彩铃业务的主要业务特征就是用动听的音乐或其它特别的声音、语音 代替现有的单调乏味的回铃音。 当其它用户呼叫定制了回铃音的用户时, 听到的不再是传统的回铃音, 而是被叫用户自行定制的回铃音。 该业务使 移动运营商在为用户提供个性化业务、 差异化服务方面处于领先的地位, 提升运营商的企业形象。 而该业务对于个人用户的吸引力则来自于用户享 受到的充分的个性化空间, 同时把网络能力充分开放给了用户。
目前的彩铃方案主要有智能网方案和非智能网方案两种, 其中智能网 彩铃方案具有对硬件设备依赖小, 提供业务迅速的优点而被广泛采用。
目前智能网彩铃方案都是基于个人彩铃业务, 而且运营商提供的彩铃 业务基本都是针对预付费用户个人的彩铃业务, 其方案是通过增强智能网 外设(AIP ) 的专用资源功能(SRF )能力和信令处理能力来实现的, 其回 铃音系统组网如图 1所示, 图中标记说明如下:
业务交换点 (SSP ): 用于触发业务到业务控制点 (SCP )和将呼叫转 接到 AIP。
业务控制点(SCP ): 用于对用户的是否能够使用彩铃业务鉴权, 对业 务的呼叫过程进行控制 ,从归属位置寄存器( HLR )获取用户的 MSRN( Mobi le Stat ion Roaming Number移动漫游号码) 以及用户的状态信息, 指示 SCP 将呼叫路由到 AIP, 完成个性化回铃音的播放。
业务管理点( SMP ):用于管理 SCP,并作为 MML ( Man Machine Language 人机语言)命令的服务器端;
AIP ( Advanced Intel l igent Peripheral 高级智能外设): 用于存储 用户具体定制的回铃音编码及回铃音的语音文件, 向用户播放回铃音; 实 现回铃音定制和管理的语音流程; 并通过 AIP Web Server 向服务提供商 ( SP )提供回铃音定制和管理的接口。 SP ( Service Prov ider ): 负责提供丰富的回铃音内容, 并提供 WEB、 WAP等多种用户自助管理和定制个性化的回铃音的手段。
根据回铃音系统组网图, 现有技术提出一种彩铃话路迂回呼叫方法, 其流程示意如图 2所示, 信令交互如图 3所示, 具体步骤如下:
1、 用户呼叫开通彩铃业务的智能用户, 主叫端移动交换中心 (MSC ) 收到呼叫, 根据被叫用户号段或者 T-CSI把呼叫接续至 SSP;
2、 SSP触发智能业务向被叫归属 SCP发送 IDP消息;
3、针对彩铃用户, 被叫端 SCP向被叫 HLR发起 ATI , 查询被叫用户当 前状态, 对处于空闲状态的用户 GMSC/MSC/SCP下发 RRBE、 C0NECT (被叫 号码前加特殊路由前缀); 对被叫忙、 不可及等状态下的用户下发 Cont inue; (这样按照原来的方式接续呼叫);针对非彩铃用户,被叫端 SCP 按照现网信令规范下发信令;
4、 SSP根据被叫号码前的路由前缀, 将呼叫路由至 AIP;
5、 AIP登记此来话为彩铃业务来话,去掉漫游号码的路由前缀, 去掉 原被叫、 前转次数等参数, 向被叫端局发送 IAM信令, 把呼叫接续到被叫 端 MSC;
6、 被叫端 MSC寻呼到被叫用户后, 给前向局回 ACM消息; 当 AIP收 到该信号时, 屏蔽被叫端局播放的普通回铃音, 根据被叫 MSISDN号码、 主叫号码等条件, 给主叫用户放被叫定制的回铃音;
7、被叫摘机后,会有应答信号送到 AIP, AIP将该信号透传给主叫局, 同时停止播放彩铃音, 将主、 被叫话路连接, 开始通话;
8、 通话结束, 被叫先释放呼叫, SSP上报挂机事件, SCP释放呼叫。 根据回铃音系统组网图, 现有技术提出另一种彩铃无话路迂回呼叫方 法, 其流程示意如图 4所示, 信令交互如图 5所示, 具体步骤如下: 1、 用户呼叫开通彩铃业务的智能用户, 主叫端 MSC收到呼叫, 并根 据被叫用户号段或者 T-CSI把呼叫接续至 SSP;
2、 SSP向被叫端 SCP发送 IDP消息, 触发智能业务;
3、被叫端 SCP根据 AIP地址信息, 下发特殊的路由前缀, SSP根据被 叫号码前的路由前缀将呼叫路由到 AIP, 同时根据被叫漫游号码发送 IAM 信令将呼叫接续至被叫端局被叫端 MSC;
4、被叫端 MSC回送应答信令至 SSP,SSP同时向 AIP发出播放彩 ( Play Color Tone )指令;
5、 AIP根据向主叫用户播放彩铃音;
6、 被叫摘机后, 应答信号 ANM送到 SSP, SSP拆除到 AIP的链路, 同 时将主、 被叫话路连接, 开始通话;
