Abstract
The present invention relates to a particular handle (1) of a manual screwdriver inside which there is a pre-calibrated torque device, which can be used to tighten a plurality of screws of several dimensions: this is done by using particular shafts (2,2.8) , which are appropriately machined and/or shaped, each for an appropriate technical characteristic of the screw to be tightened, in order to work correctly and safely on said screw. The handle (1) has multiple precalibrated sensing torques, which differ as the characteristics of the shafts inserted differ, without the burden of calibration by the operator.
Claims
1. A combination of a manual screwdriver handle (1) suitable for tightening and/or loosening series of screws of various sizes and of a series of different screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8), the screwdriver handle (1) being provided, at the inner thereof, with a plurality of pre- calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10), the plurality of pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10) being arranged side by side and perpendicular with respect to the longitudinal central axis of the screwdriver handle (1), one part (8) of the plurality of pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10) being fixed to the screwdriver handle (1) and another part (10) of the plurality of pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10) tensioning a respective central rotating part (11), each central rotating part (11) being provided with a central seat (12) such as to cooperate in coordination and coupling with a series of different screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8), each different screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) having a particular contour (2.1 - 2.2 - 2.3 - 2.4 - 2.5 - 2.6 - 2.7) which, upon insertion into the central rotating part (11), couples with at least one of the plurality of pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10) provided inside the screwdriver handle (1); the screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8), each suitable to act on a specific pattern of the screw, being of the interchangeable and replaceable type in order to adapt the suitable screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) for the corresponding screw pattern and at the same time diversify the screwing torque automatically in relation to the characteristics of the screw to be tightened; the different contrast screwing torque of the manual screwdriver handle (1) depending on the interaction between the central seats (12) and the contour (2.1 - 2.2 - 2.3 - 2.4 - 2.5 - 2.6 - 2.7) of the screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) and on a taper (3) of the screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) where no interaction with the seats (12) occurs, wherein, as the length of the coupling of the contour (2.1 - 2.2 - 2.3 - 2.4 - 2.5 - 2.6 - 2.7) on the screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) varies, so does the number of pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10) involved in the screwing or unscrewing action, thus obtaining a contrast action during screwing which is equal to the sum of the individual contrasts of the involved pre- calibrated torque devices (8, 9. 10), and an equal and/or greater torque for unscrewing.

The combination according to claim 1, characterized in that the screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) is of the single type (2), with one end provided with a screw pattern for tightening, and/or of the double type (2.8), with two different patterns at the two ends; the screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8) being appropriately shaped and/or lightened differently in order to couple with the plurality of pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10) of the manual screwdriver handle (1), producing different 13
tightening and/or unscrewing torques.

The combination according to claim 1, characterized in that it further includes a plurality of longitudinal pre-calibrated torque devices (16), wherein the number of radial (8, 9, 10) and/or longitudinal pre-calibrated torque devices (16) provided and arranged within the manual screwdriver handle (1) can vary, and so can their combination and arrangement depending on the degree of multi-functionality to be reached, by using various types of screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) with patterns for screws having different geometries.

The combination according to claim 1, characterized in that it is associated with various screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8) with various patterns of the single type (2) or of the double type (2.8), the parts for insertion in the manual screwdriver handle (1) of which can be coupled with one or more internal seats of the pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10), thus facilitating safe tightening and unscrewing of screws for locking the tool plates on supports having multiple cutting edges, in particular for example milling machines or of the single type.

The combination according to claim 4, characterized in that it is particularly suitable for the safe tightening and corresponding unscrewing of screws in the field of precision mechanics, aerospace mechanics, aeronautical mechanics, and sanitary mechanics, in particular fixing of screws for prostheses and the like.

