Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des processus et appareils de technologie chimique et peut s'utiliser pour effectuer des réactions catalytiques hétérogènes, y compris des processus de transformation sélective d'hydrocarbures. Elle concerne un réacteur qui comprend un corps, un couvercle et un fond ainsi qu'une tubulure d'entrée pour un mélange de gaz d'entrée et de sortie du produit cible, une séparation horizontale perméable aux gaz sur laquelle on a disposé une couche immobile de particules granulées de catalyseur, à l'intérieur du réacteur. Une paroi a été installée avec un intervalle par rapport au corps, faite à partir d'une feuille de métal dont la partie supérieure est reliée à un corps principal, et la partie inférieure est reliée à une paroi horizontale perméable aux gaz. Sur la tubulure d'entrée, on a monté un dispositif de distribution constitué d'un canal d'entrée de forme annulaire, d'un canal de sortie central symétrique par rapport à l'axe, des conduites reliant les canaux aux tubulures, qui sont disposées en tangente par rapport au canal de sortie, et un disque de rejet.
