Disclosed of the present invention is a heat medium circulating type heat sheet, by which the heat regenerative material is heated by circulating the received heat medium from the heat source, for alleviate the conventional heat sheet as installed the tube in internal of that sheet for circulating the heat medium, the duct part is posed in between the upper sheet and the lower sheet as had the duct on upside of that lower sheet, after that, the upper sheet is attached on the lower sheet by fusion. In that way, the duct is formed in internal of the main body as designed regular vertical section and high density interval pattern for circulating the heat medium, so that, the heat medium is smoothly flowed and the heat is more evenly distributed, meanwhile, the production procedure is simplified by above the procedure than the conventional tube type heat sheet, therefore, the expense is decreased and the production efficiency is epochally heightened, and so on.

HEATING MEDIUM CIRCULATION TYPE HEATING SHEET
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a heat medium circulating type Heat Sheet, in more detailed, by which the heat medium can be smoothly circulated and the heat can be evenly distributed all over the sheet, meanwhile, the production time and expense is epochally saved. Background Art
[2] In general, a heat sheet includes a heat radiate sheet in that for feeding warmth to user likes a bedclothes, a car mate ,and so on.
[3] Universally used a heat sheet includes a lower sheet having an arrayed electric heat wire on upside of that lower sheet as zig zag shape and a upper sheet is attached on the lower sheet for fixing the electric heat wire. As such, optionally several types functional sheet is stacked on that electric heat sheet and a skin cover is covered above all the sheet, after that, jades is attached on that skin cover, and some material is laid in that skin cover likes wormwoods, loess, and so on, and some health assistant material is added in that skin cover according to necessary, in that way, that heat sheet is completed likes an electric bedclothes mat and an electric clothes, or an electric cushion, and so on.

[5] But, this heat sheet is resided on a risk of electric shock by using electric power, and an electromagnetic wave is much radiated as known harm to human body while the heat is radiated by the electric power, therefore, that heat sheet is avoided using in lately tendency. Although, a heat sheet is invented for protecting damage of the electromagnetic wave by shielding . but, that is not trusted by users due to the shielding level is very lowed or uncertainty the function.
[6] For alleviate above the electric heat sheet problem, a heat medium circulating type heat sheet(hereinafter, referred to as a conventional heat sheet) is invented, by which a heat is transferred to a regenerative material by circulating a received heat medium from a heat source instead of an electric heat wire.
[7] As this conventional heat sheet as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, in which includes the upper sheet(l) and the lower sheet(2) as mutually attached and the tube(3) as arrayed in between above the sheet(l) and the lower sheet(2) as zig zag shape.
[8] As this conventional heat sheet, a heat medium supplier feed a heated heat medium in one end of the tube(3). and then, the heat is radiated while the heated heat medium is flowed through the tube(3). after that, the cooled heat medium is flowed to the other end of the tube(3). meanwhile, the heat medium supplier is collected the outed heat medium and feed the collected heat medium to the tube(3) after reheating for circulating that heat medium.
[9] As such, the heat medium supplier is connected with each both the end of the tube(3). in which the heat medium supplier includes the tank(4) for temporarily storing the heat medium, the heater(5) for heating a collected heat medium in the tank(4) to designed temperature and the pump(6) for forcedly circulating reheated the heat medium to the tube(3).
[10] But, as this conventional heat sheet having several problems as following.
[11] First, the tube(3) is arrayed on a lower sheet as zig zag shape and that is fixed by suitable fixing way for keeping the arrayed shape, after that, the upper sheet(l) cover the lower sheet(2) as surrounded the tube(3) and attach that on the lower sheet(2). in that way, the tube(3) is completely fixed, so that, the installation work is taken much man power and time for the tube(3) by the above very difficult and complicate method, therefore, the production efficiency is considerably decreased otherwise the production expense is increased, further, the production cost is heightened due to using high cost tube, source material, and so on.
[12] Second, the tube(3) is needed bending for curved U shape at both the side of the sheet(l)(2) for arraying them as zig zag shape, in this case of bending the tube(3), the vertical section is not sustained the original shape as the curved portion(Al) likes the vertical section of the strait portion(A2) because the outer diameter(R2) is enlarged than the inner diameter(Rl) as Fig.3. so that, an elliptical distortion is occurred by the vertical section area of the curved portion(Al) is reduced than the vertical section of the strait portion(A2). so, that is a resistance factor for circulating the heat medium.
[13] Third, In above the second issue, the elliptical distortion is certainly solved by enlarging the inner, outer diameter(Rl)(R2) when bending the tube(3). but, the inter distance(L) is far away each other in between the tube(3) by increasing the inner, outer diameter(Rl)(R2) of the curved portion due to the inter distance(L) is double of the curved inner diameter(Rl). so that, the radiated heat is not evenly distributed by flowing through the tube(3) all over the sheet(l)(2). therefore, the heat is not made convenience environment by the unequally distributed the heat as Fig. 4.
[14] Fourth, the portion of arrayed the tube(3) is protruded to the upper sheet(l) as designed height as Fig.2 . so that, the user's feeling is badly felt on that sheet(l) by ruggedly unflated upside of the upper sheet.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[15] Therefore, it is an aspect of the present invention is to alleviate the conventional heat sheet problem encountered in the related above the background art. One aspect of the present invention is to provide a heat medium circulating type heat sheet, by which a flow duct(hereinafter, duct) is direct formed on that sheet by direct forming as designed regular vertical section and high density interval for replacing the tube, so that, the heat medium is smoothly flowed and the heat is evenly distributed.
[16] Other aspect of the present invention is to provide a heat medium circulating type heat sheet, by which a home of closed space (hereinafter, home) is formed on the portion of inter duct for a heat regenerative material, so that, the heat is more evenly distributed and preserved for long time, furthermore, that heat sheet strength is increased.
[17] Another aspect of the present invention is to provide a heat medium circulating type heat sheet, by which a duct part and a home part is formed on upside of a lower sheet and the duct part and the home part is posed in between a upper sheet and the lower sheet, after that, the upper sheet attached on the lower sheet by fusion, in that way, a duct and a home is completely formed in internal of that sheet, so that, the production expense is saved by that simplified work than the conventional method for arraying the tube, therefore, the production expense is saved, meanwhile the production efficiency is increased. [18] To accomplish the above aspects, the present invention is a characterized heat medium circulating type heat sheet, by which a received heated heat medium from a heat medium supplier is circulated by the heat medium supplier collecting the heat medium. An entrance and exit is formed at one edge side of a main body made of an elastic synthetic resin for injecting a heat medium and flowing the heat medium, and a duct is formed in internal of that main body as designed pattern for flowing the injected the heat medium in the entrance to the exit through internal of the main body.
[19] Fourth, the home is formed on not formed the duct portion in internal of above the main body and a heat regenerative material is charged in that home.

[1] As the heat medium circulating type heat sheet which the received heated heat medium from the heat medium supplier is circulated by the above the heat medium supplier collecting the heat medium, which is characterized in: the entrance and the exit is formed each at one side of the main body made of an elastic synthetic resin for injecting and flowing the heat medium, the duct is formed in internal of above the main body as designed pattern for flowing above injected the heat medium in above the entrance to above the exit through internal of above the main body.
