在给集群组引入优先级别后,集群系统继承了无优先级别的后进 入已建立组呼的集群組的用户终端抢占上行的方案, 即当后进入的用 户终端加入到已建立组呼的集群組之后,如果没有接收到集群系统网 絡侧通过下行信道重复发送的上行空闲消息,则瑜定当前上行信道已 经被占用, 不能再发起上行接入请求抢占上行信道, 后进入的用户终 端解调下行組呼信道后通过下行组呼信道接收讲话。如果收到集群系 统网络侧通过下行信道发送的上行空闲消息,则确定当前用于讲话的 上行信道空闲, 可以发起上行接入请求。
从目前方案可以看出, 当集群組的集群系统网络侧给发送上行接 入请求的用户终端分配了上行信道用于讲话后,会通过下行信道给当 前在集群组中的所有用户终端一次发送携带讲话方优先级别信息的 消息以及上行信道忙的消息,这样当前在集群组中的所有用户终端就 可以确定当前讲话方的优先级别,确定自身设置的优先级別是否高于 当前讲话方的优先级别, 从而决定是否进行上行抢占。 但是, 对于后 进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端来说, 由于后进入, 所以在预先 设定的时间内没有收到上行信道空闲的消息时,也无法接收到一次发 送的携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息以及上行信道忙的消息,从而无 法得知当前讲话方的优先级别。 这样, 当后进入已建立组呼的集群组 的用户终端的优先级别高时,也无法向集群系统网络侧发起上行接入 请求, 进行上行抢占。 发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种后进入已建立组呼的 集群组的用户终端上行抢占的方法,该方法当后进入已建立组呼的集 群组的用户终端的优先级别高时,能够向集群系统网络侧发起上行接 入请求, 进行上行抢占。
本发明提供的后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端上行抢占的方 法, 为集群组中的用户终端分配不同的优先级别, 该方法包括: a、当已建立组呼的集群组的上行信道被作为讲话方的用户终端占用 后, 该集群组给后进入该集群组的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级別信 息的消息;
b、该后进入的用户终端才艮据所收到消息携带的讲话方优先级别信息 判断自身所设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 确定 能够发起上行抢占; 否则, 解调该集群组在建立组呼时分配的下行组呼 信道, 收听讲话。
所述该集群組给后进入该集群組的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级 别信息的消息的过程为:
该集群组通过下行信道以设定的时间间隔重复发送携带讲话方优先 级别信息的消息。
在所述发送携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息的同时, 该集群组通过 下行信道以设定的时间间隔重复发送用于讲话的上行信道忙的消息。
所述上行信道忙的消息以及携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息包括在 同一下行消息中发送。
所述该集群组给后进入该集群组的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级 别信息的消息的过程为:
后进入该集群组的用户终端在设定的时间内没有收到该集群组重复 发送的上行信道空闲的消息后, 给该集群组发送上行消息, 接收到上行 消息的该集群組给后进入该集群组的用户终端通过下行信道发送携带 讲话方优先级别信息的消息。
所述的上行消息携带后进入该集群组的用户终端设置的优先级别信 息, 在该集群组给后进入该集群组的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级别 信息的消息之前, 该方法还包括:
该集群組根据接收到上行消息携带的该后进入的用户终端的优先级 别信息判断该后进入的用户终端的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级 别, 如果是, 释放讲话方占用的上行信道, 给该后进入的用户终端分配 上行信道用于讲话, 否则, 给该后进入的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先 级别信息的消息。
在所述给该集群组发送上行消息之前, 该方法还包括:
该后进入的用户终端判断自身所设置的优先级别是否为该集群组内 最低的优先级别, 如果不是, 给该集群组发送上行消息; 否则, 解调该 集群组在建立组呼时分配的下行组呼信道, 收听讲话。
在步骤 b所述确定能够发起上行抢占之后, 该方法进一步包括: 该后进入的用户终端向该集群组发送上行接入请求, 接收到该上行 接入请求的该集群组释放讲话方占用的上行信道, 给该后进入的用户终 端分配上行信道用于讲话。
