从图 1所述的方法可以看出, 当 UE鉴权通过, 在服务 WLAN中的 UE连接的接入设备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备 的 MAC地址相同时, 没有对 UE接入 WLAN的过程进行再处理, 导致 无线移动通信系统网络侧在不支持多接入的情况下、 或者支持多接入但 接入目标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络门限的情况下, UE接入的 WLAN超出规定的数量,从而使无线移动通信系统网络侧不便于对 UE、 UE的业务传输以及 UE的业务计费等方面进行管理。 更进一步地, 当 UE鉴权通过, 在服务 WLAN中的 UE连接的接入设备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址不相同时, 没有对 UE 接入的 WLAN超出规定的数量的情况进行再处理, 导致支持多接入但 接入目标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络门限的情况下, UE接入的 WLAN超出规定的数量,从而使无线移动通信系统网络侧不便于对 UE、 UE的业务传输以及 UE的业务计费等方面进行管理。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种在切换过程中断开 UE 与服务网络连接的方法, 该方法能够当 UE鉴权通过后, 确定何时断开 UE与服务 WLAN连接, 从而无线移动通信系统网络侧在不支持多接入 的情况下、 或者支持多接入但接入 标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络 门限的情况下,保障 UE业务传输的连续性和对 UE业务计费的连续性。
根据上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种在切换过程中断开 UE与服务网络连接的方法, 该方法包括:
A、 在 UE接入 UE的目标网络后, 判断 UE是否满足设定的 UE与 服务网络断开的条件, 如果是, 执行步骤 B, 如果否, 对 UE不进行处 理, 结束;
B、 所述的服务网络断开与 UE的连接。
所述的服务网絡为服务 WLAN;
所述目标网络为目标 WLAN。
步驟 A所述设定的 UE与服务网络断开的条件为接收到 UE的目标 网络发送的计费统计请求。
步驟 A所述设定的 UE与服务网络断开的条件为接收到 UE的目标 网络发送的业务建立指示消息。
所述接收到 UE的目标网络发送的业务建立指示消息的过程为: al、 UE向目标网络发起开始业务传揄请求;
bl、 目标网络接收到该请求后, 向接入服务器发送用于指示 UE通 过目标网络开始业务传输的业务建立指示消息。
步骤 A所述设定的 UE与服务网络断开的条件为接收到 UE的目标 网絡根据 UE发起的开始业务传输请求而发送的中间计费消息。
所述接收到 UE的目标网络根据 UE发起的开始业务传输请求而发 送的中间计费消息的过程为:
a2、 UE向目标网络发起开始业务传输请求;
b2、 目标网络接收到该请求后, 开始执行 UE发起的业务传输, 并 向接入服务器发送中间计费消息, 该请求携带 UE业务传输数据量; c2、 接入服务器判断该消息携带的 UE业务传输数据量是否超过预 先设置的门限值, 如果是, 接入服务器判断 UE满足设定的条件; 否则, 接入服务器判断 UE不满足设定的条件。
步骤 A所述设定的 UE与服务网络断开的条件为接入服务器在 UE 鉴权通过后设置的定时器到时。
在步骤 B所述的服务网络断开与 UE的连接之前, 该方法还包括: 接入服务器向 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE的连接消息。
所述接入服务器向 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE的连接消息的操 作方式为:
直接给 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE连接的消息,停止对 UE在服 务网络中进行的业务传输计费;
或者等待设定的时间到时后给 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE连接 的消息, 停止对 UE在服务网络中进行的业务传输计费;
或者判断 UE在服务网络中是否还在进行业务传输, 如果是, 则等 到 UE在服务网络中所进行的业务传输完, 再给 UE的服务网络发送断 开与 UE连接的消息, 停止对 UE在服务网络中进行的业务传输计费; 否则, 则直接或在设定的时间到时后给 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE 连接的消息, 停止对 ΌΈ在服务网络中进行的业务传输计费。
所述设定的时间是根据接入服务器所在的无线移动通信系统网络侧 的配置情况设定的。
步骤 A所述判断 UE是否满足设定的 UE与服务网络断开的条件是 由接入服务器判断的。
所述接入服务器为 AAA服务器或者 3GPPAAA服务器。
