Abstract

La compresa está compuesta por una o varias capas (2, 4 y 5) de material absorbente, impermeable y/o protector de la piel y por una capa de adhesivo para su inmovilización en una prenda de ropa interior y en contacto con la zona genital femenina, comprendiendo un producto indicador (3) de la fertilidad de la usuaria por reacción de dicho producto con la temperatura o alguna sustancia del flujo vaginal. La compresa (1) presenta un cambio de color o intensidad cromática provocado por el indicador (3) según el estado de fertilidad de la usuaria.

DESCRIPCIÓN
COMPRESA DE USO FEMENINO
Objeto de Ia invención
La presente invención se refiere a una compresa de uso femenino, y por extensión a otros elementos con Ia misma finalidad, tales como protege-slips o similares.
Antecedentes de Ia invención.
Durante el tiempo en que Ia mujer conserva Ia capacidad de reproducirse o vida fértil, ocurren modificaciones rítmicas casi mensuales en su cuerpo; en ovarios, miometrio, vagina, en Ia secreción gonadotrópica o flujo vaginal, en Ia temperatura corporal e incluso en el estado anímico. Estos sucesos se denominan "signos de fecundidad".
La detección rápida de cualquier signo de fecundidad, permite conocer el periodo de fertilidad de Ia mujer, facilitando el embarazo a aquellas personas que Io deseen, sobre todo en mujeres con reglas irregulares, o ayudando a prevenir embarazos indeseados, tanto a las adolescentes como en zonas geográficas superpobladas.
Descripción de Ia invención
La compresa de uso femenino objeto de Ia presente invención, presentando un aspecto y construcción similar a una compresa o protege-slip convencional, presenta Ia particularidad de llevar incorporado un detector de Ia fertilidad que permite a Ia usuaria conocer con facilidad su estado de fertilidad.
En efecto, Ia compresa consta de diferentes capas, entre ellas una capa absorbente, una capa impermeable, otras capas adicionales de protección en contacto directo con Ia piel y, opcionalmente, una capa adhesiva para su disposición en una prenda íntima en contacto con Ia zona genital femenina. En al menos una de estas capas de Ia compresa está incorporado el indicador de fertilidad, dependiendo de su naturaleza y Ia característica fisiológica variable que mide el indicador puede ser un tejido termosensible, un detector del pH o acidez, un reactivo hormonal, u otros dependiendo de los adelantos científicos sobre el tema que se produzcan en el futuro.
Este indicador revela Ia medición o estado de fertilidad mediante un cambio de color total o parcial de Ia compresa. De esta forma Ia usuaria puede apreciar fácilmente su estado de fertilidad.
El color base del indicador dependerá del fabricante, pudiendo utilizarse cualquier color que permita una fácil visualización del cambio cromático.
La compresa o protege-slip con el indicador de fertilidad, utilizado diariamente, es un método rápido, sencillo y discreto, de tal manera que Ia usuaria al desechar Ia compresa o el protege-slip puede observar con toda nitidez si está en su momento fértil o no, y actuar en consecuencia.
Descripción de las figuras.
Para complementar Ia descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de facilitar Ia comprensión de las características de Ia invención, se acompaña a Ia presente memoria descriptiva un juego de dibujos en los que, con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado Io siguiente:
- La figura 1 muestra una vista en planta de Ia compresa o protege-slip objeto de Ia invención.
La figura 2 muestra una vista explosionada en perspectiva de un ejemplo de realización de Ia compresa o protege-slip.
Realización preferente de Ia invención
En el ejemplo de realización mostrado en las figuras, Ia compresa (1) presenta una configuración aplanada, y está constituida por una capa o tejido permeable (2) destinado a contactar con el cuerpo de Ia usuaria, una capa interior absorbente (4) y una capa (5) impermeable, que en su parte exterior dispone de película adhesiva (no representada) para su inmovilización sobre una prenda íntima, y en una posición adecuada para mantenerse en contacto con Ia zona vaginal de Ia usuaria.
La compresa incorpora en Ia capa de tejido (2) un indicador de fertilidad (3) que puede tratarse de un material o tejido termosensible, de un indicador de Ia acidez o pH, de una sustancia reactiva hormonal, o de cualquier otro indicador capaz de cambiar de color, al encontrarse expuesto a unas determinadas condiciones de temperatura, o al flujo vaginal, indicando dicho cambio de color el periodo de fertilidad de Ia usuaria.
Una vez descrita suficientemente Ia naturaleza de Ia invención, así como un ejemplo de realización preferente, se hace constar a los efectos oportunos que los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos descritos podrán ser modificados, siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración de las características esenciales de Ia invención que se reivindican a continuación.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Compresa de uso femenino, del tipo de las que comprenden, al menos, una capa (2) protectora destinada a contactar con el cuerpo de Ia usuaria, una o más capas (4) absorbentes, una capa (5) impermeable, y una capa adhesiva para su fijación sobre una prenda íntima, caracterizada porque comprende una sustancia o indicador (3) de fertilidad que muestra los cambios y variaciones que se producen en las diferentes etapas fisiológicas del ciclo menstrual femenino, operativamente apto para indicar el estado de fertilidad de Ia usuaria.
2.- Compresa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque Ia sustancia o indicador (3) de fertilidad está incorporado en al menos una de las capas (2, 4 ó 5) constitutivas de Ia compresa.
3.- Compresa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el indicador
(3) de fertilidad provoca un cambio cromático total o parcial del aspecto de Ia compresa (1) durante el periodo fértil de Ia usuaria.
4.- Compresa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el indicador (3) de fertilidad es un material o tejido termosensible.
5.- Compresa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el indicador
(3) de fertilidad es un indicador de Ia acidez o pH.
6.- Compresa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el indicador
(3) de fertilidad es una sustancia reactiva hormonal.
