Disclosed is a bicycle double up combination air pouring system. The bicycle double up combination air pouring system comprises a bicycle double up combination air pouring system comprises: a sub frame for being longitudinally in double installed on the upper of the rear frame, on both of its side, a tighten piece having a penetration hole is projected, simultaneously with forming an open portion on the circumstance of the end at a sub frame, and thereby coupling a clip capable of elastically shrinking and widening and also coupling a tightness lever to be operated so that the tightness lever may be tighten or relaxed by a turn of a lever in a cam method to a penetration hole formed at the tighten piece, and a supporting member is projected and fixed to a fixing plate having a coupling hole at the position corresponding to a clip on a crank axis of a pedal installed at the lower end of a sub frame; and a cylinder housing having a cylinder chamber at its inside, which is downward formed perpendicularly to the circumstance of the clip at the supporting member, and the cylinder housing is fixedly incorporated with the front frame by the tightness lever and the rotation of the cylinder housing is controlled, a screw axis which is downward formed and projected perpendicularly to the lower end of the cylinder housing is penetrated through the coupling hole of the fixing plate and is projected to the exterior and then is engaged with a nut, the front frame which is installed in double on the rear frame is coupled and incorporated with the cylinder housing which can be rotated, a piston being coupled to the inner circumstance of the cylinder housing so as to be able to be rotated and then a pump grip is coupled to the upper end of a piston rod and incorporated with each other, the piston making an air to be pumped by the pump grip and the more pressed air being exited through an exit hole through which the cylinder at the lower of the cylinder housing is successively penetrated mutually with the exterior, and on the open upper end of the cylinder housing, a shielding cork having a engaging hole is joined and a piston rod is penetrated through the engaging hole, and an air pouring device is selectively engaged with a male screw at the circumstance of the piston rod according to whether an air pumping is operated or not.

BICYCLE DOUBLE UP COMBINATION AIR POURING SYSTEM
Description Technical Field
The present invention relates to a bicycle double up combination air pouring system, and in particular to a bicycle double up combination air pouring system capable of coupling an air pouring system to the inside of a bicycle frame, simultaneously with combining and using a double up device and thereby ensuring a stability to enhance a high hardness of a double up combination bicycle, so it is possible to have an easy administration for maintaining it.
Background Art
In a general, a bicycle is a two-wheeled vehicle in which a pair of wheels are rotated and moved by the human power and the power kicked by the human feet is transferred to a rear wheel, via a pedal, a crank, and a chain.
With the development of such bicycle, it has been recently developed that a double up combination bicycle makes a promotion on the maintenance of a deposit and portability about the bicycle. Such above described bicycle is a conventional technique in which are disclosed Korean Utility registration publication No. 89-2014 which is directed to a double up combination bicycle, Korean Utility registration publication No. 89-4669 which is directed to a double up combination of a bicycle, Korean Utility registration publication No. 93-8316 which is directed to a body coupling apparatus of a bicycle in a assembled method, Korean Utility registration publication No. 93-8317 which is directed to a double up bicycle, Korean Utility registration publication No. 90-8145 which is directed to a double up bicycle, Korean Utility registration publication No. 90-10276 which is directed to a double up device on a frame of a bicycle, and so on. In such above described double up combination bicycles, most of bicycles are made to be complicated in structure, as well as increasing the weight of the
body.
Further, it is not simply to carry out an operation to be folded, and so it may be troublesome in use, resulting in avoiding its adoption.
Alike, a bicycle to be folded in a hinged method has a structure in which a front frame for supporting a handle is coupled to a front wheel, via a general hinge and a rear frame for supporting a rear wheel, a transmission device, and a saddle.
The coupling of the hinge makes the whole functions of the bicycle to be graded under a double up rigidity, a durability, and weight.
In addition, a separate air pouring device for a bicycle wheel which is at a bicycle repairing store is exclusively used in an air pouring method at a conventional bicycle, or is bought. Every when an air is made to be poured into the bicycle wheel, a bicycle repairing store must be directly found out and then gone to.
