Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for preventing and preventing theft prevention of a manhole cover, a cover seat, an opening and closing device, a manhole cover and a cover seat.
  • the existing manhole covers are provided with holes or related facilities for opening the manhole cover, so as to facilitate the opening of the manhole cover, there is no suitable anti-theft method, and only the weight of the manhole cover and the cover itself is increased, and The manhole cover and the cover seat are often buried on the road foundation. If the manhole cover is suddenly stolen, the vehicle covers and crushes the manhole cover, and the manhole cover will jump off, causing the car to be destroyed. According to media reports, the fact that the manhole cover has been stolen and the person has fallen into the hole has died. Apart from severely punishing the criminals, the most fundamental way is to strengthen the anti-theft technology of the manhole cover and the cover, so that the thief can open. At the time of the manhole cover, there was no point of opening the cover of the manhole, and the intention to steal the manhole cover was lost, and the stealing action could not be completed.
  • the existing manhole covers are mostly installed on the roads of the vehicles. Due to the frequent traffic of the vehicles, the manhole cover jumps off the wellhead of the cover, which seriously affects the road safety. After research, the main factors are as follows:
  • the manhole cover placed on the roadway is crushed by the wheel, and worn and aged for a long time.
  • the new manhole cover and the old cover are not formed by the same set of models, resulting in the horizontal gap between the manhole cover and the cover. Larger, uneven.
  • the manufacture of the finished manhole cover is formed by sand mold infusion. Because the particle size of the sand cannot be consistent, the contact surface of the manhole cover and the cover cannot be leveled, and the vertical surface gap is too large.
  • the finished product of the manhole cover is only sampled and tested, so that it is difficult to fully accept whether it meets the specification size. 5.
  • the small stones and muds that have fallen off the top of the cover are not removed when they are restored.
  • the manhole cover is placed on the roadway. If the position is just on the route that the wheel often passes, the on-road roadway can often find two wheel tracks. After a long time, the manhole cover is under the wheel marks, and the manhole cover and the cover seat are worn. After the construction or maintenance personnel open the manhole cover, it is difficult to return to the original position when the restoration is completed, resulting in the uneven joint surface between the manhole cover and the cover seat, which causes the vehicle to jump or jump off.
  • the power of the counterclockwise rotation of the manhole cover jumps away from the cover body, which also causes a traffic accident hazard.
  • the process is as follows: First, due to the manhole cover and the cover seat There is a gap between them. When the front wheel of the heavy truck is pressed to one end of the manhole cover, the other end will be lifted. Then, the front wheel continues to travel. Because the wheel exerts the drag force and the pressing force on the manhole cover, the power of the manhole cover rotates counterclockwise, and the highest point of the jump is also rotated counterclockwise. When the current wheel presses the end edge of the manhole cover, the highest point of the jump moves to the right rear.
  • No. is a typical representative; there are also a number of pre-patent cases designed to prevent the cover from jumping off the cover, such as Taiwan Patent Notice No. 211835, No. 160395, No. 195309 and No. 491310, China Patent 20042006158.1 and so on are their typical representatives.
  • the manhole cover and the cover seat of these cases have structural design defects.
  • the most obvious shortcoming is that the double function of the cover cover and the cover seat against the jump and the anti-theft can not be achieved at the same time, and it is necessary to improve it.

In turn, it is impossible to find any point of force to open the manhole cover, so that the manhole cover has the function of never being stolen, thereby ensuring road safety and avoiding danger.
