Brief Description of the Drawings
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a cigarette employing a cigarette filter according to the present invention; and FIG. 2 is a detailed cross-sectional view of FIG. 1.
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
Hereinbelow, a cigarette filter according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings FIGs . 1 and 2.
Referring to FIGs . 1 and 2, a reference numeral 1 denotes a cigarette, 2 does leaf cigarettes, 3 does space part activated charcoal and zeolite particles, 4 does an astate filter, and 5 does activated charcoal and zeolite .
Example
A composition of a cigarette filter which functions as an adsorber, is made by the following processes .
A colloidal silver solution of 500gr being 50weight% with 0.005-0.015 particles and IOPPM concentration and a colloidal platinum solution of 200gr being 20weight% with 0.005-0.015 particles and IOPPM concentration is sprayed and dipped onto a porous specific surface area solid body adsorber of 1000gr . Then moisture is evaporated and dried from the porous specific surface area solid body. Here, the porous specific surface area solid body has an internal surface area whose surface area are large up to several hundreds to 1, 50OmVg in the solid body excluding the specific surface area space for physical adsorption of tar and nicotine . Here, porous solid particle activated charcoal of 500gr and zeolite of 500gr functioning as adsorbers of an existing cigarette filter are mixed on a one-to-one basis to form the porous specific surface area solid body adsorber of 1, OOOgr. The porous solid particles are made of metal oxide, inorganic, synthetic resin, or organic materials .
A solution of 30weight% having at least one or in combination thereof selected from the group consisting of citric acid of 30weight%, lactic acid of 10weight%, niacin (or Vitamin kind) of 10weight%, L-ascorbic acid of 10weight%, calcium lactate of ' 5weight%, sodium citrate of 5weight%, vanillin (or lemon, coffee, spicery, etc. ) of 5weight%, sugar (or maltose) of 10weight%, honey of 10weight%, and glycerine of 5weight% is dissolved into distilled water of one liter in an electrolysis apparatus . Then, the 30weight% solution of 300gr is sufficiently stirred to be dissolved well, and then sprayed onto the dried porous specific surface area solid body. Then, moisture is evaporated and dried from the porous specific surface area solid body.
The function of silver ions (Ag+) neutralizes materials harmful for the human body which are produced due to smoking of a cigarette with electrical loads which the silver ions emit . The platinum (Pt) ions are used as catalysts for removing hydrogen compounds, oxide compounds, and carbon monoxide, nitrous oxide, ammonia, etc . , which are materials harmful for the human body and which are produced by incomplete combustion when smoking, by a chemical reaction such as an oxidation-reduction activity.
The niacin belongs to the water soluble vitamin B group . The citric acid and the L-ascorbic acid belong to the water soluble vitamin C group . Thus, since nicotine is absorbed into the human body in the form of a salt of minute particles, a free base of minute particles, and a free base of a vapor phase, by moisture contained in the leaf cigarette when smoking, vitamins such as the niacin, the citric acid and the L-ascorbic acid are also absorbed into the human body. Moreover, sugar (or maltose) which is the saccharides, honey, and citric acid sodium neutralize sourness of vitamins B and C. Also, calcium lactate and lactic acid control hydrogen ion concentration (pH) of the cigarette filter. Moreover, the cigarette smell is neutralized by perfumes contained in the cigarette filter when smoking . As described above, a cigarette using a composition of a cigarette filter for reduction of tar and nicotine according to the present invention remarkably reduces tar and nicotine when smoking. A taste of the cigarette is soft and smooth. Also, vitamins are produced by moisture contained in the leaf cigarette, and flavors are produced by perfumes contained in the cigarette filter, together with smokes generated when smoking.
As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to a particularly preferred embodiment . However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention .
