Abstract
The invention relates in some aspects to methods of using functional connectivity brain mapping to assess predictive markers of selecting therapeutic agents, therapies, and/or treatment regimens based on predictive markers of CNS diseases that are determined using functional connectivity brain mapping. The methods of the invention are also useful for predicting whether a subject will or will not respond to a particular therapeutic agent or therapy.