所述上行接入请求携带该后进入的用户终端设置的优先级别信息, 在所述该集群組鋒放讲话方占用的上行信道之前, 该方法进一步包括: 该集群组根据接收到上行接入请求携带的该后进入的用户终端的优 先级别信息判断该后进入的用户终端的优先级別是否高于讲话方的优 先级别, 如果是, 该集群组执行译放讲话方占用的上行信道及其后续步 骤; 否则, 该集群组不响应上行接入请求或给后进入的用户终端发送接 入失败消息, 结束。
所述的下行信道为通知信道 NCH。
从上述方案可以看出,本发明通过集群组的集群系统网络侧给后 进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级别信息 的消息的方式,使后进入已建立組呼的集群组的用户终端在没有收到 上行信道空闲的消息后, 不会就直接确定无法进行上行抢占, 而是进 一步根据所获得的讲话方的优先级别信息, 比较讲话方的优先级别和 自身所设置的优先级别的高低, 再确定是否可以进行上行抢占, 从而 确定是否给集群组的集群系统网络侧发送上行接入请求。为了使后进 入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端接收到携带讲话方优先级别信息 的消息,本发明的集群组的集群系统网络侧可以采用重复发送的方式 或按需发送的方式。 因此, 本发明提供的方法当后进入已建立组呼的 集群组的用户终端的优先级别高时,可以向集群系统网络侧发起上行 接入请求, 进行上行抢占。 附图简要说明

为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举具 体实施例并参照附图, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明通过重复发送携带有讲话方优先级别信息的消息,及时通 知后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端当前讲话方的优先级别,使 后进入已建立組呼的集群组的用户终端可以确定当前讲话方的优先 级别, 确定自身的优先级別是否高于当前讲话方的优先级别, 从而决 定是否进行上行抢占。
如图 2所示,图 2为本发明后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终 端上行抢占的方法实施例一的流程图, 其具体步骤为: 步骤 100、 集群组组呼已经建立, 集群组内.—的用户终端发起上行 接入请求, 集群组的集群系统网络侧响应该请求。
步骤 101、 集群组的集群系统网络侧给该用户终端分配上行信道 进行讲话, 该用户终端作为讲话方占用所分配的上行信道进行讲话。
步驟 102、 集群组的集群系统网络侧通过下行信道, 如 NCH重 复发送上行信道忙的消息的同时或顺序,重复发送携带讲话方优先级 别信息的消息。
^ 重复发送的时间间隔可以由集群组的集群系统网络侧进行预先 设置。
所述上行信道忙的消息和携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息可以 为一条下行消息, 也可以为同时发送的两条下行消息。
本发明也可以只重复发送携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息,后进 入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端只要收到携带讲话方优先级别信 息的消息, 就可以得知当前上行信道忙。
步骤 103、 某用户终端后进入已建立组 的集群组, 在设定的时 间内接收到集群组的集群系统网络侧重复发送的上行信道忙的消息 以及携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息。
该后进入的用户终端设定的时间一般等于或长于集群组的集群 系统网络侧重复发送的上行信道忙的消息以及携带讲话方优先级別 信息的消息的时间间隔。
步骤 104、 该后进入的用户终端判断所设置的优先级別是否是最 低的, 如果是, 则直接执行步驟 107;
否则,该后进入的用户终端根据讲话方优先级别信息判断自身所 设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别,如果是,执行步骤 105 ; 否则, 执行步骤 107。 步骤 105、 该后进入的用户终端确定可以发起上行抢占, 向集群 组的集群系统网络侧发送上行接入请求。 ·
步骤 106、 集群组的集群系统网络侧判断该后进入的用户终端的 优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级別, 如果是, 则集群组的集群系统 网络侧释放讲话方占用的上行信道,给该后进入的用户终端分配上行 信道进行讲话, 该后进入的用户终端占用所分配的上行信道进行讲 话;
否则,不响应该后进入的用户终端发起的上行接入请求或发送接 入失败消息给该后进入的用户终端, 结束。