7、 通话结束, 被叫先释放呼叫, SSP上报挂机事件, SCP释放呼叫;
8、 呼叫拆线。
上述两种方法都是针对个人用户彩铃业务需求而设计的实现方案, 没 有考虑到集团业务(MVPN )开展后的集团彩铃业务的需求; 而且申请了个 人彩铃的用户在加入集团后, 做 MVPN呼叫的被叫时个人彩铃无效。
发明内容
本发明提供一种实现彩铃的方法及系统, 以解决现有的智能网彩铃 技术方案不能提供集团彩铃, 以及申请了个人彩铃的用户加入集团业务后 个人彩铃将无效的问题。
为解决上述问题, 本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种提供彩铃的方法, 包括:
A、业务交换点( SSP )才 据主叫用户的呼叫触发智能业务到所述 VPN 用户归属的业务控制点 (SCP ) ;
B、所述 VPN用户归属的业务控制点查询并得到被叫用户的个人彩铃 信息和 /或被叫用户所在集团的集团彩铃信息;
C、所述 VPN用户归属的业务控制点向所述业务交换点下发包含个人 彩铃信息或集团彩铃信息的接续号码;
D、 所述业务交换点将呼叫接续到智能外设, 并在得到被叫用户所在 端局的应答信令后由智能外设向主叫用户播放彩铃。
根据上述方法:
所述个人彩铃信息和集团彩铃信息保存在同一业务控制点上, 或者分 别保存在不同的业务控制点上。 当个人彩铃信息和集团彩铃信息分别保存在不同的业务控制点上时, 将虚拟专用网用户的个人彩铃信息同步到保存集团彩铃信息的业务控制 点上; 或者, 当个人彩铃信息和集团彩铃信息分别保存在不同的业务控制 点上时, 保存集团彩铃信息的业务控制点向保存个人彩铃信息的业务控制 点发送查询请求得到被叫用户的个人彩铃信息。
如果得到个人彩铃信息和集团彩铃信息, 则根据预先配置的彩铃优先 级选择个人彩铃信息或集团彩铃信息。

1、 本发明对个人彩铃业务没有任何影响, 当个人彩铃用户加入集团 后, 如果没有集团彩铃依然可以使用个人彩铃, 如果开通过了集团彩铃, 则还可配置集团彩铃和个人彩铃的优先级, 因此, 本发明既满足了个人用 户对彩铃业务的需求, 又满足了集团对彩铃业务的需求。
2、 将个人彩铃业务与集团彩铃业务结合在一个 SCP上实现集团彩铃 业务, 不需要对现有网络上的设备进行改造, 因而不仅实现简单, 而且成 本也较低。

具体实施方式 移动智能网除了可以提供丰富的个人业务如预付费业务,还可以提供 移动虚拟专用网业务 (MVPN )。 MVPN 业务也称为虚拟专用移动网业务 ( V i r tua l Pr i va te Mob i l e Network , VPMN ),它是在公共陆地移动网( PL隠 ) 和公共交换电话网 (PSTN )上建立一个逻辑话路专用网, 通过专用编号计 划等方式使企业、 集团用户群内进行相互联系的网络, 同时提供一系列的 计费、 管理和运营方面的特殊功能。
本发明在移动智能网提供个人彩铃业务的基础上, 为集团用户提供集 团彩铃业务, 网络系统结构如图 6所示, 该网络系统包括触发智能业务的 业务交换点( SSP ), 处理智能业务的业务控制点 SCP-PRBT和 SCP- VPN, 可 播放彩铃的智能外设( IP )。 业务控制点 SCP-PRBT上保存个人彩铃信息, 业务控制点 SCP-VPN上保存集团彩铃信息。 当然业务控制点 SCP-PRBT和 SCP- VPN也可合为一体(未示出), 这样可不对网络设备进行改造。
为了保证申请了个人彩铃业务的用户加入到集团后个人彩铃仍然有 效, 在业务控制点 SCP- PRBT和业务控制点 SCP-VPN之间增加通信接口。 通信接口可以为同步接口, 使业务控制点 SCP-PRBT上的个人彩铃信息经 该同步接口同步到业务控制点 SCP-VPN上。根据组网图可以看出当用户开 通或者取消个人彩铃业务时, 通过个人彩铃的业务管理点 SMP-PRBT将信 息同步到集团彩铃业务的业务管理点 SMP-VPN, 业务管理点 SMP- VPN将数 据更新到业务控制点 SCP- VPN上。当然,这个通信接口也可以是查询接口, 使业务控制点 SCP-VPN可以通过该查询接口向业务控制点 SCP-PRBT发送 查询请求得到个人彩铃信息。
图 6中的增强智能外设即可播放个人彩铃也可播放集团彩铃, 当然也 可以采用两个独立的增强智能外设, 分别播放个人彩铃和集团彩铃。
集团彩铃主要是在 VPN的信令中实现的, 下面分别就个人用户无彩铃 而集团定制了彩铃、 个人用户和所在集团定制了彩铃、 个人用户定制了彩 铃而集团无彩铃三种情况进行说明:
