MALODOR AND STERILIZING GARBAGE CAN
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can using by ozone and anion, in which is comprised of an opening top body of the garbage can for collecting garbage, a garbage putting cover to be possible to open and close in the opening top body of the garbage can, a ozone generator for removing malodor and sterilizing to generate the ozone to inside of garbage can in which is installed in the garbage putting cover and an inside container with a funnel in the top of the garbage can to be not stick on a garbage bag among the putting garbage into inside of the opening top body of the garbage can, an anion generator to clean an interior air, a display part in which is displayed the status of the ozone generator and the anion generator, a garbage bag container in which is provided the garbage bag for refusing disposal in inside of the garbage can, a sealed up cutter in which is consisted of a high frequency heat ray to cut after sealed up the garbage of the garbage bag provided from the garbage bag container, and a lower door for throwing away the sealed garbage bag by the sealed up cutter.
Background of Art
The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically removing malodor to oxidize a bad smell of the garbage and sterilizing to restrain from bad microorganism in the garbage can using by ozone and anion, and it simplifies for collecting garbage and refusing disposal.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem
There was a lot of an existing garbage can in shape and size, and used to developed a lot of equipment in switch gear of a garbage can cover. However, this kind of garbage can has a problem that it was not easy to use, unsanitary from bad microorganism breeding, bad smell, a noxious insect by the garbage of decomposing matter. Thus, it was not good for preservation of heath.
Also, people tried to refuse disposal to collect the garbage for few days rather than refusing disposal everyday due to the garbage of a small quantity in case of the garbage exhausted from home everyday. At this point, there was a problem that the interior air pollution is occurred by the bad smell from the garbage in case of high temperature and humidity over the season especially in the summer.
People accept troublesomeness to use set up the garbage bag each time by him/herself to overcome the above-mentioned problems, or throw away the garbage making it as a small amount of the garbage after drying the garbage in high temperature, but this was a waste of money for drying humidity of the garbage using by high temperature, and also the size was too big for the garbage can.
Technical Solution Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the above problems encountered in the conventional art. The present invention
provides to install as making smaller size of an apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can.
Advantageous Effects As mentioned above, if people are using a sealed up cutter of the apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can according to the present invention, people can use not only as a cleanness of the apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can but also it is easy to use to lift and throw away the sealed garbage bag without any action to take out and tie the garbage bag from the apparatus, and there is an effectiveness to prevent the environmental pollution due to using by environmental friendly material of garbage bag.
Moreover, the present invention provides to protect the status in unsanitary from bad microorganism breeding, bad smell, a noxious insect by the garbage of decomposing matter in the existing garbage can of home and public through the ozone and anion generator of the present invention, which also can be used in many industrial field as smaller size of the apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can.

As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3, the apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can using by ozone and anion comprises:
a sealed up cutter (3, 4) is located by up and down for cutting after sealed up and adhered a filled up garbage bag in the apparatus; a 1st sealed up cutter part (4) for consisting of a high frequency heat ray formed in up and down to seal and adhere the garbage bag and a blade to cut the garbage bag in a middle of the high frequency heat ray or a high frequency heat ray part (1 ) including the high frequency heat ray among the sealed up cutter (3, 4); a 2nd sealed up cutter part (3) for sealed up the garbage bag which includes a sealed up part (2) with the garbage bag material which is able to adhere as installed in lower of the 1st sealed up cutter part; a garbage bag holder (18) for keeping the garbage bag located in a center of the 1 st sealed up cutter part (4) and the 2nd sealed up cutter part (3); two guide rail parts (5, 6) for driving the 2nd sealed up cutter part (3); a power part includes a motor (19) and solenoid (Not shown in Figures) for driving the 2nd sealed up cutter part (3) according to the guide rail part (5,
6); a drive shaft (7, 8) for moving the 2nd sealed up cutter part (3) to be accompanied with the power part; a 2nd control switch (16) for generating a heat to be supplied with a high frequency heat ray (1 ) of a 1st sealed up cutter part (4) after the 1st sealed up cutter part (4) is provided a power transfer using by gears (9-12) and belts (13, 14) connected with the drive shaft (7, 8); and a 3rd control switch (17) for stopping a working of the 1st sealed up cutter part (4) with generating backward the motor (19) if the 2nd control switch (16) is contacted with a 1st control switch (15), the 1 st sealed up cutter part (4) is moving forward for cutting to be sealed up and adhered a garbage bag in
garbage bag holder (18) if 2nd control switch is contacted.
The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd control switch (15, 16, 17) is for throwing away garbage through the lower door to cut after automatically sealed up a garbage bag if garbage is filled up in a garbage bag of the garbage bag holder (18) because it can be automatically set up, and the power part provides AC
(Alternating Current) power and DC (Direct Current) power.
As shown in Figures 4, 5, an anion generator and an ozone generator is comprising: a power supply part means for providing a rated voltage of a direct current 12V; a DC (Direct Current) / AC (Alternating Current) inverter means for transforming a direct current provided by the power supply part to an alternating current through a circuit controller of a constant current; a subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type means for increasing a operating efficiency as applying a material for a insulated efficiency converted current through the direct / alternating current inverter; a low current frequency stabilized circuit controller means for stabilizing to decrease of an electronic power consumption of converted current through the direct / alternating current inverter and the subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type; a DC (direct current) conversion means for generating direct voltage in which is for generating anion through a direct rectifier an alternating pulse power passed by the subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type and the low current frequency stabilized circuit controller; and
a carbon fiber means for generating anion oxygen through a carbon brush of several tens and hundreds using by a direct voltage generated in the direct current conversion, and anion can be generated over 2,500,000 (-ion/cc) by the anion generator.
As shown in Figure 5, the ozone generator is consisting of the same as the anion generator from a power supply part to a low current frequency stabilized circuit controller, and an emission tube for generating ozone through a neon tube an alternating pulse power passed by the low current frequency stabilized circuit controller.

An apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can, comprising: an opening top body means for collecting garbage; a garbage putting cover means to be possible to open and close in the opening top body; an inside container means with a funnel in the top of the garbage can to be not stick on a garbage bag among the putting garbage into inside of the opening top body; a ozone generator means for removing malodor and sterilizing to generate the ozone to inside of garbage can in which is installed in the garbage putting cover, and an anion generator means for a cleanup an interior air; a display part means for displaying the status of the ozone generator and the anion generator; a garbage bag container means for providing the garbage bag for refusing disposal in inside of the garbage can; a sealed up cutter part means for consisting of a high frequency heat ray to cut after sealed up the garbage of the garbage bag provided from the garbage bag container; a 1st sealed up cutter part means for consisting of a high frequency heat ray formed in up and down to seal and adhere the garbage bag and a blade to cut the garbage bag in a middle of the high frequency heat ray or a high frequency heat ray part including the high frequency heat ray among the sealed up cutter; a 2nd sealed up cutter part means for sealed up the garbage bag which includes a sealed up part with the garbage bag material which is able to adhere as installed in lower of the 1 st sealed up cutter part; a garbage bag holder means for keeping the garbage bag located in a center of the 1st sealed up cutter part and the 2nd sealed up cutter part; two guide rail parts means for moving the 2nd sealed up cutter part; a power part means includes a motor and solenoid for driving the 2nd sealed up cutter part according to the guide rail part; a drive shaft means for moving the 2nd sealed up cutter part to be accompanied with the power part; a 2nd control switch means for generating a heat to be supplied with a high frequency heat ray of a 1st sealed up cutter part after the 1st sealed up cutter part is provided a power transfer using by gears and belts connected with the drive shaft; a 3rd control switch means for stopping a working of the 1st sealed up cutter part with generating backward the motor if the 2nd control switch is contacted with a 1st control switch , the 1st sealed up cutter part is moving forward for cutting to be sealed up and adhered a garbage bag in garbage bag holder if 2nd control switch is contacted; a lower door means for throwing away the sealed garbage bag by the sealed up cutter.

The apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can as in claim 1 , wherein said 1st, 2nd, and 3rd control switch means for throwing away garbage through the lower door to cut after automatically sealed up a garbage bag if garbage is filled up in a garbage bag of the garbage bag holder because it can be automatically set up.

The apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can as in claim 1 , wherein said anion generator further comprising: a power supply part means for providing a rated voltage of a direct current 12V; a direct / alternating current inverter means for transforming a direct current provided by the power supply part to an alternating current through a circuit controller of a constant current; a subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type means for increasing a operating efficiency as applying a material for a insulated efficiency converted current through the direct / alternating current inverter; a low current frequency stabilized circuit controller means for stabilizing to decrease of an electronic power consumption of converted current through the direct / alternating current inverter and the subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type; a direct current conversion means for generating direct voltage in which is for generating anion through a direct rectifier an alternating pulse power passed by the subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type and the low current frequency stabilized circuit controller; a carbon fiber means for generating anion oxygen through a carbon brush of several tens and hundreds using by a direct voltage generated in the direct current conversion.

The apparatus for automatically removing malodor and sterilizing garbage can as in claim 1 , wherein said ozone generator further comprising: a power supply part means for providing a rated voltage of a direct current 12 V; a direct / alternating current inverter means for transforming a direct current provided by the power supply part to an alternating current through a circuit controller of a constant current; a subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type means for increasing a operating efficiency as applying a material for a insulated efficiency converted current through the direct / alternating current inverter; a low current frequency stabilized circuit controller means for stabilizing to decrease of an electronic power consumption of converted current through the direct / alternating current inverter and the subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type; and an emission tube means for generating ozone through a neon tube an alternating pulse power passed by the subminiature high voltage generator of a ferrite type and the low current frequency stabilized circuit controller.
