Abstract

The invention relates to training devices for bodybuilding. The inventive sports training device comprises two handles provided with spring mechanisms for producing a resistant strength when hands are clenched. Each handle (1) is provided with hollow spring-containing guides arranged on the ends thereof (2). They are compressed by a pressure applied on a rod (3) by the movement of four fingers when the hand is clenched. The handles are arranged on two rectangular frames (5) and are connected to each other by means of a rigid connection (7), which is embodied in the form of non-extendable links made of a strength material. The inventive method for using said training device consists in clenching hands and overcoming resistance by one hand and corresponding muscle groups when the other hand and corresponding muscle groups are moved by means of the rigid link between the handles or by applying the training device to different body areas and by overcoming the resistance of the rigid link, the arms and corresponding muscle groups by moving said body area. Every time when the training device is used, first of all the hands are clenched in order to overcome the spring mechanism resistance.

Милицейские наручники состоят из двух колец, фиксирующихся на запястьях рук, соединённых между собой жёсткой связью (звено). Прототипом является кисти - плечевой эспандер, состоящий из двух ручек с сопротивлениями (пружина, резина), препятствующие сжиманию кистей в кулаки.