1、 个人用户没有定制个人彩铃, 所在的集团定制了集团彩铃的情况。 其信令交互如图 7所示:
步骤 1、用户呼叫 VPN用户,主叫端 MSC根据被叫用户号段或者 T-CSI 向 SSP发送 IAM消息, 把呼叫接续至 SSP。
步骤 2、 SSP向被叫的归属位置寄存器发送 SRI消息, 该归属位置寄 存器返回 SRI-AC 消息, SSP得到被叫的位置信息。
步骤 3、 SSP触发智能业务, 向被叫用户所在集团归属的业务控制点
SCP-VPN发送 IDP消息。
步骤 4、 业务控制点 SCP- VPN收到 SSP发来的信息后, 查询集团彩铃 信息和个人彩铃信息, 仅得到集团彩铃信息, 无用户个人无彩铃信息。
步骤 5、业务控制点 SCP-VPN向 SSP发送携带集团彩铃信息的 Connec t 消息 (即接续号码)。
步骤 6、 SSP将呼叫路由至增强智能外设 AIP-GRBT , 向主叫播放集团 彩铃; 当被应答后中止彩铃并接续呼叫。
步骤 6中的彩铃话路的迂回呼叫流程和信令处理与现有技术中相同, 参阅图 2、 3、 4、 5, 不再赘述。
2、 个人用户定制了个人彩铃, 所在的集团没有定制集团彩铃的的情 况。 其信令交互如图 8所示:
步骤 1、 用户呼叫定制了彩铃业务的 VPN用户, 主叫端 MSC根据被叫 用户号段或者 T-CS I向 SSP发送 IAM消息, 把呼叫接续至 SSP。
步骤 2、 SSP向被叫的归属位置寄存器发送 SRI消息, 该归属位置寄 存器返回 SRI-ACK消息, SSP得到被叫的位置信息。
步骤 3、 SSP触发智能业务, 向被叫用户所在集团归属的业务控制点 SCP-VP 发送 IDP消息。
步骤 4、 业务控制点 SCP- VPN收到 SSP发来的信息后, 查询集团彩铃 信息和个人彩铃信息, 仅得到个人彩铃信息, 用户所在集团无集团彩铃信 息。
步骤 5、业务控制点 SCP- VPN向 SSP发送携带个人彩铃信息的 Connect 消息 (即接续号码)。
步骤 6、 SSP将呼叫路由至增强智能外设 AIP-PRBT, 向主叫播放个人 彩铃, 当被应答后中止彩铃并接续呼叫。
步骤 6中的彩铃话路的迂回呼叫流程和信令处理与现有技术中相同, 参阅图 2、 3、 4、 5 , 不再赘述。
3、 个人用户定制了个人彩铃, 所在的集团也定制了集团彩钤的情况, 其信令交互图如图 9所示:
步骤 1、 用户呼叫定制了彩铃业务的 VPN用户, 主叫端 MSC根据被叫 用户号段或者 T-CSI向 SSP发送 IAM消息, 把呼叫接续至 SSP。
步骤 2、 SSP向被叫的归属位置寄存器发送 SRI 消息, 该归属位置寄 存器返回 SRI- ACK消息, SSP得到被叫的位置信息。
步骤 3、 SSP触发智能业务, 向被叫用户所在集团归属的业务控制点 SCP- VPN发送 IDP消息。
步骤 4、 业务控制点 SCP-VPN收到 SSP发来的信息后, 查询集团彩铃 信息和从业务控制点 SCP-PRBT同步来的个人彩铃信息。
步骤 5、 业务控制点 SCP- VPN得到个人彩铃信息和集团彩铃信息, 然 后根据配置的彩铃优先级规则选择播放个人彩铃或集团彩铃, 如果根据优 先级选择个人彩铃信息, 则向 SSP发送携带个人彩铃信息的 Connect消息 (即接续号码), 并进行步骤 7; 如果根据优先级选择集团彩铃信息, 则向 SSP发送携带集团彩铃信息的 Connect消息(即接续号码),并进行步骤 6。
彩铃优先级可根据时段、 主叫号码、 被叫号码或其他信息预先配置, 或者根据它们的组合预先配置。 例如根据呼叫时段, 工作时间集团彩铃优 先, 非工作时间个人彩铃优先; 又如, 在工作时间某些主叫号码个人彩铃 优先等。
步骤 6、 如果 Connect消息中携带的是集团彩铃信息, 则将呼叫路由 至增强智能外设 AIP- GRBT, 向主叫播放集团彩铃, 当被应答后中止彩铃并 接续呼叫。
步骤 7、 如果 Connect消息中携带的是个人彩铃信息, 则将呼叫路由 到增强智能外设 AIP-PRBT, 向主叫播放个人彩铃, 当被应答后中止彩铃并 接续呼叫。
步骤 6、 步骤 7中的彩铃话路的迂回呼叫流程和信令处理与现有技术 中相同, 参阅图 2、 3、 4、 5 , 不再赘述。
