  • Such types of frames prevent the formation of thermal bridges , usually along the perimeter of doors and windows ; on the other hand, however, the determine the occurrence , in certain outside temperature conditions , of cold areas on the outside wall of the frame ; these areas are responsible for the transmission and, consequently, the loss of heat energy, which passes from the inside to the outside .

Abstract

L'invention porte sur des cadres pour le bâtiment pouvant en particulier servir pour les portes, les fenêtres et les façades et présentant une très bonne isolation phonique et thermique et réalisé en un profilé (10) auquel sont fixés à l'extérieur (12) ou à l'intérieur (13) plusieurs parties en forme (21) de matériaux isolants thermiques et phoniques, balistiques, autoextinguible ou antieffraction. La finition extérieure d'un cadre est obtenue par un couvre-joint (30) recouvrant les parties en forme. Il est ainsi possible de transformer un cadre normal en cadre présentant des propriétés d'isolation thermique et phonique, d'ignifugation, et de résistance aux effractions et aux projectiles, rapidement et alors que le cadre est déjà monté. En outre les temps de montage et les coûts de main d'oeuvre s'en trouvent réduits.
