Abstract

The invention relates to a pocket which is characterised in that it comprises an independent pocket that is formed by different parts which are made from the same fabric and which are joined together, namely: a first part which defines the opening in the pocket; a second part which is joined to the first part and which comprises a piece of fabric in the form of a flap which is positioned above the first part; a third part which is formed by a piece of fabric that is joined at the upper part thereof to the first and second parts; and a fourth part which is positioned below the first three parts and which defines the main area of the pocket. The inventive pocket also comprises closure means and means for fixing the pocket to an item of clothing.

DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a pocket that has remarkable characteristics of novelty and inventive activity over what is currently known.

In particular, the present invention relates to a pocket provided with a flap that is capable of being placed in various parts of the outfit, depending on the needs of the user.

The pockets are usually fixedly incorporated into a certain garment, providing it with an interior space in which to store different objects. These pockets have the disadvantage of not allowing the user to adjust their position according to their needs, which can be an annoying inconvenience for the user on numerous occasions such as, for example, in the case of using tight garments.

Self-supporting independent pockets with rigid or semi-rigid walls that allow the user to change their placement and position in the garment are also known. Although these pockets solve the aforementioned problem of pocket placement, they do so only partially, since, being of a rigid or semi-rigid nature it is not possible to place said pockets in certain places of the garment, especially when the user is wearing that garment. In addition, pockets of rigid or semi-rigid nature occupy considerable space even when they do not contain objects inside.

Finally, the document ES1059189U of the applicant discloses a pocket that is constituted as an independent pocket, formed by different parts joined together in the same fabric, comprising a first part defining the opening of the pocket, a second part joined to the first constituted by a fabric in the form of a flap that is disposed superiorly to the first part; a third part formed by a fabric joined by its upper part to the first and the second part; and a fourth part arranged lower than the previous ones that defines the main interior area of the pocket, also having means for closing the pocket and fastening means for clothing. In said pocket, the flap closes the pocket, covering the opening in its folding movement. This means that specific means of attachment to a garment have to be arranged on a back pocket side, which can significantly increase the price of the product.

It would be advisable to have a pocket of the type mentioned above that facilitates an easy and economical integration of the means of attachment to a garment in the pocket .; and that provides greater comfort to the user.

In particular, the present invention consists of a self-holding independent pocket, formed by different parts joined together in the same fabric: a) a first formed part defining the pocket opening. Preferably it will be formed by a fabric, optionally ribbed, held inside with elastic means; b) a second part attached to the first in the form of a flap that is disposed superiorly to the first part, preferably constituted as a double flap formed by the facing arrangement of a plain type fabric and another loop type fabric, of dimensions essentially coincident and joined by diminished tissue; c) a third part formed by a fabric joined by its upper part to the first ua the second part, and, preferably, by its lower part to the first part; and d) a quarter arranged below first to third parts, which defines the main area of the pocket, preferably constituted as a double-sided fabric, its outer face having a sandwich structure and its inner face, a loop type structure; e) Said fourth part may optionally comprise a fifth part, disposed below the fourth part, formed by a semicircular fabric made by means of dulls that constitutes the bottom of the pocket, being joined to the fourth part, preferably, by a stitched joint flat type, at least in part; presenting the pocket, in addition, means of closing the pocket, preferably of the brooch type, and means for securing the pocket to clothing. Said means for fastening the pocket to garments may be, in preferred embodiments, two eyelets made in the fabric of the fourth part, means of clamping by pressure or means of joining to a fabric by means of multiple hooking elements, such as by example that is marketed under the name of sailboat. In these cases, the means of closing the pocket involve folding the second part or flap.

