Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de convertir des événements d'écrans tactiles en données formatées spécifiques d'applications. Le procédé consiste à détecter un événement d'écran tactile et à identifier une zone active d'événements associée à l'écran tactile, ladite zone renfermant l'événement d'écran tactile. Le procédé consiste également à émettre des données formatées spécifiques d'application en fonction de la zone active d'événements. Selon un mode de réalisation, un système d'écran tactile (40) comprend un écran d'affichage (44) présentant des informations spécifiques d'application et une application interagissant avec l'écran d'affichage aux fins de présentation des informations spécifiques d'application. L'application définit des ensembles de données formatées d'application utilisés par l'application avec les informations spécifiques d'application. Une unité de capteur à proximité de l'écran tactile détecte un événement d'écran tactile ayant lieu au niveau de l'écran tactile. Une table d'événements renferme des zones d'événements associées aux informations spécifiques d'application présentées sur l'écran d'affichage. Un module de commande d'écran tactile identifie, à partir des zones d'événements comprises dans la table d'événements, une zone active d'événements. Le module de commande d'écran tactile envoie, à l'application, un ensemble de données formatées d'application fondé sur la zone active d'événements.
