Abstract

Für einen Knochenersatzteil (6), wird zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit bei gleichzeitiger Bearbeitbarkeit mit üblichen medizinischen Geräten bei knochenähnlichem elastischen Verhalten, bei gleichzeitiger hoher Schadenstoleranz und individueller Formbarkeit vorgeschlagen, dass er im Wesentlichen aus keramischem Verbundwerkstoff (CMC), bestehend aus einer im Wesentlichen keramischen, insbesondere oxidkeramischen, Matrix (2) und darin eingebetteten im Wesentlichen keramischen, insbesondere oxidkeramischen, Endlosfasern (1) besteht.