In case of buying an excusive air pouring device, it must also be adhered to the bicycle. Due to this, it is uneconomic to maintain a deposit of the bicycle and the excusive air pouring device is often lost.
Disclosure Technical Problem
The present invention is designed in consideration of the above problems, and therefore it is an object of the invention to provide a bicycle double up combination air pouring system capable of coupling a front frame for supporting a front wheel and a rear frame for supporting a rear wheel on a basis of cylinder housing to a hinge, in which an operation to be mutually folded via a tightness lever is able to be controlled and of enhancing the folded rigidity of the front wheel and the rear frame and the maintaining hardness at the release of the folded state, resulting in acting on an effective stability.
It is another object of the invention to provide a bicycle double up combination air pouring system capable of pouring an air into the wheel of the bicycle via a pouring horse, resulting from installing a pouring device which can individually carry out an air pumping operation, on the inside of a bicycle frame so
as to pour an air into the wheel of the bicycle, and so it is possible to have an easy maintenance and administration.
Moreover, it is other object of the invention to provide a bicycle double up combination air pouring system capable of installing in double a sub frame of a front frame and a rear frame, resulting in reinforcing a hardness of a bicycle frame and so it is possible to maximize its stability.
Technical Solution
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a bicycle double up combination air pouring system capable of comprising a rear wheel which is rotatably in a double up method coupled to the front frame via a hinge and rotatably installed at a bicycle having a front wheel to be fixedly rotated, and a front frame for supporting a handle which controls a direction of the front wheel, and a rear frame having a transmission device for transferring power kicked by feet to a pedal, a crank axis, and a chain so as to provide a transmission power, wherein a sub frame is longitudinally in double installed on the upper of the rear frame. On its both side, a tighten piece having a penetration hole is projected, simultaneously with forming an open portion on the circumstance of the end at a sub frame, and thereby coupling a clip capable of elastically getting shrunken and widen and also coupling a tightness lever to be operated so that the tightness lever is tighten or relaxed by a turn of a lever in a cam method to a penetration hole formed at the tighten piece, and a supporting member is projected and fixed to a fixing plate having a coupling hole at the position corresponding to a clip on a crank axis of a pedal installed at the lower end of a sub frame. A cylinder housing has a cylinder chamber at its inside, which is downward formed perpendicularly to the circumstance of the clip at the supporting member, and the cylinder housing is fixedly incorporated with the front frame by the tightness lever and the rotation of the cylinder housing is made to be controlled. A screw axis which is downward formed and projected perpendicularly to the lower end of the cylinder housing is penetrated through the coupling hole of the fixing plate and is projected out to the exterior and then is engaged with a nut. The front frame which is installed in
double on the rear frame is coupled and incorporated with the cylinder housing which can be rotated. A piston is coupled to the inner circumstance of the cylinder housing so as to be able to be rotated and then a pump grip is coupled to the upper end of a piston rod and incorporated with each other. The piston make an air to be pumped by the operating of the pump grip and the more pressed air is exited out through an exit hole through which the cylinder at the lower of the cylinder housing is successively penetrated mutually with the exterior. On the opened upper end of the cylinder housing, a shielding cork having a engaging hole is joined and a piston rod is penetrated through the engaging hole, and an air pouring device is selectively engaged with a male screw at the circumstance of the piston rod according to whether an air pumping is used or not.
Advantageous Effects
By using a bicycle double up combination air pouring system according to the present invention, it is possible to couple a front frame for supporting a front wheel and a rear frame for supporting a rear wheel on a basis of cylinder housing to a hinge, in which operation to be mutually folded via a tightness lever is able to be controlled and it is possible to enhance the folded rigidity of the front wheel and the rear frame and the maintaining hardness at the release of the folded state, resulting in acting on an effective stability and in enhancing a high reliance of the product.
Further, it is possible to pour an air into the wheel of the bicycle via a pouring horse, resulting from installing a pouring device which can individually carry out an air pumping operation, on the inside of a bicycle frame so as to pour an air into the wheel of the bicycle, and so it is possible to have an easy maintenance and administration.