采用本发明实现集团彩铃对集团和集团内的用户有如下好处: 对申请 集团彩铃业务的集团而言, 集团管理员可以给集团内所有成员定制统一的 集团彩铃, 便于集团对外提供友好的彩铃音, 并且可以及时的宣传自己的 新业务, 起到很好的广告效应。 例如: 集团管理员可以定制友好的欢迎语 音、 或者公司介绍、 或者新产品介绍作为彩铃音; 外部客户拨打该集团的 号码时会听到相应的集团彩铃。 通过集团彩铃可以很好的提升企业形象, 或者达到推介新产品的目的。 当集团没有定制集团彩铃时, 用户如果申请 了个人彩铃的话, 仍然可以使用个人彩铃。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种实现彩铃的方法, 其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:
A、 业务交换点(SSP )根据主叫用户的呼叫触发智能业务到 VPN用户 归属的业务控制点 (SCP );
B、 所述 VPN用户归属的业务控制点查询并得到被叫用户的个人彩铃 信息和 /或被叫用户所在集团的集团彩铃信息;
C , 所述 VPN用户归属的业务控制点向所述业务交换点下发包含个人 彩铃信息或集团彩铃信息的接续号码;
D、 所述业务交换点将呼叫接续到智能外设, 并在得到被叫用户所在 端局的应答信令后由智能外设向主叫用户播放彩铃。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述个人彩铃信息和集 团彩铃信息保存在同一业务控制点上, 或者分别保存在不同的业务控制点 上。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将虚拟专用网用户的个 人彩铃信息同步到保存集团彩铃信息的业务控制点上。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 保存集团彩铃信息的业 务控制点向保存个人彩铃信息的业务控制点发送查询请求得到被叫用户 的个人彩铃信息。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果得到个 人彩铃信息或集团彩铃信息, 则根据预先配置的彩铃优先级选择个人彩铃 信息或集团彩铃信息。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃优先级根据时 段、 主叫号码、 被叫号码或其他信息进行配置, 或者 居它们的组合进行 配置。
7、一种提供彩铃的网络系统,包括触发智能业务的业务交换点(SSP ), 处理智能业务的业务控制点 (SCP ), 以及可播放彩铃的智能外设(I P ); 其特征在于, 所述业务交换点 (SSP )根据主叫用户的呼叫触发智能业务 到所述 VPN用户归属的业务控制点( SCP ); 所述 VPN用户归属的业务控制 点查询并得到被叫用户的个人彩铃信息和 /或被叫用户所在集团的集团彩 铃信息; 所述 VPN用户归属的业务控制点向所述业务交换点下发包含个人 彩铃信息或集团彩铃信息的接续号码; 所述业务交换点将呼叫接续到智能 外设, 并在得到被叫用户所在端局的应答信令后由智能外设向主叫用户播 放彩铃。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务控制点包 括保存个人彩铃信息的第一业务控制点和包括保存集团彩铃信息的第二 业务控制点, 该第一业务控制点和第二业务控制点之间具有交互接口。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述交互接口为同 步接口, 用于第一业务控制点将虚拟专用网用户的个人彩铃信息同步到第 二业务控制点; 或者, 所交互接口为查询接口, 用于第二业务控制点通过 该查询接口从第一业务控制点获得虚拟专用网用户的个人彩铃信息。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述智能外设 包括互相独立的播放个人彩铃的智能外设和播放集团彩铃的智能外设。
11、 一种提供彩铃的网络系统, 包括触发智能业务的业务交换点 ( SSP ), 处理智能业务的业务控制点(SCP ), 以及可播放彩铃的智能外设
( IP ); 其特征在于, 所述业务控制点包括播放个人彩铃的第一智能外设 和播放集团彩铃的第二智能外设, 所述业务控制点保存有虚拟专用网用户 的个人彩铃信息和集团彩铃信息; 所述业务交换点将对虛拟专用网用户的 呼叫触发智能业务到所述业务控制点后得到个人彩铃信息或集团彩铃信 息的接续号码, 并将呼叫接续到第一智能外设或第二智能外设。
