Abstract

The invention relates to an annual calendar comprising calendar pages (1) respectively displaying two months (4, 5) or the individual days (2, 3) of said two months (4, 5). On each page (1) of the calendar, a period (6) of directly consecutive days (2) extending over part of one month (4) and part of the other month (5) of the calendar page (1) is highlighted in an optical form in relation to the days (3) of the two months (4, 5) outside said period (6). The optically highlighted periods (3) of consecutive days (2) correspond to a calendar period differing from the monthly period, e.g. a sign of the zodiac.

Description

"Annual Calendar"

The invention relates to an annual calendar with calendars, which indicate in each case two months or the individual days of those months.

Such annual calendars, each with two or even more months calendar pages are in use for many years.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an annual calendar which is particularly adapted to the needs of human beings whose monthly breakdown is less based on monthly periods than on other calendar periods.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that, on each calendar sheet of the above-described annual calendar, a period of consecutive days extending over a part of one month and over a part of the other month of this calendar sheet is compared to the days of the two outside this period Months in a visually noticeable form, and that the visually highlighted period of successive days differs from that of the month denden calendar period, z. B. a star sign period, corresponds. By the features according to the invention, it is possible that the annual calendar retains both its function for temporal orientation within the usual month period as well as an orientation in other calendar periods, eg.
