Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour stériliser des récipients qui sont transportés les uns derrière les autres, en position verticale, leur ouverture dirigée vers le haut, en particulier des emballages composites carton/plastique qui servent à recevoir des boissons et/ou des aliments, l'intérieur du récipient étant tout d'abord nettoyé avec un agent de stérilisation puis séché avec de l'air chaud. Pour permettre une stérilisation efficace sans impliquer un déplacement relatif entre les buses et le récipient à stériliser, la buse (1, 1') du dispositif de l'invention présente un tube intérieur (2, 2') et au moins un tube extérieur (3), et la buse tubulaire formée par le tube intérieur (2, 2'), permet la stérilisation avec un agent de stérilisation, et la buse à espace annulaire formée par le tube intérieur (2, 2') et le tube extérieur (3), permet le chauffage ou le séchage avec de l'air.