从上述方案可以看出, 本发明提供的方法增强了 AAA服务器的功 能, 使 AAA服务器能够在 UE鉴权通过后, 在满足设定的条件下向 UE 的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的消息, 所述设定的条件为: 接收到 UE的目标 WLAN发送的计费统计请求、接收到 UE的目标 WLAN转发 的开始业务传输请求、接收到 UE的目标 WLAN根据 UE发起的开始业 务传输请求而发送的中间计费消息、 或者 AAA服务器在 UE鉴权通过 后设置的定时器到时。 因此, 该方法当 UE在目标 WLAN鉴权通过后, 确定了何时断开 UE与服务 WLAN连接,从而无线移动通信系统网络侧 在不支持多接入的情况下、 或者支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出 设定的接入网絡门限的情况下, 保障 UE业务传输的连续性和对 UE业 务计费的连续性。 附图简要说明

为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施 例并参照附图, 对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
当 AAA服务器对 UE进行的鉴权通过后, 如果 UE的 §标 WLAN 确定接入 UE, 则会向 AAA服务器发送计费请求, AAA服务器接收到 该计费请求后, 会给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的消息, 服 务 WLAN断开与 UE的连接, 同时停止服务 WLAN侧对 UE的计费统 计。
当 AAA服务器对 UE进行的鉴权通过后, 在服务 WLAN中的 UE 连接的接入设备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址相同时, 无线移动通信系统网络侧在不支持多接入的情况下、 或者支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络门限的情况 下执行图 2所述的方法。 同样地,在服务 WLAN中的 UE连接的接入设 备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址不相 同时, 无线移动通信系统网络侧支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出 设定的接入网络门限的情况下也执行图 2所述的方法。 图 2为本发明在 切换过程中确定何时断开 UE与服务网络的方法实施例一的流程图, 其 具体步骤为:
步骤 200、 UE 的目标 WLAN 向 AAA服务器发送计费统计请求 ( Accounting-Request )。
如果目标 WLAN和 AAA服务器之间通过 AAA代理服务器连接, 则该请求通过 AAA代理服务器转发。
步骤 201 202、 AAA服务器接收到计费请求后,给 UE的目标 WLAN 返回 Accounting-Request的响应, 给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE 连接的消息。
该 Accounting-Request的响应为 Accounting-Response/Start消息; 在 发送完 Accounting-Request的响应后, AAA服务器开始对 UE在目标 WLAN中进行的业务传输进行计费。
步骤 203、 UE的服务 WLAN接收到该消息后断开与 UE的连接, 同时停止服务 WLAN侧对 UE的计费统计, 结束。
在步骤 202中, AAA服务器给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE 连接的消息的操作方式有三种:
第一种, 立即给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的消息, 停 止对 UE在服务 WLAN中进行的业务传输计费。
第二种, 根据无线移动通信系统网络侧的配置情况设定时间, 等待 设定的时间到时后给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的消息,停 止对 UE在服务 WLAN中进行的业务传输计费。
第三种,判断 UE在服务 WLAN中是否还在进行业务传输,如果是, 则等到 UE在服务 WLAN 中所进行的业务传输完, 再给 UE 的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的消息,停止对 UE在服务 WLAN中进行的 业务传输计费; 否则, 立即或在设定的时间到时后给 UE的服务 WLAN 发送断开与 UE连接的消息,停止对 UE在服务 WLAN中进行的业务传 输计费, 所述设定的时间是根据 AAA服务器所在的无线移动通信系统 网络侧的配置情况设定的。
实施例二
