The gear body 200 has a gear formed on its outer circumference and an inner space 202 of a predetermined area with one side open is prepared therein, and a plurality of latch protrusions 201 are formed along the inner circumference of the inner space 202 The rotating plate 203 is mounted in the inner space 202 of the gear body 200 and has a plurality of latch grooves 208 formed in a radial direction The central shaft 204 is integrally formed with the center portion of the rotating plate 203, and the manual lever 40 is mounted thereto The plurality of latch pins 205 are mounted in the latch grooves 208 of the rotating plate 203 The fixed flat plate 206 has a doughnut shape, and is combined to the gear body 200 at one side of the gear body 200 so that the rotating plate 203 is not deviated from the inner space 202 The spiral leaf spring 207 has an inner end fixed to the central shaft 204 and an outer end fixed to the sidewall frame so as to give a restoring force so that the manual lever is restored to its initial position after being rotated in an ordinary direction
In the driving gear 111 configured as above, when the manual lever 40 rotates in an ordinary direction, at least one latch pin 205 is hooked to the latch protrusion 201 so that the rotating plate 203 and the gear body 200 rotate together while when the manual lever 40 rotates in a reverse direction, the plurality of latch pins 205 are not hooked to the latch protrusion 201 so that the gear body 200 is stopped and only the rotating plate 203 is rotated in a reverse direction
Referring to FIGs 13 and 14 again a rotating force of the manual lever 40 is transferred to the pulling reel 77 through the gear assembly, and thus the sanitary cover sheet 32 interposed between the pulling reel 77 and the auxiliary reel 78 is pushed rearward by a predetermined length At this time the driving wheel 120 and the driven wheel 121 are rotated by means of rotation of the pulling reel 77, and the rotating force of
I 5 RO/KR 11.01.2006
the driven wheel 121 is transferred from the first disk 122 to the second disk 124 by means of the pad 123 Thus the sanitary cover sheet 32 pushed rearward from the pulling reel 77 by rotation of the retrieving reel 92 is wound around the retrieving reel 92
As an amount of sanitary cover sheet wound around the retrieving reel 92 is increased, a rotation rate of the first disk 122 is gradually decreased rather than the second disk 124 so that an amount of retrieved sanitary cover sheet wound around the retrieving reel 92 is kept constantly That is to say, as the sanitary cover wheel is wound around the retrieving reel 92 more and more a length of the sanitary cover wheel wound at one cycle is increased Thus, if the retrieving reel 92 has the same rotating rate, an amount of sanitary cover wheel wound around the retrieving reel 92 would be gradually increased However, since a rotating rate of the second disk 124 is gradually reduced, the same amount of sanitary cover wheel will be would around the retrieving reel 92
FIG 17 is a partially enlarged perspective view showing an operating radius of the manual lever Referring to FIG 17, in order to reduce a rotating radius of the manual lever 40, a gear ratio may be controlled But in this case, any burden is caused when the sanitary cover wheel is rotated, thereby resulting in cutting of the sanitary cover sheet in a serious case
Thus in consideration of a rotation ratio of the gear, a rotating radius 320 of the manual lever 40 is preferably set to rotate within 90 to 160 degrees for example In addition, so that a user may recognize it and operate the manual lever 40 suitably rotation guides 310a, 310b are respectively installed to pivoting start and end positions of the manual lever 40
As described above, the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is just for illustration only and those skilled in the art will understand that there are various modifications and equivalent other embodiments therefrom Accordingly, the sincere technical scope of the invention should be defined based on the technical spirit of the appended claims [Industrial Applicability]
