Abstract

The invention relates to a disc brake, in particular for utility vehicles, comprising a brake calliper (1) overlapping a brake disc, a clamping device for clamping said brake disc and an adjustable system for compensating the wear and tear of the brake lining and/or brake disc, wherein said adjustable system comprises at least one electric motor (4) as an actuator which is disposed in an outside accessible reception area (11) provided in the brake calliper (1) in such a way that the electric motor (4) which is completely arranged in said reception area (11) is provided with a flange (5) which is applicable in an external edge area and sealingly closes said motor at least partially.
