Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif de protection de sac et d’hémostase par compression utilisé après l’implantation d’un stimulateur cardiaque permanent comprenant un sac d’air (1) ayant la même forme que le sac dans le stimulateur cardiaque et une attache destinée à fixer ledit sac d’air au corps humain. Le sac d’air comprend un tube d’aération (2) relié à une structure d’alimentation en air et d’évacuation de l’air. L’attache comprend une ceinture thoracique (8), une aiguillette avant (13) et une aiguillette arrière (11), les aiguillettes avant (13) et arrière (11) étant reliées par un élément de connexion mobile (12).
