Abstract

The invention concerns the process for producing frog oil as dietary supplement for humans through the application of liquid nitrogen jet in special chambers before oil extraction. The product resulted by this high yield process meets high requirements of quality.

Description

PROCESS FOR PRODUCING FROG OIL AS DIETARY SUPPLEMENT FOR HUMANS
The process bellow concerns a system to be used in the extraction of frog oil, resulting in a refining with a purity degree which oscillates between 97 and 98% over the obtained final proάuct and, this way, it may be used in the provision of nutritional supplements for human consumption.
Medicine as a whole, and specially the BIOMOLECULAR and
ORTOMOLECULAR medicine, has been over the years trying to obtain from a single source of natural origin a product which may be used in its whole as a catalyst for the application in the treatment of several disturbs caused by the lack of the
ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS which, because they are not synthesized by the human body, must be absorbed from the environment, already processed. The lack of these nutrients, scarcer and scarcer, due to the great amount of pollutants dissolved in our biosystem, causes several problems and disturbs to the human body, which range from simple respiratory troubles to some variations of cancer.
Some patents have already been requested about the way to obtain frog oil, which are different from this one, due to the purity rate of the final product, and their final product may not be used as a nutritional supplement and neither be directly consumed. The process now disclosed results after the end of the stages in a product which contains the asepsis and quality required by the supervising government organs.
The process habitually used consists in warming up the frog adipous body in a 10O0C temperature, getting a heterogeneous mixture which, through the decantation process, is separated from the solid residues. The current invention consists in the application of a liquid nitrogen jet or a substance with similar characteristics over the adipous bodies which soon after are subjected to a controlled standard 15O0C where it is literally fried, this way causing a thermal shock and eliminating with efficiency any bacteria, that may possibly exist, without changing with the application of this thermal shock its essential qualities.
Bellow is the detailed description of the process for obtaining the oil, making the understanding of the process as a whole easier.
After the due slaughtering and after the bleeding and the necessary asepses are performed, the adipose bodies of the frog are removed and they are used in the process of oil extraction. These adipose bodies are then preserved on perforated shelves, made in special stainless steel and stored in special chambers where the application of a liquid nitrogen jet or a substance with similar characteristics, for a short time, causes the instantaneous freezing of these adipose structures, and they may reach a temperature of down to -4O0C, and when its is fried in a controlled
temperature of 15O0C in a digester or autoclave, made with its internal walls in special stainless steel, causes through the thermal shock in the desired asepsis, without suffering, during the stage of vaporization of its aqueous part, through the expurgation valve for pressure regulation, significant changes in its oligo-elements, resulting in a more regular mixture which, soon after being submitted to a centrifugation and farther instillation through the press filter, internally made of special stainless steel, will originate an oil with almost 100% of purity. From this stage on, this oil may be very important in the composition of nutritional supplements or even be consumed "in natura". the other outstanding characteristics of the process are: • The permanence, at the end of the process, of 11% of the ESSENTIAL
NUTRIENTS found in the raw material used; • Easy disposal, for it may be consumed in the form of low density gelatinous capsules, for the due treatment of lack of ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS;
• Increase of permanence in the period of stock of the product, because it is not necessary to freeze it, and all the essential qualities of the final product remain unchangeable with the storage;
• The concentration in a single source of the ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS necessary for the human metabolism and, due to the presentation of the final product, it may be easily used by pregnant women, infants and persons of any age and mainly by old people because these are the persons who lack the ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS the most.
• The total use of the raw material, for no residue harmful to the environment results from the refining process.

Claims

1. Process for obtaining the fog oil for application as a human nutritious supplement originated from a thermal shock resulting from the application of a jet of liquid nitrogen or a substance with similar characteristics over the raw material in special chamber in the initial stage of the oil extractioh itself.
2. Process according to claim 1 , characterized by the fact that the application of a liquid nitrogen jet or substance with similar characteristics will result in a product with the asepsis and qualities requires by the regulatory agencies, thus it may be assigned to human consumption as a nutritional complement.
3. A process characterized by the elimination of the high cost of storage "in natura", solving the problem of room because it is not necessary to freeze the final product.
4. The process hereby presented is characterized by the increase of useful life in relation the storage period of the product.
5. The process hereby presented characterized according to claim 3 in the increase of cost benefit, ion the relationship time/transportation, reducing this way the final cost and increasing the consumption of the produet originated in the process.
6. The process hereby presented is characterizes by the obtaining through a single natural source of the ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS, such as fat acids, vitamins and mineral salts fundamental for the metabolism of human body.
7. The process hereby presented is characterized by the preservation of the ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS existing in the raw by the total use of the raw material "in natura" after the end of stage of the refining.
8. The process hereby presented is characterized by the total use of the raw material after the refining and it does not originate residues harmful for the environment.
9. The process hereby presented is characterized for resulting in a greater settlement of the man in the field, thus contributing to the increase of new working fronts.