In the new part, through patterns of colored threads, drawings can be formed, and even, through a photographic system, get to form images or figurative elements such as, for example, name of commercial brands for advertising arranged on an outside part and even inside. In another preferred embodiment, the means for joining garments will comprise the folding of the second part in the direction opposite to the opening of the pocket to facilitate fastening to garments, having the third part, on the face that gives the opening of the pocket and in opposite positions, of said means of closing the pocket. - TO -

The pocket according to the present invention may house all kinds of items suitable for being contained in a pocket such as coins, lighters, tobacco packages, key chains, etc. Its ability to fix to different areas of the clothing makes it especially useful in work situations, being possible to change the location of the pocket depending on the needs of the moment. In addition, the flap can act as a cover preventing the loss of stored objects in case of sudden movements, turns, etc., or as an element of connection to garments such as belts. The structure of the finished interior fabrics of the loop type offer a protection to the fabric against aggressions coming from hard or sharp parts of the objects contained inside the pocket.

For better compression, some drawings of preferred embodiments of the present invention are attached by way of explanatory but not limiting example.

In figures 1 to 3, a pocket embodiment according to the present invention can be seen, which is constituted as a self-holding mobile pocket, made of fabric, which is composed of a first part -1-, held inside by elastic means, such as for example a mesh of elastic threads, a second part -2- in the form of a flap and a third part -3- that joins the first part -1- by its upper and lower zone, and the lower zone of the flap - 2- for its upper zone. The first -1- and third -3- parts constitute the pocket's inlet and outlet opening, while flap -2- constitutes the pocket's lid.

Below these parts -1-, -2- and -3- is a fourth part -4- that forms the side walls of the main interior storage space of the pocket. Below the fourth part -4-, there is a fifth part -5- formed by a fabric with a semicircular general shape, made by dimming, which constitutes the bottom of the pocket.

Figure 3 schematically shows a cut in which the characteristics of the parts that make up the pocket example shown can be seen more clearly. For example, it can be seen that the flap -2- is formed by two tissues -7-, -8- in opposite arrangement, which may be joined together, for example, by dwindling fabric. The fabric -8- has, in the example shown by presenting an inner structure with loops, similar to the fabric of a towel. Likewise, the fabrics that form the fourth -4- and fifth -5- parts have this type of finish internally, while externally they can have another structure, such as a sandwich structure. Thanks to this double structure, a pocket with a greater resistance to pieces with pointed finishes is achieved. In the example shown, the different parts that make up the pocket are joined by transition of the different meshes that make up the tissues, with the exception of the fourth parts -4- and fifth -5-, which are partially joined by a seam -6- which has been represented by a projection in Figure 3. However, advantageously, this seam can also be of a flat type, made for example according to techniques similar to those known as ^λ link toe 'in the sector of the realization of socks.

In order to allow the pocket to be closed, a clasp-type closure is provided, consisting of a male part -9- arranged in the flap -2- and a female part -10- which in this case has been arranged in the third part - 3-. Figures 4 and 5 present both front and back views of the pocket with the clasp in the closed position.

The pocket is completed with means to attach it to a garment, not shown in the figures. Such means may comprise two open eyelets in the fourth part -4- of the pocket, which make it possible to fasten the pocket to a belt by passing the latter through the eyelets. One may also add a fastener multiple engagement elements, such as for example that marketed under the name Velcro ^v 'making it possible, for example, attachment to garments knitted. It is also possible to provide the pocket, for example, with a fastening element captive type, or a clamp. These elements make it possible to fasten the element to different points of the user's clothing depending on the needs of the same. Figures 6 and 7 show an application example in which a pocket according to the invention is disposed on a user's jersey type garment, while Figures 8 and 9 show another application in which the pocket is attached to the user's belt. In figure 9 it is also possible to observe how the user has a cigarette box inside the pocket.

As for the materials, all textile yarns used in conventional fixed pockets may be used, for example, and may also be included in the pocket according to the invention, in addition, for example, flame retardant, antistatic, anti-allergic, anti-stain, polypropylene and thermal threads. The use of this type of thread will be especially indicated for pocket uses in work environments and special situations that occur during the usual activity of climbers, firefighters, sailors, police, army, etc., although these uses are not in any way. limiting modes for the present invention.

There are numerous variants of the example shown here that will be apparent to those skilled in the art, without departing from the scope of the present invention, for example, it would be possible to use another type of joint between part, or, for example, joining the first part with the fourth part.