当 AAA服务器对 UE进行的鉴权通过后, UE向 UE的目标 WLAN 请求开始业务传输, UE的目标 WLAN向 AAA服务器转发该请求, AAA 服务器接收到该请求后,给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的消 息, 服务 WLAN断开与 UE的连接。
当 AAA服务器对 UE进行的鉴权通过后, 在服务 WLAN中的 UE 连接的接入设备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址相同时, 无线移动通信系统网络侧在不支持多接入的情况下、 或者支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络门限的情况 下执行图 3所述的方法。 同样地,在服务 WLAN中的 UE连接的接入设 备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址不相 同时, 无线移动通信系统网络侧支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出 设定的接入网络门限的情况下也执行图 3所述的方法。 图 3为本发明在 切换过程中确定何时断开 UE与服务网络的方法实施例二的流程图, 其 具体步驟为:
步骤 300、 UE向目标 WLAN发起开始业务传输请求。
步骤 301、 目标 WLAN接收到该请求后, 向 AAA服务器发送业务 建立指示消息 , 该消息用于指示 UE通过目标 WLAN开始业务传输。
步骤 302~303、 AAA服务器收到该业务建立指示消息后, 给 UE的 目标 WLAN返回业务建立指示消息的响应, 给 UE的服务 WLAN发送 断开与 UE连接的消息。
步骤 304~305、 UE的服务 WLAN接收到该消息后断开与 UE的连 接, 同时停止服务 WLAN侧对 UE的计费统计, UE的目标 WLAN执行 UE发起的业务传输, 结束。
在步骤 303中, AAA服务器给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE 连接的消息的操作方式也有三种, 并且这三种方式和图 2所述的三种方 式相同。
实施例三
当 AAA服务器对 UE进行的鉴权通过后, UE向 UE的目标 WLAN 请求开始业务传输, UE的目标 WLAN向 AAA服务器转发该请求, 转 发的该请求是由目标 WLAN通过中间计费消息通知 AAA服务器的,该 中间计费消息通过携带 UE业务传输数据量来表明 UE是否开始业务传 输。 AAA服务器接收到中间计费消息后,判断收到的中间计费信息中的 UE业务传输数据量是否高于预先设定的门限值时, 该门限值可以设置 为零, 如果是, 则给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的消息, 并 且给 UE的目标 WLAN发送对 UE计费响应消息, 服务 WLAN断开与 UE的连接; 否则, AAA服务器不做处理。
为了能够使 AAA服务器及时地发现 UE发起开始业务传输的请求, 在 UE鉴权通过后到通过目标 WLAN开始业务传输之间的一段时间内, 目标 WLAN 以较小的时间间隔发送中间计费消息, 例如每秒一次。 但 是现有技术的 RADIUS或 DIAMETER中, 不支持以这么小的时间间隔 发送中间计费消息, 而定义的最小时间间隔为 60秒, 因此, 本实施例 3 的实现需要对 RADIUS或 DIAMETER的中间计费消息和相应的属性, 如 RADIUS 或 DIAMETER 中定义中间计费信息传送时间间隔的信元 Charging Duration或 Accounting Interim - Interval作修改, 修改为每秒。
当 AAA服务器对 UE进行的鉴权通过后, 在服务 WLAN中的 UE 连接的接入设备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址相同时, 无线移动通信系统网络侧在不支持多接入的情况下、 或者支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络门限的情况 下执行图 4所述的方法。 同样地,在服务 WLAN中的 UE连接的接入设 备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址不相 同时, 无线移动通信系统网络侧支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出 设定的接入网络门限的情况下也执行图 4所述的方法。 图 4为本发明在 切换过程中确定何时断开 UE与服务网絡的方法实施例三的流程图, 其 具体步骤为:
步骤 400、 UE向目标 WLAN发起开始业务传输请求;
步骤 401、 目标 WLAN接收到该请求后, 开始执行 UE发起的业务 传输, 并向 AAA服务器发送中间计费消息, 该请求携带 UE业务传输 数据量。
步骤 402、 AAA服务器收到该消息后, 判断该消息携带的 UE业务 传输数据量是否超过预先设置的门限值, 如果是, 则执行步骤 403; 否 则, 执行步骤 407。
门限值可以根据无线移动通信系统的系统性能设置 , 也可以设置门 限值为零;
