Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de commander un mode repos dans une station mobile et consistant à transmettre un message de demande de mode repos à une station de base de services, aux fins d'entrée du mode repos. Le procédé consiste également à déterminer si un paramètre de seuil de saut a été dépassé, celui-ci étant associé à un certain nombre d'intervalles de radiomessagerie devant être passés avant de recevoir un message de radiomessagerie avec un identificateur de la station mobile. Le procédé consiste également à transmettre une demande de mise à jour d'emplacement à une station de base si le paramètre de seuil de saut a été dépassé, cette demande étant conçue pour mettre à jour l'emplacement du terminal mobile par rapport à la station de base.