Furthermore, it is possible to install in double a sub frame of a front frame and a rear frame, resulting in reinforcing a hardness of a bicycle frame and so it is possible to maximize its stability.

Hereinafter, a bicycle double up combination air pouring system according to the present invention will be described in detail referring to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, a double up air pouring device for a bicycle according to the present invention comprises a rear wheel 21 which is rotatably in a double up method coupled to the front frame 10 via a hinge and rotatably installed at a bicycle having a front wheel 11 to be fixedly rotated, and a front frame 10 for supporting a handle 12 which controls a direction of the front wheel 11 , and a rear frame 20 having a transmission device 22 for transferring power kicked by feet to a pedal 22a, a crank axis 22b, and a chain so as to provide a transmission power, in which a sub frame 110 is longitudinally in double installed on the upper of the rear frame 20. On its both side, a tighten piece 121 having a penetration hole 121 a is projected, simultaneously with forming an open portion 122 on the circumstance of the end at a sub frame 110, and thereby coupling a clip 120 capable of elastically getting shrunken and widen and also coupling a tightness lever 130 to be operated so that the tightness lever 130 may be tighten
or relaxed by a turn of a lever 131 in a cam method to a penetration hole 121a formed at the tighten piece 121 , and a supporting member 100 is projected and fixed to a fixing plate 140 having a coupling hole 141 at the position corresponding to a clip 120 on a crank axis 22b of a pedal 22a installed at the lower end of a sub frame 110. A cylinder housing 210 has a cylinder chamber 211 at its inside, which is downward formed perpendicularly to the circumstance of the clip 120 at the supporting member 100, and the cylinder housing 210 is fixedly incorporated with the front frame 10 by the tightness lever 130 and the rotation of the cylinder housing 210 is controlled. A screw axis 214 which is downward formed and projected perpendicularly to the lower end of the cylinder housing 210 is penetrated through the coupling hole 141 of the fixing plate 140 and is projected to the exterior and then is engaged with a nut 215. The front frame 10 which is installed in double on the rear frame 20 is coupled and incorporated with the cylinder housing 210 which can be rotated. A piston 220 is coupled to the inner circumstance of the cylinder housing 210 so as to be able to be rotated and then a pump grip 222 is coupled to the upper end of a piston rod 221 and incorporated with each other. Further, the rear frame 20 supports the rear wheel 21 and the saddle 23 and the sub frame 110 is in double joined to the upper of the rear frame 20, and the cylinder housing 210 and the hinge is coupled to each other via the clip 120 installed at the end of the sub frame 110. The crank axis 22b supports the pedal
22a at the lower of the rear frame, and the fixing plate 140 is joined and incorporated with the front of the crank axis 22b and then the lower of the cylinder housing 210 is safely received and simultaneously the screw axis 214 of the cylinder housing 210 is penetrated through the coupling of the fixing plate 140 and engaged with the nut 215.
And, the tightness lever 130 is penetrated through a pair of tighten pieces 121 formed at the clip 120 and a more pressed piece 132 at the tightness lever 130 is closely adhered capable of more pressing the tighten pieces 121. A pair of more pressed pieces 132 makes the tighten pieces 121 to be selectively shrunk relaxed by the turns of the lever 131 coupled in a cam method to the more pressed piece 132.
Successively, an air which is exited out through the air pouring device for the bicycle 1 is flowed into a tube at the inside of the bicycle wheel by the pumping of the piston 220 with coupling the exit hole 212 and the air pouring horse (not shown) to the bicycle wheel.
Operation of such bicycle double up combination air pouring system according to the present invention will be described.
First, a lever 131 of the tightness lever 130 is rotated and the more pressed piece 132 makes a pressed adhesion force of the tighten piece 121 at the clip 120 to be is relaxed in the cam method and the cylinder housing 210 is freely rotated on the circumstance of the clip 120 and then the lever 131 of the tightness lever 130 is reverse-rotated to keep maintaining a folded state, and it is easy to have a deposit and portability on the bicycle 1 to fold the bicycle.