为了实现集群组的集群系统网络侧的判断步驟,该后进入的用户 终端在发起上行接入请求时还携带有自身所设置的优先级别。
步骤 107、 该后进入的用户终端确定无法发起上行抢占, 解调下 行组呼信道后通过下 4于组呼信道接收讲话。
当后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端进入集群组,该集群组 的上行信道空闲时,即该后进入的用户终端接收到该集群组的集群系 统网络侧重复发送的上行信道空闲的消息时,按照现有技术中的处理 步骤进行处理。
本发明也可以不重复发送携带有讲话方优先级别信息的消息,而 是按需发送携带有讲话方优先级别信息的消息,即集群组的集群系统 网络侧检测到有后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端时,给后进入 的用户终端发送一次下行消息, 该消息携带有讲话方优先级别信息。 检测过程可以为:后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端在进入该集 群组时, 就给该集群组发送上行消息表示有用户终端进入集群组。
如图 3所示,图 3为本发明后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终 端上行抢占的方法实施例二的流程图, 其具体步骤为: 步骤 200、 集群组组呼已经建立,'集群组内的用户终端发起上行 接入请求, 集群组的集群系统网络侧响应该请求。
步 201、 集群组的集群系统网络侧给该用户终端分配上行信道 进行讲话, 该用户终端作为讲话方占用所分配的上行信道进行讲话。
步骤 202、 集群组的集群系统网络侧通过下行信道, 如 NCH— 次发送上行信道忙的消息, 同时发送一次携带讲话方优先级别信息的 消息。
步骤 200 -步骤 202所述的过程和现有技术相同 , 当前在集群组 中的所有用户终端可以比较自身设置的优先级别和讲话方的优先级 别的高低, 从而决定是否能够发起上行接入请求。
步骤 203、 某用户终端后进入已建立组呼的集群組, 在设定的时 间内判定接收不到上行信道空闲的消息。
该后进入的用户终端设定的时间一般等于或长于重复发送上行 信道空闲的消息的时间间隔。
步骤 204、 该后进入的用户终端判断自身设置的优先级别是否是 最低的, 如果是, 则执行步骤 212; 否则, 则执行步驟 205。
步骤 205、 该后进入的用户终端发送携带自身所设置的优先级别 信息的上行请求消息给集群组的集群系统网络侧。
步骤 206、 集群组的集群系统网络侧接收到该上行请求消息后, 根据该后进入用户终端的优先级别信息判断后进入用户终端的优先 级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 执行步骤 207; 否则, 执 行步骤 208。
步驟 207、集群组的集群系统网络侧释放讲话方占用的上行信道, 给该后进入的用户终端分配上行信道进行讲话,该后进入的用户终端 占用所分配的上行信道进行讲话。 步骤 208、 集群组的集群系统网络侧通过下行信道, 如 NCH— 次发送上行信道忙的消息, 同时发送一次携带讲话方优先级别信息的 消息。
所述上行信道忙的消息和携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息可以 为一条下行消息, 也可以为同时或顺序发送的两条下行消息。
步骤 209、 该后进入的用户终端根据讲话方优先级别信息判断自 身设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 执行步骤 210; 否则, 执行步驟 212。
步驟 210、 该后进入的用户终端确定可以发起上行抢占, 向集群 组的集群系统网络侧发送上行接入请求。
步驟 21 1、 集群组的集群系统网络侧判断该后进入的用户终端的 优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 集群组的集群系统网 络侧释放讲话方占用的上行信道,给该后进入的用户终端分配上行信 道进行讲话, 该后进入的用户终端占用所分配的上行信道进行讲话; 否则,不响应该后进入的用户终端发起的上行接入请求或发送接 入失败消息给该后进入的用户终端, 结束。
为了实现集群组的集群系统网络侧的判断步骤,该后进入的用户 终端在发起上行接入请求时还携带有自身所设置的优先级别。
步骤 212、 该后进入的用户终端确定无法发起上行抢占, 解调下 4亍组呼信道后通过下 ^于组呼信道接收讲话。
本发明中的后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端也可以发送 某个上行消息通知集群组的集群系统网络侧有后进入的用户终端,这 时, 集群组的集群系统网络侧直接执行步骤 208 ~步驟 212即可。
当后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端进入集群组时,该集群 组的上行信道空闲时,即该后进入的用户终端接收到该集群组的集群 系统网络侧重复发送的上行信道空闲的消息时,按照现有技术中的处 理步骤进行处理。