Likewise, the piece -10- of the clasp of the clasp could be placed in a different position from that represented, for example, it could be placed in the fourth part -4-. Likewise, for example, although the fabric of the fifth part -5- has been represented with an inner structure of the loop type, another type of structure could be used for it. Also, the external structure of the tissues that make up the different parts could be varied. In Figures 10 to 12 another embodiment of pocket according to the present invention can be seen, which is constituted as a self-holding mobile pocket, made of fabric, which is composed of a first part -1-, for example, composed of tissue held in its interior by means of elastic means, such as a mesh of elastic threads, a second part -2-in the form of a flap and a third part -3-which joins the first part -1-by its upper and lower zone, and the lower zone of the flap -2-by its upper zone. The first parts -1 -define the pocket entrance opening and next to the third -3- constitutes the pocket entry and exit zone. The first -1-and third -3-parts may, for example, be made of ribbed fabric.

Below these parts -1-, -2-and -3-, there is a fourth part -4-which defines the main interior storage space of the pocket.

Figure 12 schematically shows a cut in which the characteristics of the parts that make up the pocket example shown can be seen more clearly. For example, it can be seen that the flap -2 is formed by two fabrics of essentially coincident dimensions, for example identical, in facing arrangement, which may be joined together, for example, by dwindling fabric. In the example shown, the different parts that make up the pocket are joined by transition of the different meshes that make up the fabrics, with the exception of the fourth part -4-which has a seam -41 -which has been represented by a projection in the Figure 3. However, advantageously, this seam can also be of a flat type, made for example according to techniques similar to those known as ^λ link toe 'in the sector of the realization of socks.

In order to allow the pocket to be closed, a clasp type closure is arranged in the third part -3-, consisting of a male part -9- and a female part -10-arranged facing each other on the side of the third part -3-facing the pocket opening. Figures 4, 5 and 6 present both front and rear views, as well as a schematic cross-section of the pocket with the clasp in the closed position.

This pocket is completed with means to attach it to a garment. The fastening means to a garment is obtained by folding the second part -2-or flap in the opposite direction to the pocket opening, proceeding to fix the elements, for example, by means of the clasp -21- , -22-, such that an opening -200-is formed through which a belt can be passed, for example.

Claims

1. Pocket, characterized by being an independent pocket formed by different parts joined together in the same fabric comprising: a first part that defines the pocket opening; a second part attached to the first consisting of a flap-shaped fabric that is disposed superiorly to the first part; a third part formed by a fabric joined by its upper part to the first and second part; and a quarter less than the previous part that defines the main pocket area; also presenting means for closing the pocket and means for securing the pocket to clothing.

2. Pocket according to claim 1, characterized in that the closing means comprise a means of closing by pressure.

3. Pocket according to claim 2, characterized in that the corresponding closure means arranged in the second and fourth parts comprise a snap closure.

4. Pocket according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the means for closing the pocket close the pocket by folding the flap.

5. Pocket, according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the means for fastening the pocket to clothing comprise the realization of two eyelets in the fabric that makes up the fourth part.

6. Pocket according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the means for The fastening of the pocket to clothing comprises an element of attachment to a fabric by means of multiple coupling elements.

10. Pocket according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the fabric of the first part is secured inside with elastic means.

11. Pocket, according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the fourth part further comprises a fifth part formed by a semicircular tissue made by means of dims that constitutes the bottom of the pocket.

12. Pocket, any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the second part is constituted as a double flap formed by the facing arrangement of a plain type fabric and another loop type fabric of essentially coincident dimensions and joined by dyed fabric.

13. Pocket according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the first and the third part are made of ribbed fabric.

14. Pocket according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the fourth part is constituted as a double-sided fabric, having a sandwich-like structure on its outer face and a loop-like structure on its inner face.

15. Pocket according to any one of claims 11 to 14, characterized in that, at least in part, the fourth and fifth part are joined by a sewn joint of flat type.

16. Pocket according to any of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the third part is also attached to the first part.