The combination according to claim 1, characterized in that is provided internally with the multiple pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9, 10), each of the type with radial or tangential adjustment, which act on the central rotating part (11), the central rotating part (11) rotating about itself with a rotation axis which lies along the longitudinal axis of the manual screwdriver handle (1); and further characterized by adjustment means being arranged on a plane which is perpendicular with respect to the longitudinal axis of the manual screwdriver handle (1) and being provided in various numbers for each pre-calibrated torque device (8, 9, 10), the adjustment means being radial or inclined in order to produce a different tangential force which acts on the central rotating part (11) for the screwing step and for the unscrewing step.
7. The combination according to claim 1, characterized in that it is provided internally with multiple pre-calibrated torque devices (16) of the type with adjustment of the tensioning of 14
each device in a longitudinal direction by virtue of Belleville springs (16) or other equivalent means, which act on the central rotating part (11) provided with a ring of teeth (14); wherein during screwing, if the force applied by the Belleville springs (16) to the respective annular toothed devices is exceeded in accordance with the tooth skipping principle, in coupling with the screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8), the manual screwdriver handle (1) becomes free hi its rotation.

The combination according to claims 1, 3, 5, 6 or 7, characterized hi that the radial or longitudinal pre-calibrated torque devices are calibrated a in mutually identical manner or not, in order to determine, for each pre-calibrated torque device, a same and/or different torque which contrast screwing and/or unscrewing.
9. The combination according to claims 1, 3, 5, 6 7 or 8, characterized in that a mixed solution is provided inside it for using the two types of pre-calibrated torque devices, the radial one (8, 9, 10) and the longitudinal one, (16), in any mutual combination and arrangement.

The combination according to claim 1, characterized in that the pre-calibrated torque devices (8, 9. 10) arranged inside the manual screwdriver handle (11), which act on the central rotating part (11) for coupling with the screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8) provided with screw patterns, are obtained by using rubber or other elastic materials and/or systems which can be operated by means of mains or non-mains compressed as a replacement of mechanical techniques such as elastic steel springs of any kind.
11. The manual screwdriver handle with pre-calibrated torque device suitable to fasten and tighten and unscrew series of screws of various sizes, provided according to one or more of the preceding claims and according to what is described and illustrated for the specified purposes.

A combination of a manual screwdriver handle (20) suitable for tightening and/or loosening series of screws of various sizes and of a series of different screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8), the screwdriver handle (20) being provided, at the inner thereof, with a plurality of pre- calibrated torque devices (16), the plurality of pre-calibrated torque devices (16) being arranged side by side and acting hi a longitudinal direction with respect to the longitudinal central axis of the screwdriver handle (20), the plurality of pre-calibrated torque devices (16) tensioning a respective central rotating disk (14) arranged at the longitudinal central axis of the screwdriver 15
handle (20) into a toothed engagement with a respective ring (15) fixed to the handle (20), each central rotating disk (14) being provided with a central seat (12) such as to cooperate in coordination and coupling with a series of different screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8), each different screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) having a particular contour (2.1 - 2.2 - 2.3 - 2.4 - 2.5 - 2.6 - 2.7) which, upon insertion into the central rotating disk (14), couples with at least one of the plurality of pre-calibrated torque devices (16) provided inside the screwdriver handle (20); the screwdriver shafts (2, 2.8), each suitable to act on a specific pattern of the screw, being of the interchangeable and replaceable type in order to adapt the suitable screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) for the corresponding screw pattern and at the same time diversify the screwing torque automatically in relation to the characteristics of the screw to be tightened; the different contrast screwing torque of the manual screwdriver handle (20) depending on the interaction between the central seats (12) and the contour (2.1 - 2.2 - 2.3 - 2.4 - 2.5 - 2.6 - 2.7) of the screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) and on a taper (3) of the screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) where no interaction with the seats (12) occurs, wherein, as the length of the coupling of the contour (2.1 - 2.2 - 2.3 - 2.4 - 2.5 - 2.6 - 2.7) on the screwdriver shaft (2, 2.8) varies, so does the number of pre-calibrated torque devices (16) involved in the screwing or unscrewing action, thus obtaining a contrast action during screwing which is equal to the sum of the individual contrasts of the involved pre- calibrated torque devices (16), and an equal and/or greater torque for unscrewing.