步骤 403〜404、 AAA服务器给 UE的目标 WLAN返回中间计费消息 的响应, 给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的消息。
步骤 405〜406、 UE的服务 WLAN接收到该消息后断开与 UE的连 接, 同时停止服务 WLAN侧对 UE的计费统计, UE的目标 WLAN执行 UE发起的业务传输, 结束。
步骤 407、 AAA服务器不做任何处理, 结束。
在步骤 404中, AAA服务器给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE 连接的消息的操作方式也有三种, 并且这三种方式和图 2所述的三种方 式相同。
实施例四
当 AAA服务器对 UE进行的鉴权通过后, AAA服务器启动预先设 置的定时器, 该定时器所定时的时间按照无线移动通信系统的系统性能 设定。在设定的时间到时之前,保证 UE同时与服务 WLAN和目标 WLAN 的连接; 在设定的时间到时后, AAA服务器给 UE的服务 WLAN发送 断开与 UE连接的消息, 服务 WLAN断开与 UE的连接, 并停止通过服 务 WLAN对 UE的计费。
当 AAA服务器对 UE进行的鉴权通过后, 在服务 WLAN中的 UE 连接的接入设备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址相同时, 无线移动通信系统网络侧在不支持多接入的情况下、 或者支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络门限的情况 下执行图 5所述的方法。 同样地,在服务 WLAN中的 UE连接的接入设 备的 MAC地址和 UE要接入目标 WLAN的接入设备的 MAC地址不相 同时, 无线移动通信系统网络侧支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出 设定的接入网络门限的情况下也执行图 5所述的方法。 图 5为本发明在 切换过程中确定何时断开 UE与服务网络的方法实施例四的流程图, 其 具体步骤为:
步骤 500、 UE赛权通过, AAA服务器启动定时器。
步骤 501、 AAA服务器判断定时器设定的时间是否到时, 如果是, 则执行步骤 502; 否则, 返回步骤 501 , 继续判断。
步骤 502、 AAA服务器给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE连接的 消息。
步骤 503、 UE的服务 WLAN接收到该消息后断开与 UE的连接, 同时停止服务 WLAN侧对 UE的计费统计, 结束。
在步骤 502中, AAA服务器给 UE的服务 WLAN发送断开与 UE 连接的消息的操作方式也有三种, 并且这三种方式和图 2所述的三种方 式相同。
上述实施例用 UE接入 UE的服务 WLAN或接入 UE的目标 WLAN 来举例说明, 实际上, UE也可以接入 UE的其他类型的服务网络或者接 入 UE的其他目标网络, 而不仅仅接入 UE的服务 WLAN或接入 UE的 目标 WLAN。
综上所述,本发明确定何时断开 UE与服务网络的方法流程图如图 6 所示:
步骤 600、在 UE通过 AAA服务器的鉴权并接入 UE的目标网络后, AAA服务器判断 UE是否满足设定的 UE与服务网络断开的条件, 如果 是, 执行步骤 601 , 如果否, 执行步骤 602。
所述设定的条件为: 接收到 UE的目标网络发送的计费统计请求、 接收到 UE的目标网络转发的开始业务传输请求、 接收到 UE的目标网 络根据 UE发起的开始业务传输请求而发送的中间计费消息、或者 AAA 服务器在 UE鉴权通过后设置的定时器到时。
步骤 601、 AAA服务器向 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE的连接消 息,所述的服务网络断开与 UE的连接 , UE在目标网络进行业务的传输, 结束。
步骤 602、 AAA服务器对 UE不进行处理, 结束。
本发明提供的方法不需要对 UE、 UE的服务网络做任何的改动, 只 需要按照四个实施例的叙述增强 AAA服务器的功能,使 AAA服务器能 够在满足设定的条件下向 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE连接的消息, 从而无线移动通信系统网絡侧在不支持多接入的情况下、 或者支持多接 入但接入目标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络门限的情况下,保证 UE传 输业务的连续性以及对 UE传输业务计费的连续性, 提高了无线移动通 信系统的资源利用率。
本发明也可以在网络中设置其它的接入服务器, 如 3GPPAAA服务 器, 对 UE是否满足设定的条件进行判断, 如果满足, 则设置的接入服 务器向 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE连接的消息, 从而无线移动通信 系统网絡侧在不支持多接入的情况下、 或者支持多接入但接入目标 WLAN后超出设定的接入网络门限的情况下, 保证 UE传输业务的连续 性以及对 UE传输业务计费的连续性, 提高了无线移动通信系统的资源 利用率。