通过图 2或图 3所述的方案,本发明的后进入已建立组呼的集群 组的用户终端在没有收到上行信道空闲的消息后,不会就直接确定无 法进行上行抢占, 而是进一步获得讲话方的优先级别信息, 根据该信 息比较讲话方的优先级别和自身所设置的优先级别的高低,再确定是 否无法进行上行抢占,从而确定是否给集群组的集群系统网络侧发送 上 4亍接入请求。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明 , 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种后进入已建立组呼的集群组的用户终端上行抢占的方法, 为 集群组中的用户终端分配不同的优先级别, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: a、当已建立组呼的集群组的上行信道被作为讲话方的用户终端占用 后, 该集群組向后进入该集群组的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级别信 息的消息;
b、该后进入的用户终端根据所收到消息携带的讲话方优先级别信息 判断自身所设置的优先级別是否高于讲话方的优先级別, 如果是, 确定 能够发起上行抢占; 否则, 解调该集群组在建立组呼时分配的下行组呼 信道, 收听讲话。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述该集群组向后进入 该集群组的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息的过程为: 该集群组通过下行信道以设定的时间间隔重复发送携带讲话方优先 级别信息的消息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 该集群组通过 下行信道以设定的时间间隔重复发送用于讲话的上行信道忙的消息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述上行信道忙的消息 以及携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息包括在同一下行消息中发送。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述该集群组向后进入 该集群组的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息的过程为: 若后进入该集群组的用户终端在设定的时间内没有收到该集群组重 复发送的上行信道空闲的消息, 则向该集群组发送上行消息;
接收到上行消息的该集群组向后进入该集群組的用户终端通过下行 信道发送携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息。
6、如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的上行消息携带后 进入该集群组的用户终端设置的优先级别信息, 在该集群组向后进入该 集群组的用户终端发送携带讲话方优先级别信息的消息之前, 该方法还 包括:
该集群组根据接收到上行消息携带的该后进入的用户终端的优先级 别信息后, 判断该后进入的用户终端的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先 级别, 如果是, 释放讲话方占用的上行信道, 为该后进入的用户终端分 配上行信道用于讲话, 否则, 向该后进入的用户终端发送携带讲话方优 先级别信息的消息。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述向该集群组发送 上行消息之前, 该方法还包括:
该后进入的用户终端判断自身所设置的优先级别是否为该集群组内 最低的优先级别, 若是, 解调该集群组在建立组呼时分配的下行组呼信 道, 收听讲话; 否则, 向该集群组发送上行消息。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 b所述确定能够 发起上行抢占之后, 该方法进一步包括:
该后进入的用户终端向该集群组发送上行接入请求;
接收到该上行接入请求的该集群组释放讲话方占用的上行信道, 为 该后进入的用户终端分配上行信道用于讲话。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述上行接入请求携带 该后进入的用户终端设置的优先级别信息, 在所述该集群组释放讲话方 占用的上行信道之前, 该方法进一步包括:
该集群组才艮据接收到上行接入请求携带的该后进入的用户终端的优 先级别信息判断该后进入的用户终端的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优 否则, 该集群组不响应上行接入请求或向后进入的用户终端发送接入失 败消息。
