of the pieces 7-9 and 8-10 so as to constitute two identical pieces in their shape and their dimensions, with a microfiber outer grip face and a "polar" side cotton side internal. The two materials thus grouped must be connected at their lower edges to the parts 5 and 6 by means of the seams 11 and 12 preferably made of two needles with overlock 4 threads plus lower overlap. The realization of these seams can be carried out according to any other type of points as long as they maintain a capacity of longitudinal extensibility at least equal to 30% of that of the tissues, ideally 50 to 70%.

The two pieces obtained, according to the aforementioned mounting technique, will be connected at their outer edges, for one to pieces 1 and 4, for the other to pieces 2 and 3, by means of seams 13 and 14, 15 and 16, preferably made, with two needles with overlock 4 threads plus lower cover. The realization of these seams can be carried out according to any other type of points as long as they retain a capacity of longitudinal extensibility at least equal to 30% of that of tissues, ideally 50 to 70%. The two new parts obtained, according to the aforementioned assembly process, will then be connected at the forks by means of the seam 17 made of two needles with 4-thread sutting on the upper 2/3 front face of the basin by means of the seam 18 made with 4-thread suture and finally on the upper 1/3 rear face of the basin by means of the seam 19 also made with 4-thread suture. It should be emphasized, again, that the realization of these seams can be carried out according to any other type of points as long as they retain a capacity of longitudinal extensibility at least equal to 30% of those of the tissues, ideally 50 to 70 %.

The assembly of the Riding breeches according to the invention is continued by the lateral connection of the parts thus obtained, by means of the seams 20 and 21. These seams are preferably made with 4-thread suture. There is no doubt about the possibility of making these seams on any other type of points except that they must retain a longitudinal extensibility capacity of at least 30% of that of the fabric, ideally 50 to 70%.

The ten pieces constituting the pattern since assembled, then comes the realization of the belt with high longitudinal elasticity capacity provided according to the invention on the upper edge of the breeches riding.

For this purpose, the use of an elastic band like rubber or other elastic material, is ideal for the purpose of mitigating any pressure phenomenon exerted on the ventral area of the rider and the distance of the bottom back ; characteristic phenomena when using a riding breeches whose belt is not or very little elastic.

In order to perfect a concern for optimal adjustment of the said belt in the context of extreme use of the riding breeches according to the invention, we will add to the elastic band of the belt an emerging drawstring, outer side or internal of the pants, at the upper front of the pelvis according to two holes made according to the principle of the buttonhole lingerie by seams 22 and 23.

The belt is ideally made according to the principle of the hem folded (Figure No. 3), by turning the polyamide material with large capacity of multidirectional extensibility, inward, see outside, the breeches of Riding around the drawstring and the longitudinally elastic tape and then is sewn on its lower edge by means of the seam 24 made with two needles with 3-thread overlock plus bottom cover, or any other type of dots, provided that it retains a longitudinal extensibility capacity at least equal to 30% of that of the fabric, ideally between 50 and 70%.

The lower edges of the portions constituting the ends of the leg bottoms of the Riding breeches will be shaped according to the same principle of said folded hem (Figure No. 4) while also giving them an elastic ability. For this purpose, the polyamide material having a large capacity of multidirectional extensibility is turned over, towards the inside of the panty, around a longitudinally elastic ribbon before it is sewn on each upper edge of the said hem. seams 25 and 26 made with two needles with 3-thread overlock plus bottom overlap, or any other type of points, provided that they retain a longitudinal extensibility capacity at least equal to 30% of that of the fabric, ideally between 50 and 70%.

This type of elastic assembly proves to be particularly recommended at this location of the riding breeches according to the invention, in order to counteract the phenomenon of ascending the ends of the lower legs along the calves toward the knees as a function of the positions. rider on his mount. Thus, any skin lesions on the inner faces of the calves, can be avoided. Ideally, however, the length of the elastic band should be adjusted to the exact circumference of the lower leg end of the riding breeches according to the invention in order to stop the phenomenon of ascent without inducing it, by a excessive tightening, a tourniquet effect.

The latest textile innovations now allow the manufacture of rubberized elastic tapes, with grip faces, it is important to emphasize that these latest developments are likely to use for this invention. Finally, we can consider the making or not of several types of pockets on the breeches of riding according to the invention, our choice, however, on the ideal positioning of a pocket, closed by slider with sliders, on the part of 1/3 upper rear of the pelvis (Figure # 5). With this new configuration, it should be noted a slight modification of the parts 3 and 4 in their upper part, shortened in their width, and an addition to the pattern of two pieces 27 and 28, identical, cut in the polyamide material to large capacity of multidirectional extensibility. The assembly of the said pocket is done by simply superimposing the two aforementioned parts thereby removing the seam 19 to now make room for the seams 29 and 30 made with two needles with 4-thread overlock lower overlap, or any other type of stitch, as long as they retain a capacity of longitudinal extensibility at least equal to 30% of that of the fabric, ideally between 50 and 70%.

The Riding breeches thus finished according to the process of assembly of three specific thermoregulatory materials, is now adapted to all the deformations imposed by the worst configurations without ever being detrimental to the great freedom of movement imposed by the practice of extreme riding. .

Also, because of its great aptitude of multidirectional extensibility and thus its capacity of optimal adjustment to all types of morphology of riders, it is known to emphasize the economic interest to not have to produce these riding breeches. according to the invention, in very few sizes and this, through relatively simple technical means.

Finally, by virtue of its configuration and the use of a thermoregulatory polyamide material with a large capacity of multidirectional extensibility, the riding breeches according to the invention stand out as the ideal support for any form of sponsor communication, or another type of communication, affixed by digital sublimation methods or any other type of process.

The realization of the Riding breeches according to the invention is not reduced in any way to the only example exposed. It is necessary to consider changes in terms of shapes (type bib shorts, etc. ..) that the process of realization without departing from the context of the invention.

The use of these sports pants according to the invention is in no way restricted to riding breeches particularly suited to the sole practice of equestrian sports. Exploitation of its peculiarities Dedicated to skin protection and thermoregulation can extend in a way that can not be more interesting to any other sports discipline borrowed from hyperthermia and dermabrasion such as, for example, rowing or other practices on wheelchairs rolling after slight adaptation.

Claims