本发明还可以在 UE满足设定的条件时,直接由服务网络断开与 UE 之间的连接,服务网络可以通过收到的消息来知道 UE满足设定的条件, 也可以通过其他方式得知 UE满足设定的条件, 如在 UE满足设定的条 件时给服务网络设置标志位等方式通知服务网络。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应 包含在本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种在切换过程中断开终端 UE与服务网络连接的方法, 其特 征在于, 该方法包括:
A、 在 UE接入 UE的目标网络后, 判断 UE是否满足设定的 UE与 服务网絡断开的条件, 如果是, 执行步骤 B, 如果否, 对 UE不进行处 理, 结束;
B、 所述的服务网络断开与 UE的连接。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的服务网络为服务 无线局域网 WLAN;
所述目标网絡为目标 WLAN。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述设定的 UE 与服务网络断开的条件为接收到 UE的目标网络发送的计费统计请求。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述设定的 UE 与服务网络断开的条件为接收到 UE的目标网络发送的业务建立指示消 台
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收到 UE的目标 网絡发送的业务建立指示消息的过程为:
al、 UE向目标网络发起开始业务传输请求;
bl、 目标网络接收到该请求后, 向接入服务器发送用于指示 UE通 过目标网络开始业务传输的业务建立指示消息。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述设定的 UE 与服务网络断开的条件为接收到 UE的目标网络根据 UE发起的开始业 务传输请求而发送的中间计费消息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收到 UE的目标 网络根据 UE发起的开始业务传输请求而发送的中间计费消息的过程 为:
a2、 UE向目标网络发起开始业务传输请求;
b2、 目标网络接收到该请求后, 开始执行 UE发起的业务传输, 并 向接入服务器发送中间计费消息, 该请求携带 UE业务传输数据量; c2、 接入服务器判断该消息携带的 UE业务传输数据量是否超过预 先设置的门限值, 如果是, 接入服务器判断 UE满足设定的条件; 否则, 接入服务器判断 UE不满足设定的条件。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述设定的 UE 与服务网络断开的条件为接入服务器在 UE鉴权通过后设置的定时器到 时。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 B所述的服务 网络断开与 UE的连接之前, 该方法还包括:
接入服务器向 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE的连接消息。
10、如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入服务器向 UE 的服务网络发送断开与 UE的连接消息的操作方式为:
直接给 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE连接的消息,停止对 UE在服 务网络中进行的业务传输计费;
或者等待设定的时间到时后给 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE连接 的消息, 停止对 UE在服务网络中进行的业务传输计费;
或者判断 UE在服务网络中是否还在进行业务传输, 如果是, 则等 到 UE在服务网络中所进行的业务传输完, 再给 UE的服务网络发送断 开与 UE连接的消息, 停止对 UE在服务网络中进行的业务传输计费; 否则, 则直接或在设定的时间到时后给 UE的服务网络发送断开与 UE 连接的消息, 停止对 UE在服务网络中进行的业务传输计费。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述设定的时间是根 据接入服务器所在的无线移动通信系统网络侧的配置情况设定的。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述判断 UE 是否满足设定的 UE与服务网络断开的条件是由接入服务器判断的。
13、 如权利要求 5、 7、 8、 9、 10、 11或 12所述的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述接入服务器为认证授权计费 AAA服务器或者 3GPP AAA服务 器。