Hereinafter, the lever 131 of the tightness lever 130 is reverse-rotated when the bicycle 1 to be folded is restored to an original state and the more pressed piece 132 of the tightness lever 130 after the pressed adhesion force to be applied to the tighten pieces 121 of the clip 120 is relaxed, the front frame 10 to be folded to the rear frame 20 is rotated. The bicycle 1 is converted into the driving state and then the tighten pieces 121 is more pressed through the tightness lever 130 and the circumstance of the clip 120 makes the cylinder hosing 210 to be more pressed simultaneously with being fixed. The bicycle 1 is converted into a
state to be driven and simply keeps maintaining the converted state.
In addition, when an air is made to be poured into the wheel in case of operating the bicycle the shielding cork 213 installed on the upper of the cylinder housing 210 of which the engaging hole 213a is coupled to the piston rod 221. The shielding cork 213 is rotated so that the engaging of the male screw 221a of the piston rod 221 engaged with the engaging hole 213a may be relaxed. The piston
220 is converted into a state to be transferred to up or down and then the piston
220 is repeatedly pumped to up or down through the pump grip 222. An air to be filled up into the cylinder chamber 211 at the inside of the cylinder hosing 210 exited out through the exit hole 212 to a predetermined pressure.
At this time, the exit hole 212 is coupled to a pouring hole (not shown) of the wheel to be poured by an air and a pressured air generated from the air pouring device 200 is supplied to the tube of the inside of the wheel.
After a completion of the air pouring, the air pouring horse is separately disassembled and then the pump grip 222 is reverse-rotated and the male screw
221a of the piston rod 221 is engaged with the engaging hole 213a of the shielding cork 213. An air is poured into the wheel of the bicycle 1 via the air pouring device
200 to complete the pouring work.
Like this, the air pouring device 200 within the frame of the bicycle is separately installed, simultaneously with functioning as the hinge making the air pouring device 200 to be folded at the bicycle, resulting in pouring an air into the wheel of the bicycle as well as enhancing a high folded rigidity of the bicycle 1.

CLAIMS Claim 1
Un a bicycle including a front frame 10 consisting of a front wheel 11 to be fixedly rotated, which supports a handle 12 which controls a direction of the front wheel 11 , and a rear frame 20 having a transmission device for transferring power kicked by feet to a pedal 22a, a crank axis 22b, and a chain so as to provide a transmission power a rear wheel 21 is rotatably in a double up method coupled to the front frame 10 via a hinge and rotatably installed a bicycle double up combination air pouring system comprises: a sub frame for being longitudinally in double installed on the upper of the rear frame, on its both side, a tighten piece having a penetration hole is projected, simultaneously with forming an open portion on the circumstance of the end at a sub frame, and thereby coupling a clip capable of elastically getting shrunken and widen and also coupling a tightness lever to be operated so that the tightness lever may be tighten or relaxed by a turn of a lever in a cam method to a penetration hole formed at the tighten piece, and a supporting member is projected and fixed to a fixing plate having a coupling hole at the position corresponding to a clip on a crank axis of a pedal installed at the lower end of a sub frame; and a cylinder housing having a cylinder chamber at its inside, which is downward formed perpendicularly to the circumstance of the clip at the supporting member, and the cylinder housing is fixedly incorporated with the front frame by the tightness lever and the rotation of the cylinder housing is controlled, a screw axis which being downward formed and projected perpendicularly to the lower end of the cylinder housing is penetrated through the coupling hole of the fixing plate and is projected to the exterior and then is engaged with a nut, the front frame which is installed in double on the rear frame is coupled and incorporated with the cylinder housing which can be rotated, a piston being coupled to the inner circumstance of the cylinder housing so as to be able to be rotated and then a pump grip is coupled to the upper end of a piston rod and incorporated with each other, the piston making an air to be pumped by the pump grip and the more
pressed air being exited out through an exit hole through which the cylinder at the lower of the cylinder housing is successively penetrated mutually with the exterior, and on the open upper end of the cylinder housing, a shielding cork having a engaging hole is joined and a piston rod is penetrated through the engaging hole, and an air pouring device is selectively engaged with a male screw at the circumstance of the piston rod according to whether an air pumping is operated or not.
